LT took the pen and signed it, "So in this we are stating that mist and grass are blood allies, and that any one including genins and walk freely between our villages. Also that my shinobi can learn mist jutsu if they ask first, and yours can learn grass as well. Speaking of which, i wanted to ask you, about our village scrolls. Since grass is severely undermanned, i was wondering if i can give you the grass scrolls to put in your scroll house. That way, since my village is small and weak it, the enemy will be looking for our scrolls and wont find them. Also, it gives us a reason to help you, and in case i am over thrown, it gives you so leverage." LT poured a cup of coffee for Luo and himself. He took a sip and looked at the Mizukages robes. "I like that style you did with the robes, i think ill do the same thing."

Blade grinned as his eyes grew a piercing and sly gaze behind the dark sunglasses. "Of course...I left an entire swarm of insects at the gates, I've tagged both Drake and Matsuya, and they are both over there, so whatever they see we see. Hirose is a peculiar being...the fact that he can transform into smoke thanks to his bloodline doesn't help one bit in the matter," Blade stated. "You do know of the bloodline right?" Blade asked making sure he knew.

Ayame walked in."I was wondering if you had anything for me to do."She said to Luo."And I want to talk to you about joining the hunter nins."She said.She leaned against the wall.

"It seems that there is a Grass shinobi at the door..." Blade stated as his smile turned into an evil grin. Maybe LT has supplied him with a new genin to torture...he thought.

"Yes...that would be me..." Blade stated plainly as he eyed up the boy. Suddenly, without the boy's knowing, a single insect crawled up his his leg silently, moving through the waves of his pants until it found a spot to stick. This was to keep track on the boy while he was in Kiri.

"Got it..." Blade nodded as he formed a full powered water clone to stand in his place. "Though when it comes to Hirose, I'd rather go myself..." Blade stated as he burst into a spray of insects, leaving through the window and towards Kumogakure.

The clone stood at the office, still waiting for the genin to respond.

Matsuya ran towards the tower. Villagers were gawking at him, holding two people on his shoulders. Matsuya ignored them. He jumped onto the roof of the tower, landing with a thud. He opened the door and walked down the stairs, into the tower. He opened the door to Luo's office. "We're back. Mission Sucess." He shruged Black Star off his shoulder, letting him fall to the floor. He took the girl from his shoulders, sitting her up in a chair. "We've retrieved the Sound shinobi." Matsuya sighed, sitting down in one of the other chairs. He took out a kunai and poked his palm. Blood started to ooze out of the small cut. He slammed his hand to the floor. A puff of smoke emerged from the spot. As the smoke cleared, a figure could be seen. Matsuya looked up at it. "Menma, please keep a look out. You can get some monkeys to help out cant you?" Menma nodded. "Yes. Ill report back if we see anything." With that, Menma, Enma's first born son, walked out of the room and up to the roof. He summoned ten monkeys to keep watch throughout the village. He himself, stayed on the roof, watching out over the village.
