Teeechnically I haven't left yet, but I'll be gone once I finish up some unfinished business *cough* which btw mods I'll hopefully have done really really soon (I'd be less vague about when, but the last time I specified a date I jinxed myself into a really terrible cold that I'm STILL getting over as I type >.>')

Anyway, quick question for the mods. Did you have a particular agenda for the Quidditch Guild or can I just do whatever I want with it now that I've Captaincy over it? (And by whatever I want, I mean I'll just ask the existing members if someone wants to take over the quidditch idea or just take the guild and make it into whatever they want)

I don't think we do Juni.
I'll ask in the Chamber, I'm about to post there anyway.

Hi Juni! I hope you feel better!
(you're still welcomed to stay a member if you like. it's not like you're gonna be banned smile )

Hey Juni: I don't really want to speak for everyone, but I can definitely say we haven't had any plans with the Quidditch Guild in ages. So if you want it you can have it, but I think you should talk to DevilsDarkAngel first.
(my opinion)

DDA's abandoned it. Period. He's not even a member anymore. That's why I'm captain of it now. He left it to me to do as I wish. If you guys actually have an idea for it I'll gladly pass the captain hat to one of you right now to keep the quidditch thing alive and affiliated with you. Otherwise the guild's likely turning into something else because I'm giving it to whoever wants a guild.

When (if) Quidditch ever comes up again, we can make a new subforum or something.
So if DDA gave it to you, I don't mind if you do whatever you like with it

Ooh I like love! the idea of a quidditch subforum! I'm so sad that I (apparently) missed a quidditch event this summer.

How's the Fright Week planning going? Anything I can do to help?

I think we've got all the major's, we are just working out the smaller details for FW. And no, you can't help because if you did then you wouldn't be able to participate in the event. Which will be a good one.

I honestly don't know if anyone has the time to keep up a Quidditch Sub-forum, we are having enough trouble getting the Grads forum up. Although, if someone is interested in the upkeep of it (if it does become a sub-forum or still a guild that's attached to this guild) then maybe the Mods would dicuss that.

Right now we are up to our foreheads in FW details.

I suppose you're right about the event. (So excited!) I suppose I already have quite a bit to set up elsewhere, anyway.

hello
i am a new house elf
i join this guild last night
and have high hopes for teaching a class
on alchemy
a muggle version of potions
any information needed to acheive this goal would be appreciated
PostPosted: Thu Nov 04, 2010 12:32 pm

First off you should read the Entrance Hall and Giggling Pear (if you haven't done that already)

Before you're able to teach, you have to be sorted. Once you're sorted all you would need to do is fill out a teacher application before the next term begins

Nice to meet you btw, I'm the Head Elf (Icee/Alicia elf/random chick who talks a lot)
