I'm not trying to get around the whole "no one's a true werewolf but me," but is it possible to have diluted blood? Not enough that my character becomes a fully-fledged werewolf at the drop of a hat, but rather has some lycanthrope tendencies and is drawn to the pack without much explanation for it? Like a pack instinct, I guess.
(really not trying to bend rules ><' I already wrote a character bio that I'm kind of attached to. ) sweatdrop

I think Zaine is finally becoming better than me... He has a chance to train hand-to-hand, a feat I couldn't do, he found the loophole in the elemental rule, I stuck with dual, he has battled nearly everything, nobody wants to fight me....
I'll go to my corner now....

Technically, all Werewolves but my RPC Evil are half Werewolves. they can still transform and such, but they're weaker and smaller than Full Werewolves. Full Werewolves can only be born and they were killed off in the Human world hundreds of years ago, with Evil being the only survivor. She can make other Werewolves, but they aren't Full. ^^

Oh, yeah, yeah ^.^ I got that part. I understand the mechanics of becoming a werewolf (she's the Alpha, so she makes you, and there are no true blooded werewolves except her, etc..), but it is acceptable to have been a human with severely diluted (we're talking parts per million proportions) werewolf blood?

I would prefer saying no to that. I like things simpler and special cases always raise issue with the Crew later...Sorry, but it would just be easier if you became a half Werewolf if you wanted to. ^^
Just because you're a lycanthrope doesn't mean you have any real commitments to being one, you don't have to transform every full moon or something, it's just an interesting plot thickener.

Oh, absolutely. I like the idea of my character being a lycanthrope but having some modicum of control over her powers (not at first, obviously, but down the line). Plus, that lack of control makes more interesting dynamics in a story, too. That's, I guess, why I was angling for an "it's in her blood" sort of idea. But if you're not comfy with it, that's fine, I suppose ^.^
