Dr. Fomite FFFT.
Hate and rage. I want to hurt somebody so, so incredibly badly and it is frustrating because I don't know who that person is and I never will. The person who made the Organ Trail?

Zelyhon Dr. Fomite FFFT.
Hate and rage. I want to hurt somebody so, so incredibly badly and it is frustrating because I don't know who that person is and I never will. What happened? Today I had to euthanize a sweet two-year-old Pomeranian who has been my patient since he was a tiny puppy due to what was apparently intentional antifreeze poisoning, since he had no access and hadn't left the yard. Excepting some really extreme coincidence, someone had to have thrown it into his yard for him to get to it.
The owner said there used to be a little cat that came into their yard to play with the dog all the time, but went missing 3 weeks ago, and they haven't been seeing as many of the neighborhood cats lately.

Poor puppy... crying Hopefully the issue with the neighborhood cats isn't a sign of something more serious.

A friend of ours lives in a crappy neighborhood, and they have a big ol' mastiff mix. He's not aggressive, but would protect his family. One day she noticed he was eating something the backyard, and went out there to find a pile of dog food by the fence. She brought him inside, and he was quite sick for the rest of the day. She thinks somebody tried to poison him, possibly to just get rid of him if they tried to break in. He's okay though. People suck, hardcore.

3.14 He's okay though. People suck, hardcore. This. sad
I'm glad your friend's dog was fine, though. <3 Sounds like he's lucky she found him and got him away from it in time.
One of my coworkers has had 3 dogs killed by intentional antifreeze poisoning and another one found a piece of meat with antifreeze on it that had been thrown into her dog's kennel; fortunately, he hadn't touched it. There have been a few times over the past several years when we've had multiple antifreeze poisoning cases in a short time. =/
People do suck.
But not Sila. Halloo, again. heart

Oh no! Someone in that neighborhood is completely sick, poisoning animals like that. I can definitely understand why that fills you with RAGE towards whoever did that. The owner should keep her eyes out for anything about who might have done it, and to find who might be able to step in, if anyone. Especially if they're poisoning the cats the same way. Also: Welcome back Sila!

Whenever something like that becomes serial in our area, as in 5+ different owners have pets die (although lately the stop-off point seems to be 7+ since they've become a bigger station) in a single neighborhood, the local news does a report on it.
And it stops, because that s**t pisses off everyone. The pet owners tend to get a lot of phone calls and gift baskets too.

Sila-chan ninja heart *wonders if anyone remembers her* Oh wow, you are alive. o_o; Can you PM me your MSN name? I'd message you for it now but I'm about to keel over Dx
@Mala: Jeez that's awful confused Not to mention incredibly disturbing...
Ffff applying to graduate school is rough. Especially when mixed with numerous midterms, papers, and assignments D: In good news though, my professor who is currently in Italy got back to me and said she'd be happy to write me a letter of recommendation. Now I have four.

Animal poisoners ******** suck. I wish it was perfectly legal to do whatever you wanted to em. I'm pretty sure most cases would grind to a screeching halt after the mobs caught up to em.
I'm sad to hear the puppy didn't make it, though Pi's friend's mastiff and Mala's coworker's dog making it pleases me immensely.
Sila, one of the things that has been happening lately might be up your alley. If you've got an Xbox 360, many of us have been playing multiplayer lately. Just give us your gamertag and we might see you there. Mine is the same as my Gaia name.
