It's more like a hangout for good friends now, instead of an interest-based guild.
It's hard for new members to jump in when nothing happens around here. We're all getting old and moving onto other things. I feel like all most of us just want an online hangout where we can talk to our friends and hear each other out, and make lots of random threads and chatter without all of the rules about what-not-to-post.
We're not lively enough to have all the rules that we do anymore. xP

Dear cockmonglers I went to high school with,
WHY THE ******** are you friending me on failbook and then blocking me LITERALLY two minutes after I ok it? Did you go "Oh, s**t, THAAAAT Jamie" and backed the ******** off? I remember the other Jamies. None were redheads, and they all lacked a p***s. Get better eyes, and ******** off, plz.

Like, yes - let us make "journal" posts. We're friends. We DO want to hear about the latest thing on each other's mind. We're not stupid, we don't need leading questions and the word "discuss" to tell us what we're supposed to talk about. Yes, please for the love of god make a repeat thread. Nobody wants to be chatting in a thread made by someone who left the guild a century ago, and strangely, I don't mind talking about "my future plans" more than one time every four years. I would looove to have a new What Are You Thinking Thread, or Show Off Your Art thread, or something that represents the members NOW. Let the people who are actually active in the guild be moderators and work out a new way to run things. I think a lot of us don't step up because we don't know how to run things Setzer's way, since this is his guild. But given flexibility and encouragement from the authorities, I'm sure several of us would like to step up and try to breathe new life into the abyss again. ( RIGHT GUYS? D: ) Of course, if nobody actually cares, then I wasted my time with this post.

I wouldn't mind managing a new art thread. I would say that I wouldn't have much time once I'm off to college, but this guild doesn't move fast enough for it to really be a time-consuming job. Not yet, anyway. *cough*

I just wouldn't know where to start, especially when it comes to recruiting. xD But, I would put something in my sig, and I would be more active in here if there was more going on. D: I'd love to see this place be active again. It was my favorite guild.
