"I got it! He said just enough to clear Avalanche's name! " Aiko's voice would come to Hiyori's, who was stealthily hidden outside of the building somewhere unseen by guards. She wasn't stupid, and knew exactly where they were. "Really? Heh heh...! Okay, come back quick! Meet me at the secret place and we'll get the data installed, and ready for the entire world to hear..! " She said back to the Serenitian princess, feeling rather accomplished. She and Aiko had become a pretty good team lately, with Aiko's abilities to shift into any creature, or living thing for that matter, she was a great help to getting things secretly done without being seen. Who would suspect a simple little lizard clinging to the ceiling as a shifter? Probably no one. Aiko was very rare in that case, to be able to change into anything she wanted.

As Hiyori made her way out of the area, she would hurry off to their top-secret-base- to soon be met by her pink haired shifting princess friend, who handed her something -very- small, about the size of a grain of rice. That was the recorder and microphone she had used to spy on Adachi with. "He thinks he's so cleaver, doesn't he? While everyone runs away, it will be US to put out Shinra and their new twisted psychopathic president. Leave it to us kids, we'll get it done and clear everyone's name, as we start our own Avalanche..." She grinned, placing the device into her secured location within their base, a small, old shack a good ways away from everyone. There were plenty of area's here to hide things, old homes were great like that. "Now that we've got that done, were going to start on recruiting our new members. While we make a great team, we will need more. Let's try to keep it as members near or at the same age we are, to avoid any annoying older kids. " Since it seemed the true Avalanche members had fallen apart, she was set on making their own, and winning to fix this mess. "And of course, because it was my dad who was the leader once, It's only right I'm the leader of this group! " Yep, best reason ever wasn't it.

There, both Aiko and Hiyori began on their search that would lead and gain them three more members in a only a few hours. Those being Juliet, her human friend Nanako, and a new future child they weren't completely sure who she belonged to, Yoshio. How many more would they recruit was the question.....

"So this is the chaotic city causing all the ruckus! " Relm said as she began to walk further into the city, her eyes coming into focus onto the ShinRa Building in the distance ahead. "And the one in there is the reasoning for all of it? Hmm..." The young girl smiled, a smile that would cause even Terra to become nervous. What was going on in the girls evil little head now? " I'm feeling extra artsy today...Time to make a extra good portrait or two~! " Or as many she needed to make until she got to her destination, of course this would be Adachi, the twisted president of ShinRa in need of some true punishment...

Twirling the Angel brush around as she walked, she tried to visualize what the place would look like inside, and from there work on planning out her way in. She didn't know who or what would be there to stop her, how heavily armed they might be or if she would have it easy, which was rarely the case. She expected some resistance..but could she handle it all, was the question.

SHADOW

Since coming to this world Shadow had learned a lot about the peoples. The politics. Even about the lands. His greatest asset to himself was his ability to gather information. When he wasn't draining arenas of their gil, he was sitting in local bars and listening to the latest rumors. Rumors were always fun. One such fun little tidbit of gossip led him here. To what was fondly referred to as The Shinra Building. It was big. He had to give it that. But, otherwise, pretty unimpressive.

He had manged to get in and infiltrate the higher floors without much of a fuss. The occasional Soldier he ran into was nothing that he couldn't handle with a little stealth, and occasionally a bit of physical negotiation. He did find it odd that the personnel here had weapons that he'd never seen before. Well, not like this, anyway. He'd seen a gun. Even fired one before. But these guns. They fired so fast. And without needing to reload after each shot. It was a curiosity at first. Now he just shrugged it off.

Anyway. He was here to try and find out what the angle was on this guy who managed to convince the area to turn against this world's freedom fighters. A group that called themselves, Avalanche. Every time he thought about it he shook his head. The name was ridiculous. But not anything more ridiculous that what Terra had called her own little group of rebels back on his world.

He was relaxed at the moment. Sitting in a ventilation shaft that overlooked a meeting room of some sorts. Nothing was going on inside so he moseyed on back out. He found himself in a lab of sorts. Must have been a pretty nasty project at one point. He passed a chamber that had the word JENOVA written over the door. It was empty. He kept moving through the building trying to find out anything he could about what was really going on.

He had found a library earlier. He spent a good deal of time in there reading a few interesting books. Something about a space program? He shook his head. Like they could really throw an airship past the clouds. Preposterous. Such a feat would require some real genius. The likes of which he had seen in Edgar.

Oh well. The lab didn't show him anything useful, either. He moved on up, avoiding soldiers when he could and silently taking them out when he couldn't. All in all, not that tough of a gig for a ninja like himself. However, Interceptor was a-whole-nother story. Shadow could sneak around. His dog just kinda got real lucky all the time. He honestly didn't know how it was statistically possible. But somehow his pet manged.

It wasn't long before everyone's favorite artist had arrived in the ShinRa building, only she wasn't quite so alone. In front of her was a Soldier, or what they would believe was one of their own. The truth was, this was one of her minion's.Just before going inside, she was lucky enough to find a random solider patrolling the area, and from there she began sketching the mans portrait. Now she had her own way of slipping inside with less trouble. Standing behind him, one would have to look well from the front to notice the short young blonde haired girl hiding and closely following behind. "Heh, this is to easy." Relm thought as they made it into one of the many elevators. Anything she had sketched took the form and exact look of that person or creature, including their own abilities. In this instance, her minion would have just a few recent memories, as well as any object the man copied had on him. This included a key card.

"The source of all these messes is from that wacko, buuuut....I hear a lot of stories about the labs. Let's go there, ShinRa-Slave! Were going to d-e-s-t-r-o-y it~! Avalanche has failed to go against them all this time, so we will be doing them a favor! " And saving the world, in her view. How nice would that be? To show her friends and Terra that she wasn't just a ill-mouthed little girl!

The minion soldier suddenly pulled out a small white plastic object, obviously one of the key-cards, and after sliding it through, he pressed in a few numbers before the elevator would begin to raise and in several moments, it was at it's destination of the laboratory entrance.

First was the 'soldier' to step out, and, once she knew the cost was clear, Relm quickly followed after..

SHADOW

The familiar DING resonated as the elevator door slid open. Shadow deftly ducked into a corner and hid himself away from sight as another soldier came waltzing out. He was content on letting the man go about his business. After all, if he didn't need to kill, he wouldn't. In fact, the less work he had to do the better. It wasn't like he was getting paid for this job.

Interceptor, though, seemed to have a different idea all together. Shadow had no idea where the dog was until, most of the time, he was rushing into the midst of a fight for one reason or another. All he really saw was a black blur as it sped across a hallway in a canine blitzkrieg of offense. His hand met his forehead as he mumbled something under his breath. This was going to end badly.

But, all was not as it seemed. The black dog of death met human flesh in a discombobulated mess of bum rushery. What shadow saw next made his heart leap. As dog and man tumbled to the side, the small girl behind the large body was shoved aside. "Hmm ..." And like that his whole attitude changed.

In the blink of an eye he was skirting across the floor of the lab from shadow to shadow. Unseen to all but those he wanted. As he came closer to the elevator door, he took to the wall nearest him and hugged it with his back. He moved closer to the doors and with a quick movement, reached in and grabbed the small girl. She was in his arms faster than she could say polywiggle.

With her safe, for now, he moved back into the relative safety of one of the other sections of the lab. Hiding behind some storage boxes, he turned the girl around to face. For a moment he just sat there and looked at her. He couldn't be sure who was who in this new world, but he knew when he first saw her in the elevator that it was her. When he spoke, it was almost with concern. "What are you doing here, Relm?"

Relm didn't see the charging black blur, she didn't even hear the taps his nails made across the floor in his sudden charge! All she would come to realize was the little thud against the back of the elevator as she was shoved aside. That was when everything came to register into her once puzzled and shocked mind. That was no regular dog, it was Interceptor. Blinking, Relm had to sit up a little and rub her eyes, as if she were trying to wake herself from an apparent dream. Why was this so hard to believe? "Interceptor??! What --A-Ah!" Before she could finish her sentence, she found herself grabbed, and in the arms of a figure she couldn't quite make out. In her panic, Relm was well aware of the dangerous place she was in which made her slightly more jumpy then she normally would have been. "Let go of me! Creep! I-I'll paint your---" But those words came to another halt, she was not having luck in finishing her sentences today, was she? The mysterious figure, who only seconds ago she was unable to make out who he was, had set her down and turned her to face him now.

The look on Relms face was suddenly a mix of emotions, embarrassment and happiness. The darkly figure was no ShinRa scum, this was Shadow. How could she not suspect it then? Where Interceptor was, Shadow was sure to be. "....Hee,hee...Wow...I ALMOST could of destroyed you! " Yeah, she had to play it cool. Even though inside, she really just wanted to give him a giant hug. All without knowing the true story behind the mysterious comrade as she knew him. "...I'm here to find and eliminate the current threat to this world, which seems to be this nasty place, controlled by an even more nasty-crazy goon.." She said to him, looking her masked 'friend' in the eyes, clearly she had calmed down by now. "Why are you here? "

SHADOW

Almost destroy him, did she? His right eyebrow peaked up a bit at her comment as if he were amused by what she had said. He nodded with a soft chuckle and simply replied to her, "Well, it is a good thing we are allies." Truth be told, she could. Relm was the only person who could raise a finger against Shadow and he not do anything to stop her. But she didn't need to know that.

She had told him why she was here, and asked him to tell her, in turn, his reasons for being here as well. To which he said calmly, "Information." He wasn't out to stop anyone. Not unless it proved to be a task that was, by all rights, too easy. Then he might try to stop them, or him, or her, or whoever was this 'Nasty-Crazy Goon' she mentioned. But, he highly doubted it would be that easy. It's never that easy.

In any case, he petted her head and nodded. "As long as you're here with me, we might as well get to it." He looked out into the hallway and saw that no one was there. When he was satisfied that no one was coming their way, he turned back to his daughter. "We should be close to the top. I'm not exactly sure how many floors this building has, but it can't be many more." He shrugged and stood up, taking her hand he started to make his way toward the stairwell he had found earlier.

Relm's lips curved into a small grin at Shadow's words. "You bet...Your so much cooler then Strago, that geezer argues with -everything- I say. At least you trust in my skills! " Relm would never say how much she cared for that old man, she did use her mouth on him a LOT. If anything, he was the most innocent man on the planet, which made it so much easier for her to break out into little arguments and name-callings of the poor little old man.

"What kind of information? If it wasn't for Terra getting all heated up over the leader guy of Avalanche, I wouldn't be here! Buut...If she trust's in him and his group then I don't want to sit by and see them be threatened for no reason. This Adachi guy here needs to learn his lesson, so far he is a terrible president! Making up lies about people..We should just scare him off together.. " And Shadow here could be very intimidating for those who didn't know him. Obviously he didn't have a friendly look to him.

Blinking as she felt his hand gently pat the top of her head, normally she would have become slightly irritated by such a gesture, though again with Shadow, she could never seem to get as angry with him. Even after such a time of knowing him, he was still the most mysterious man she had ever come to meet. "Alright.." She allowed him to take her hand as she followed close behind him.. "I don't know..I used the elevator..It looks...never ending from the outside.." Tall. Beyond tall. She hoped he was right, even she wasn't sure if she could make to many steps before she was completely warn out.

SHADOW

"Hmm ..." This name, Adachi. It was the man he was after as well. The rumors said he had put Avalanche out. Word on the streets were that they were murders and such. He knew otherwise, but that didn't mean he couldn't try to dig a little deeper and find out why all of the deception was deemed necessary.

He was already to the stairs when the little red light turned green and the door slid open. Again, the technology in this place seemed so advanced to everything he was used to seeing back home. But it was a temporary thought as he moved past the doorway and into the stairwell.

The next floor was open and spacey. The floors were carpeted and the walls were finely decorated. As soon as Shadow came into view of the setting, he ducked behind a potted plant and stood there for a moment. He turned to face Relm and put a finger over his mouth to indicate they needed to be quiet. There were a few people walking around in suits and two ladies behind, what looked to be, reception desks. That had to mean that they were pretty close to the top.

He crouched down and pulled Relm a bit closer so he could whisper. "We need a distraction of sorts. It's too bright in this room to sneak around unseen without diverting attention. So ..." He peeked around the plant again and nodded. "Think you can draw up something to give us a little cover?"

Relm stuck close behind Shadow, just as if she were his own shadow! As she did, though, she couldn't help but be curious as to what was around them as well. Taking in the strange sites of this advanced building was unavoidable. Doors that slid open automatically was something she and Shadow clearly weren't used to seeing in their world. "This place makes me miss home.." She whispered, Relm loved simple things, not so much this flashy advanced world they were now in.

"..? " She blinked, nodding softly as he indicated for her to be quiet. It was a good thing this potted plant was a good size, otherwise they might of stuck out more then they would have liked. Shadow was dark and harder to see, while Relm's clothing was bright and colorful. She moved a little closer to the wall just before Shadow pulled her closer to him so it was safe to whisper.

"..I think I got a good choice.." The young blond grinned, holding her sketch pad in front of her as she slid out the Angel Brush. Relm may of been young, though that didn't stop her amazing talent of art. And even more so her memory to picture things or people she had seen. In this case, she would bring the image of the horrible man they were after to her mind, Adachi. Visualizing his image as seen on the television and posters around Midgar City, the young artist began to draw the new president of ShinRa.

In no time at all, the quickly drawn sketch of Adachi was completed with a sudden softly glowing aura that radiated from her sketch book and brush. There, her new minion appeared with them crouched down behind the flower pot as following Relm's own position. "Ah, hee,hee....It worked! " Her words were hushed, with a hint of excitement. She wasn't one hundred percent sure it would work, being such a distance from the actual man she was painting.

"Good, now, clear out this area. Tell everyone to leave for about...one hour to fumigate this area from a poisonous insect.! "
Hey, it worked...

The painted minion of the president was quickly on his way to the reception desk to do as he was told. A little strange for Adachi of all people do to, leaving them to wonder shouldn't hurt, at least she thought so.

Just a second after the 'president' had strangely come into the receptionist area to tell everyone inside to leave for an even stranger reason, Tauriel had walked in. Her look dumbfounded. What was he doing? This...didn't seem very like Adachi at all, and she didn't know him all that well herself, but clearly, there was no way this was him. Though it looked like him, even sounded like him. There was no way to tell this was a fake for anyone, at least not until the real one showed up.

"....Mr.President? ...Isn't that a strange request, even for you? " Maybe a dangerous creature escaped the labs, and this was the reason he was trying to get everyone to leave? ....Poor Relm, that may of been a better thing to say, far more believable too. "Did a lab experiment escape? " She finally went ahead and asked, if more so to clear her mind that he hadn't just completely snapped. Unfortunately, she got no answer, only a nod from the man she thought was Adachi. "I-I see....I'm sorry for questioning you..You should get to safety, then..I will stay here and watch for this escapee.."

Meanwhile, outside the ShinRa tower, something of a crowed was beginning to form. A rather large crowed with more still showing. They had gathered outside just near the steps that lead into the tower and seemed to be waiting for someone. Word around the city had come to meet here, and so they did. They were probably expecting to hear a speech of their new king of the tower, only...they didn't get him. What they got, floating down from above some may recognize as Hana Lylatt. The teenage Serenitian Angel, and daughter of the Angel Isabel. As she landed to her feet at the middle of the staircase, the young blond turned to gaze upon those that showed. Honestly, she didn't expect this many..

As she stood there, she could already hear the whispers and angry tones directing her way, not to mention the many glares she was getting. Yeah, she was scared out of her mind right now. So much she almost couldn't get herself to speak! This was like walking into an ants nest. ".......You can do this....You can do this! Ahhhh! But they look like they're ready to kill me already, and I haven't even said anything...! " It was no joke she was obviously very nervous, they could see that..

"H-Hello....I know you don't want to be talking to me right now..but..! Please just hear me out! T-the man in there.....This man you call the president of ShinRa.....He is feeding you lies. For all we know, he is responsible for taking Rufus ShinRa's life, and forcing his way into presidency here to control everyone. Those who don't go with him, like Avalanche and us good Serenitians are made out to be the worst! He told you only one fact, and that was that we kept this beast problem from the world. We did that for everyone's safety, because we believe in our selves that much to protect this planet and all of you..As I know, Avalanche risked their lives to save this planet once before, against something that seemed so impossible, but they did it, didn't they? So can't you trust us, over someone you have never seen once in you're lives? This man has no heart...he cares nothing for you! This is coming from a Serenitian who can sense these emotions and see into a person's heart. This person up there, is only out to control and kill you once he's had his plans go his way. " She paused a moment, there were only few that seemed quiet, while others still seemed to stick with Adachi. "Please beleive me...We need to stick together...all of us...How will anyone save this planet if those who fight to protect it are in hiding because everyone has turned against them? Think about this! "

Suddenly, Hana would find that she couldn't move or speak a word, and it wasn't out of fear. She simply couldn't do anything! The only thing to say anything was wrong was her panicked confused eyes. As if it couldn't get any worse, a golden glow just like that of her own holy light began to flow from her body and into the crowed of citizens. Soon as that began, her arms raised as her palms suddenly faced outward to the people. "???!" This was not her will, something was controlling her....Something she couldn't see, nor anyone there. "W-what is this?!" Did whatever was controlling her think a holy wave was going to hurt these people? What kind of messed up trick was this?

And then, her worst nightmares would come to flash before her eyes. Those who stood before her, had suddenly fallen. But they didn't just fall, pools of blood seeped from under each body, creating one of the most gruesome sights Hana would ever see.Not one of them had survived 'her' attack. Behind her however, were many, many camera's all trained on her. Not to mention, ShinRa troops. All of which were setting little red dots at her back....

Whatever it was that did this, played it out well enough to make it look as if Hana attacked them with her power. The controlling and use of her holy magic didn't heal, instead linked with the mysterious source to do what IT wanted her to do, while using it's own dark magic to end each of their lives instantly. The art of invisibility wasn't always such a good thing....

"I didn't...do this...." She managed to say...as she was again able to move, the hold on her was gone... "I didn't do this!!!!!!" And...she still didn't know about those little red dots.

At least, not until one moved toward the ground at her feet by a clumsy hand, before returning back to her chest. That was when Hana turned to see those behind her, and soon it began to click in her head.... "...No--wait...! This wasn't my doing! I would never...Something's setting me up! Please! Believe me! "

Kaden Wolve

"Bring everything at us! It won't matter; our dreams will never waver. You could never erase our hopes for the future!"

User Image

What the angel might not expect happened the instant she was about to be assaulted, as figure got in front of her, his long scarf flowing as he did. He stood in front of her, outstretching one of his arms in a protective stance. The infantrymen seemed a bit surprised. "And what will you do now? Shoot an angel? I recall stories of one who looked similar to this one saving many of you from the brink of death." A few of the infantrymen hesitated. "Is this what you people want so much? War? Death? What does that do? How does that help us? ShinRa and Avalanche need to work as one if we want the best chances of surviving."
"Hey! How do we know you're not one of them? One of the freaks?" One of the men said.
Kaden paused, staring at the man for a moment, before he slowly raised his arm, then swung it out with emphasis, as a pair of grey feathered wings extended from his own back. The men gasped, readying their guns. Kaden stood there, his posture proud and unflinching. "There. Take a good look." He said defiantly. "I am Kaden Wolve, crown prince of Serenity and son of a a spawn of hell and one of heaven. Fire your guns, if you wish it! I will fell you all before you can touch me." The men hesitated, taking a few steps back. They were surprised at his... ferocity. Kaden took a few steps forward. "My mother loves your kind. My father lived as one of yours for years. I have never seen the humans and Serenitians as different. We're all people. We all feel, and we all love. But I can tell you right now, if you decide to attack this--" he pointed backwards, at Hana, his eyes still trained on the men. "--This angel, created by the union of my people and yours, then I won't hesitate," he lowered his arm. "I will bring all of my people down on you with every intention to kill. Indeed--all it will take is a single speech to bring all of Serenity's might down on this tower to crush it like a sand castle beneath a boot! Hellhounds, dragons, wolves--the power of our other side is overwhelming. And we will be organized, all united under a single ideal--KILL SHINRA." Suddenly, these men seemed a lot less eager to attack. "So fight, now, and doom your pathetic company to ruination! Or turn around and flee, like the craven you truly are! Just know, if I EVER see you attacking one of my kind, hell will be kind in comparison to the pain I will visit upon each and every one of you, and remember..." he leaned forward, his eyes changing color to a gold, the color of his wolf form's eyes. "I'M ALWAYS WATCHING." And, they ran. All of them. There must have been at least twenty infantrymen, and they all just turned and ran. Kaden straightened his back, letting out an amused sound before turning to Hana, walking back towards her. "Wow, that was easier than I thought." He said. "I thought I'd have to grab you and carry you away while they shot at us or something. But just in case, we should probably leave. Like, now. Come on." He motioned for her to follow, as he started to walk briskly in a direction leading away from the building.
"I don't think there's anything that can be done for these people..." he said. "It looks like the work of... them." A new threat to the world. Always fun. "I think they've found a way onto this world now too..."

Hana's eyes were pleading, though they did no good to the men with the guns trained on her. She could fly, but that would do her little good when each one of them fired at her, she wasn't fast, so escaping super sonic bullets was basically impossible. She was at her end, with no where to go and nothing to back her up.

Or so she thought, her view of the men was now blocked by the a figure. A familiar silver haired teenager at that. She would recognize that scarf and silver hair anywhere! As happy as she was to see him, unfortunately this was hardly the time for reunion of sorts. "Kaden....Wait! Don't get--" Ah, it was to late, he had continued to speak and showed no signs of wanting to just turn and leave. He wasn't the kind to do that, even she knew this. Though, still she hardly wanted him involved in her mess.

His speech worked wonders, though. As far as she could see, many of them were already hesitating and rethinking their own actions. Leave it to the young prince to speak so well and get his way! Soon the men were running for their lives before she knew it, the intimidating Kaden won with little trouble..

"...." Hana was left speechless for a long moment, still in a mix of emotions, and how swiftly this deadly situation had turned for yet another day to live for both of them. "...Kaden...! " She wanted to yell at him, to be sure he wouldn't pull a heroic stunt like that ever again...but she couldn't...! ".....Please don't pull risky stunts like that again...I don't know how you pulled that off, honestly..I thought that was the end for both of us for a moment there! ...N-Not that I would doubt you...." Sighing, she began to follow him just after he started to walk away from the building, at that very moment the bodies of those far beyond saving had began to fade into the Lifestream...

"...I don't think I was informed of them....who? Please don't tell me another threat..."
He did say them, so that would mean...more then one thread added to the already chaotic mess the planet was in. She hoped it was just one easy to deal with person..
