[Burrpelt sighed and tried to relax but he still felt his fur prickle with uneasiness. He swung his gaze to Whisperpaw and dipped his head.] "Nice chatting with you." [he said standing. With a brush of his tail to her shoulder he padded over to Featherheart's den. His eyes widened with surprise at Wheatear's condition.] "Whoa. What happened to him?" [he asked, his tail flicking nervously.] That is too soon;
Cut them in July,
Then they will die.

[Awkwardly shuffling her feet, Barkwind vaulted herself onto her feet. 'A dead decaying mass in the middle fo the camp won't help.' Her eyes flickered to the small commotion around Wheatear. 'Especially if there's two of them']
[Making her way, Barkwind tried to slump/clearly glide through the cats around her. 'Fail.' She thought miserablely as she tripped more than once, her clumsy paws not fully awake and aware. Trembling, she paused at the brink of the camp, looking back for a second. 'If whatever got Wheatear is still out there....' A small flicker of fear rose in her heart, but immediately destroyed by her conscience .'Nah, it wouldn't effect anything.' Not exactly happy with her resolve, but going with it with the shear accuracy of it, she blundered into the woods.]
I need to cut back on my OCC posts D: No one meet her 8D?

[Leopard turned her teal gaze to Cindermoon, looking at the deputy curiously. Calmness flowed in her eyes, as it normally did.] She cleared her throat, and asked, "What are we doing first?" [She had absolutely no idea what being an apprentice meant. All she had heard was hunting and clearing out the elders den, and of course, sitting vigil, or guard the night of the ceremony, to keep guard of the camp. Wait....that wasn't right. That was for being a fighter, or windler, or warrior, or whatever.]

(OOC: Le gaspe! An excuse for Sullenpaw to investigate another cat! DOUBLE OOC- Sullenpaw will be absolutely distraught for a while after being 'sorted' to Burrpelt)
[Sullenpaw's gaze flickered to one of the heaps of laziness got up and clumsily strode through camp.]
Barkwind? curious..
[She thought calmly before her silent, swift pads caught up to the clumsy cat. She kept her steady distance- though she had forgotten to stay down wind. Her scent was blown on a straight path to Barkwind, although the grim apprentice wasn't in easy view, she was still viewable through her leaps and swerves in between the trees. Her goal of following was simply out of curiosity, besides with the events that had taken place earlier, it might pay to have an apprentice to help if things went sour.]

[Barkwind pricked her ears as a familiar yet recent scent drifted toward her. 'I wonder who it... Stormclan.' Barkwind grimaced.] "Don't even know what my own clan smells like..." [She muttered, thought picking up her pace to a nervous trot. 'Probably just a hunting patrol. They're out there.' Even so, Barkwind fell into a stride, the leaves noisily crackling under her.] "Wouldn't want to slow them down with my problems" [She laughed quietly with fake cheeriness. Her ears flattening as a large gust of wind swept a flurry of leaves forward, her fur tugging at her pelt as if it wanted to go to. 'Not this time.' She joked.]
._. Ultimate. Gruesome cat murder. Cat kill cat. Pluck fur off and then sprinkle it upon all the clans. SNOW! No wait... AH.

[Sullenpaw's entire form was brimming with curiosity as to what the warrior was doing making such noise out in the woods, alone. The apprentices' mind lurked around her own actions, what was she thinking, an apprentice following a warrior without a good reason... the idea made her figure slow though she kept on the 'chase' although duty demanded her back, and was slowly pulling her skin, metaphorically, as she continued. Sullenpaw's silhouette was outlined against the trees as she trotted, making sure to keep Barkwind just in sight in case anything happened.]
If anything goes sour, I HAVE to run and warn the clan. I mean... I haven't even had proper battle training... Theres no way I would be a help to Barkwind by fighting..
[Her thoughts filled her with a sense of uselessness before her determination kicked in. Sullenpaw's ears pricked up as she swerved around a log, A gust of wind blew whatever negative thoughts that lingered away as she unsheathed her claws and dug them into the ground. Being small was a curse. Her form was almost pushed a few pawsteps away. A leaf flattened itself against her neck before the wind died down, causing the leaf to fall to the ground. In Sullenpaw's attempt to stay grounded from the gust, she had lost sight of Barkwind, and the gust had already faded her scent a good amount.]
[Sullenpaw glared in the distance for a few seconds before turning around and dashing, full speed towards camp. Whatever Barkwind was up to, it was probably best not to involve herself. With a snort Sullenpaw weaved in between two trees immediately after each other before sh sped off again. Wheatear's wounded condition kept popping up in her head whenever she would start to slow down.]
That will not be me..
[Her mind repeated it over and over as she ran, she saw the entrance in the distance and she barreled through, rolling over her head twice before landing, sprawled out on her back, dizzily glaring at the center of camp. Her panting was so heavy it hurt her flanks.]
Never again

[Brightspirit dragged herself from the warriors den, and looked around for Whisperpaw. Tilting her head to the side, she gazed at the camp, trying to spot her apprentice]
"Whisperpaw?" she called.
[Riverfang was padding through the forest, his massive shadow looming behind him. Spotting a squirrel sniffing around the trunk of a tree, he crouched down, slowly stalking forward. He leapt and landed neatly on his prey, killing it swiftly, then turning to sniff the air]

[Lustrepaw had been ready to agree whole-heartedly when Cinderstreak suggested that they could try stalking with Cindermoon and Leopard. After all, the more the merrier, right? Although, much as he hated to admit it, he did have his reservations for the blind warrior Cindermoon, though he never said it out loud. If she could become a warrior, she must have her reasons.]
"Hey Cinderstreak, are you a really great warrior? Will I become big and strong and powerful and great like you?"
[The young apprentice asked brightly as he trotted briskly behind Cinderstreak, falling behind slightly sometimes, but catching up with the next step.] - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
