"Yeah, Drake would prove a valuable asset to you LT," Blade added as he looked towards the kage waiting to hear what he had to say. "Oh and it would seem our friend Hirose is at the Hokage's office. They're arguing with some sort of invisible voice. Something about an alliance...I'm guessing it's Akatsuki, since they did tell us they made a deal with them as well," Blade explained. He had planted several spies in the Hokage's office to inform him of what's happening.

As the inflow of information hit the man's ears, Luo simply turned to Rein, a dull look in his eyes. "Honestly, I assumed this position as a favor to the late demon of the mist Zane Hajime, and because you disappeared and left me with no choice. Honestly if you want your desk job back, you can have it and I can go back to doing whatever I want to. Mainly training. But you said you wanted something to do, well it seems an opportunity has presented itself. Accompany the peddler and LT to Kusagakure to survey the village and begin the transfer process. " Luo then looked at Blade, and then LT and sighed. "I'm going to have to find a new head of ANBU," he seemed to mutter. He then stood and bowed lowly to LT. "I cannot keep a kage away from his own village Kusakage. If you wish to go, then you are free to do so. But I ask that for your villages sake, keep its name the way it has always been." He then stood up straight, yawning a bit under the low hat. It was nearing midnight and he'd been there since the morning, in one room. Luo was not used to that. Hearing Blade's last comment, Luo looked at him for a moment before laughing slightly. "Well, let them argue. Hirose is not exactly the easiest person to get through to, especially now that he's the Raikage. If something important is said, let me know."

"Damn, i really liked being ANBU captain. Maybe i can make Luo kage of both villages and ill be Anbu captain of both villages." LT said as he chuckled. "Ok guys, lets go." LT turned to the Mizukage and bowed low. He wanted to say something, but he was never good with words and didnt know what to say. So he just nodded and walked out the door. He wanted to walk with his head down but he kept it held high as he exited the building. He want to retain as much of him self in this village as possible. He would keep his vest, and his headbands as he walked to the docks.

Watching the man walk out, Luo sighed. If there was one word Luo had never been able to say, it was goodbye. But he knew he'd see LT from time to time. He then cursed under his breath a bit. "I also have to recruit three more mist 7," he said as he returned to his desk. Cloud had gone missing, Zane was playing peddler, poorly Luo would state to himself, and now LT had gone. The last time he remembered a Mizukage recruiting for the Mist 7, he distinctly remembered blood.

Rein laughed slightly as he shook his head, "No, no. You are the kage now...." He paused slightly in a thoughtful gaze before sighing softly, shaking the thought from his head. "You keep the job if you want." With that Rein vanished in a swirling cloud of mist that lingered for more than a few seconds within the room, the girl that had followed Rein this entire time had fallen asleep against the wall where she stayed as Rein seemingly forgot about her.

MAtsuya's clone ran up. It jumped up to the office window. It made a few handsigns. Seconds later, a shower of sparks came from the spot where the clone was. But the sparks were just for an attraction to it. Where it had been lay a note.
To who ever may read this first:
Its MAtsuya, I might need help. The clone had orders to leave this note and blow itself up if it sensed any danger coming from my chakra source. So if you know where I am, then come find me. I need your help. And Blade, you should be able to identify my chakra with your bugs, so find me sensei. And who ever finds this, take it to either Luo or Blade immediatly.

As the shower of sparks rose and a note fell on his window sill, Luo opened the curtains as something lit up and opened the window finding the note. Luo sighed and turned to Blade. "I figure you want to go help Matsuya out of whatever trouble he's in? The note says it would be easier for you to find him because of your bugs, but I can tell you now I sent him on a joint mission with some shinobi of the leaf to Kumogakure. They were supposed to attempt a break out for a sound shinobi in the Kumo prison, and I'm guessing Hirose found out and something went haywire. Go get the kid out of whatever trouble he's in, and be sure to keep the two leaf shinobi alive as well. I'll send a clone to the leaf village to inform the Hokage." Forming hand seals, Luo made a water body clone and nodded at it as it jumped out of his window, jumping into a spray of mist and headed for the docks.

Looking at the door Luo spoke clearly saying, "Come in Ayame," as he sat down, writing some things down on a piece of paper.

"Got it..." Blade stated as he opened the window and juped out of it. As he descended towards the ground, Blade's body burst into insects as the swarm took off in the direction of Kumo.

Blade entered the office via the window as he closed it tight behind him. "It's done...Matsuya and the Leaf brat are fine now," Blade stated simply. "So Hangman's training...Matsuya's in Cloud, Ayame is here in Mist, Rein and LT are at Grass. The Drake clone is in Grass as well. Sana is at the beach, while the REAL Drake is at Cloud," Blade stated simply. "That's where your shinobis are at the moment sir.

LT's clone showed up wearing his normal gear and walked through the dorr as if he never left. "Wow, i have one. One ninja in my entire village. How does it look over here Luo? Well i guess you know im here to talk about peace." LT sighed and folded his arms sitting down in his normal chair and started to brew another pot of coffee.

As LT walked in, Luo laughed a bit. "Well, that certainly leaves you to do a lot of recruiting then, now does it? Things here are fine, just shinobi scattered as usual." Luo then produced a pre-written peace treaty for the grass village that he had drafted that morning when he'd asked Blade to stop in Konoha and then Kusa. "Here, just sign this treaty I already wrote out. But I want the grass village to maintain its integrity. I want it to be full of its own shinobi. Until then, I'll allow it to become an outpost of the mist since it is apparently desolate at the moment. But I believe if anyone can make it stand on its own two feet, it's you LT."
