Allegro Meta_Fish Allegro Honestly, Kagura, you're such an antagonist that if I had any kind of power, I would have banned you long ago. Fish should be commended for having the patience he does. Seeing as how no matter what decision I make, people are going to hate me. xd Only as a guild leader. You could ban my a** if I was being a dumbass and you'd still be one of my closest friends. I honestly couldnt pull myself to ban you ever Allegro. Youve been an a** to me before but even today I find you as a good friend to have. xd

Fish should be commended for having the patience he does. Seeing as how no matter what decision I make, people are going to hate me. xd Only as a guild leader. Do you hate me as a guild leader? razz I think, considering the position that you're in, you do a very good job. I think you can be overly cautious sometimes because you're aware that we're your friends, so you can prematurely lock threads before they reach their natural conclusion. Sometimes it is best to let tension out in threads like that. An early lock can just make frustration build. But that's the only qualm I have. Yeah, and I'm trying to work on that. I'd just like the people in the Cult to get along.

Gaia Guilds needs some sort of punishment system. If someone's being a real douche you just slap them and they can't post for like fifteen minutes.

I've found for me that sometimes it can be hard being a mediator, either because it's hard to choose sides, or because I lack the proper words to say.

As much as I would love the Cult to be utopian in nature where people all hugged and spooned or whatever, it's not going to happen, because people by nature are, to put it bluntly, whiny bitches at times. That's not directed at anyone in particular, but we get caught up in the pathos of the little things in our lives that it causes us to fracture relationships.
