He simply implied that he would take him into custody, since that is what Jacques wanted. stare I'm not the best at wording things... and I word them really stupidly sometimes.... but it wasn't in his intent to let Jacques get away. In all right, he was portrayed as not wanting him to leave. Yes, deep down he was relieved that Jacques wasn't going to end up as one of Hei's test tub experiments, but that doesn't mean he allowed him to leave.
I think you all are blowing this out of proportion... <___< It's really annoying, and I'm really annoyed at how Tetsu is constantly being called weak and stupid.

Also, I don't see why everyone is getting snippy for, Tetsu is just staying in Character, last I check, that was how he acted; isn't it part of the unwritten rules for a character to NOT be OOC. . . ? confused Tetsunosuke Harasawa's Profile Tetsunosuke considers himself indifferent from everyone else. His number one personality flaw is he can't back down from an argument. He thinks he has to have the last word in everything... He'll often underestimate the opponent and end up doing something he later regrets... Tetsunosuke can come off as commanding and rude; he yearns for respect. If he respects you, he wants it in return, but if he doesn't respect you, he doesn't expect much.... Pretty sure I'm RPing Tetsu to a T. xp

Just because he's being RP'ed to his personality doesn't mean that magically excludes him from getting in trouble when he does something wrong. If that were the case, Hei wouldn't be getting put in jail, now would he? neutral
Anyway, you can defend it all you want, but I'm telling you that under the circumstances, he appeared to let him go. If anyone is blowing it out of proportion, it's you since you won't let my RPC believe something that may or may not be true. >.>

Taigaa-tono OC knowledge does not always equate to IC knowledge. I realize that totally, but I think that Tetsu should be fully allow to defend himself to a degree. Because your RPCs always seem to believe the worst of mine. gonk

I didn't say he couldn't defend himself... He can all he wants, it's just... if he's going to insult Hei in front of Tsukiko, he's probably going to get hit. There's just no two ways around that, 'cuz she loves her daddy.
