D; Well, technically, sand was closed from new shinobi, but Ara was somehow allowed to join. ;P
So I'm not sure how much "closed" really counts for. Maybe he's just a temp? You could always ask him, you know~

Hrmm.... your right, but no it doesn't seem he's a temp. since I had assigned Asuma Haruka for the temp. and then Aerin posted in the office saying he's otokage.
Which, I honestly don't think is fair, unless a VC or someone said he could be otokage....
Because, if you weren't in the village and suddenly parade in, don't you think its unfair for those, who want to be kage who were in the village?
