Konohagakure no matter what usually has the most people posting in it (most likely since the show is based around them) Otherwise I don't know lol, I think the guild is dead mainly because of school. Atleast for the most part it's because of school, other reasons include (for myself) lack of interest, and or people disappearing randomly from me leaving me high and dry with no where to really go with what my characters were doing : I just hope you can find somewhere to go with lots of active people 3nodding

well you should come to oto, even if it is really slow recently, if the whole village down sizing things ever happens, oto will have a get out of jail free card. So you wont have to worry about moving your character, also I can focus on my character teaching yours ^_^
