Angel laughed and continued to wiggle, trying to get away still as Amanda kissed her belly.

Amanda nodded and looked at the time. "We can take her to the doctor and see how fast she is going and when it will slow down."

Amanda got dressed in real clothes, still having a belly thanks to water weight and she groaned at herself as she put on a baggy shirt as she sat down to put her shoes on. When she was done she stood and put Angel in the stroller. "Are you ready to go love?"

She moved his hand away from her stomach and shook her head. She wasn't sure how to deal with it, but she knew she would have to lose it if she wanted to feel better. "Lets get going." She said softly as she pushed the stroller out of the house.

He followed her out. She was eternally beautiful to him, and he liked her tummy, but if she wasn't happy she had to do what was best for her.

They walked to the doctor's and got checked in for a check up for both Angel and Amanda. They were placed in a room and Amanda took Angel out of the stroller and at in a chair. "What do you think is wrong Valor?"

He shrugged. "Your altered DNA may have accelerated her growth, or my being a testtube baby... either way she'd growing fast... "

The doctor came in with a chart and smiled at them. "Alright, well we took blood from both Amanda and Angel and we found strands of DNA. Amanda, you are healthy as a horse but thanks to some genetic issues Angel has a problem. She might grow this fast for years, or just a few weeks. We aren't sure how to find out with this case."
Amanda went silent and rocked Angel to keep herself calm. She suddenly hated Valor's father with a greater passion then before. He would take away Angel's childhood before she could even understand it. She hoped it wouldn't be long as she looked up at Valor with tears in her eyes.

Valor took her into his arms, being strong for both of them "We can love her just the same.... we can just.... act faster...." he said trying to be brighter.
