When Farfarello tried to walk out of the wood, he would bump into what appeared to be an invisible, seemingly glass wall. This wall had no consistency and could not be seen, tasted, smelled, or heard. To anyone walking in, it could not be felt, either, and they would soon become trapped. Sound did not carry across it, either.
((Maybe I will post, then. I'm looking forward to this. I wonder how Farfarello will handle himself?))

((I wonder too. He's the type that you have to write the scene to know what he'd do a lot of times.))
When the demon hit the barrier, he'd been walking slowly (to keep his burdens safe), but running into an invisible wall was still running into a wall, no matter how you look at it, and he stumbled back violently, dropping one of the bird's eggs. He cringed, a very comical look on his face as he stepped on it; the golden yolk squished and folded up between his toes. This rudly reminded him that he'd left his sandals at the bottom of that tree. He wished he'd remembered them. Angry with himself for tripping on nothing, he counted up the eggs and cursed; there was one too few before he remembered that all was well; Raedou didn't need one. He had the grumpy old knight taken care of in his other armful of goodies. Walking at exactly the same pace, Farfarello ran right back into the barrier. It took him a moment to realize that something was there, stopping him from passing. He set down his burden and pounded on air. It was a very strange sensation. Farfarello immedietly blamed Raedou and was upset that he'd worked so hard at getting him the food that he liked and the Ganzi goes around and traps him in the woods. The demon sat at the base of a tree and pouted. He took one of the eggs (not the large one the bird had carried) and cracked it open, slurping out its contents and going on to the next one.

Raedou woke up with a start, for his tropical fruity dream had been infested by fruit flies. He grumbled to himself and heaved his body off the ground tend to Ackune, who was crying at this point. He looked down and found the piece of lumber next to where he was snoozing, and then saw Jaeto in the small distance, entering the woods a second time.
He then shrugged, drew his sword and began to carve the piece of lumber into a series of rods to fit into the wheel.

((EVENTUally Raedou will have to enter the forest after them. Until then.))
Jaeto tripped over Farfarello, who'd he'd walked right into without seeing. Jaeto then landed and destroyed another egg, sitting up dazed with a bright yellow stain on his bum.
"Bla-googhie?"

"This... SUCKS!" Tanessa not yelled, not shouted, but shrieked into the wilderness. "We get all the way... ALL THE WAY TO EOPIA. THROUGH MOUNTAIN AND SNOW AND FIRE AND LIGHTNING AND, AND-"
At this point Tanessa was required to suck in air, as was often the source of relief of her comrades, Cedric and Irwin.
"THEY KICK US OUT!"
Tanessa and Cedric had been forced to leave the Academy, and Irwin had business in Ylos anyway, apparently (and luckily--or unluckily, depending on how you looked at it), so now here they were, trekking through the woods of Ylos. A small outpost at the very edge of Baelta and Ylos had been able to receive them in a magical transport beam.
Brittle Air, it had been called. Not very reassuring-sounding, but they had all arrived in one piece... maybe.
Cedric was quite. He had not said a word since being released from the chamber. That specialist from Korubin had been called away, strangely enough. Lucius had promised he would meet the trio in Ylos capital--apparently he possessed a means of travel others could not use--and make sure they got along very well. Apparently, Lucius could speak Elven.
Irwin was his usual, scientific self, pausing at every interesting plant or animal to observe and possibly eat it.

Flustered, Farfarello scrambled away. "H-How did you get in here!?" He growled.

"Back in the forest." Farfarello said, puzzled. And then it began to connect; it only effected him! Damn that Ganzi!!

((P-page three. ;;_;; ))
"What in the hell are you talking about, demon?" Jaeto demanded, rubbing his sore head. His halberd had fallen just outside of the invisible wall, of which he had no idea the existence of. Jaeto turned onto his knees to crawl the few feet where it lay--to crush his head on the invisible wall.
No matter all their shouting, Raedou would be unable to hear them.
"What... the hell...?"
From somewhere deeper in the forest, the two heard a mystifying laugh.

Farfarello wore the classic I-told-you-so face. He needn't say anything.

Like Farfarello, Jaeto seemed not to notice the laugh. Instead, he puzzled over the transparent wall in front of him. The halberd was within a foot of his reach, and yet he could not grasp it. Jaeto tapped the wall three times, before licking it.
He tasted nothing, and felt incredibly stupid afterward.
That did not matter--Farfarello was the only one to see. Jaeto scratched his head, pondering....
((Refrain from noticing the laugh once more and she'll become impatient, angry. xD))

((Okay XD ))
So it's not only me... and Jaeto's his friend... so this must not be Raedou's doing... Farfarello deduced. So what could it be? He voiced these last thoughts.

((So, Gaia had to crash before I posted this and right during the middle of the construction of my newest RP. *grumble grumble*))
"Well, I suppose there could be some kind of magic f-"
"COME THE HELL OVER HERE!" shouted a high-pitched, crystalline voice, emitting from a pond farther into the woody depths. Were one to travel farther into the wood, they would find themselves entering an ever-darkening path, soon to be completely pitch-black. That is, until one reached the pond, which glowed with a neon-blue luminescence.

"Far, did you hear that?" questioned Jaeto, because Far seemed to be unmoving, unspeaking, and dead. Jaeto wielded his halberd--before remembering that he didn't have it--and stood to approach the sound of the laugh.
"C'mon...."
