"Thanks for the heads up," Elnara smiled. "I'll see you later."
She turned and left the room, her hand still entangled in Lore's. "I guess that makes things easier," she grinned. "That's three less and two down, plus you already know Triton. So that leaves us with about ..." She shrugged. "A bunch, yet. Unless more are out than Helen mentioned ..."

"We'll see I guess," Lore murmured following her out, willing to follow her wherever she would go.
He had to admit though deep down inside that it wasn't so bad.

"We could do this a lot more quickly if we were to get everyone downstairs instead," Elnara teased Lore with a grin. She was sure he wouldn't go for that idea, and to be honest she preferred doing it this way as well.
She squeezed his hand again as she knocked on the next door.

Lore blushed and shook his head. He knew she was teasing, but the thought of it still wasn't something that he was comfortable with quite yet.
"I don't think so," he replied softly.

"Oh... I'm coming," a young voice could be heard on the other side of the door.
There was a light pitter patter as the door opened to reveal a blond haired child in a plain brown dress and apron. Her light blue wings fluttered a bit as she peered up at the two.
"Elnara!"

Elnara grinned. "Hi, Cindy!" she said brightly. "I hope we're not bothering you ... did we interrupt anything?"
After all, she never knew if Cindy was doing anything with potions or plants or what have you.

Cindy smiled widely, "Nothing all too serious, just making lists."
Well that wasn't really a lie, she was making lists, lists of things she had to make. She didn't to tell Elnara about Triton's plan of tracking down the people who attacked them those months ago. Besides it was a risky business no need to make her more worried.

She sounded mature, more mature than any of the young children he had met so far. Something about her struck him as old... well not old, old, but older than those he had met so far.

"Ah, good," Elnara smiled. "Well, I just wanted you to meet Lore ... Lore, this is my sister, Cindy ... the eldest of all Kara's children ... unless of course you count me, but still, she was the first child Kara adopted. She's also been teaching me potions and herbology."
Well, at least introducing each of her family members, she could say something different. To tell the truth, she wasn't exactly sure how to introduce Lore to them without feeling slightly awkward ... which was why she was just introducing him as 'Lore'. She hoped desperately that he wasn't taking it the wrong way ...

"It's nice to meet you," Cindy smiled thinking he must be special of Elnara was going around introducing him to everyone.
This should be interesting to watch she thought to herself.

"And it is you," Lore nodded slowly, well that then it was possible she was quite much older than she looked.
He nodded back and tried to smile a bit better.

Cindy's got that knowing look in her eye, Elnara thought to herself; and she nodded slightly.
"Anyways, sorry to cut this short," she said to Cindy apologetically. "But it's getting late and Lore has to get back soon, and we still have most of the family to meet. I'll see you later."

"Have him come for dinner or visit more often, you'll be hard pressed to get him to visit everyone," Cindy laughed a bit looking up at Elnara, "Don't worry, I'm sure there will be plently of time. Though do drop by the fountain, Feng will be disppointed if she's the last to know."

Elnara laughed. "You're right about that bit," she giggled, waving a bit. "Thanks for the tip."
She closed the door and grinned up at Lore. "What do you think?" she asked him, taking a step away from the door. "The fountain next? That would mean you would have met about half of them ... we can save the rest for another day, especially as some of them aren't around. And of course you're welcome for dinner sometime - any time - if I can manage to be here instead of the cafe for once."
She couldn't help but laugh again at that comment, but she was still watching Lore eagerly for his answer.

"I would like that," Lore replied taking a breath, "It would be a good to have dinner with others."
In fact he had taken his dinner alone most of the time, so it would be nice to see how a family would be having dinner. Though he had a feeling this family was far from normal.
