Everett hooted in happiness as he burst into the clearing and dropped in front of Ichinaou and Edana.

Nefar was already on the ground looking for Tyler or Nicodemus to torment for a few minutes. It would most likely be the only fun he'd have here.

Sonii had moved the firebird to a more protected place, but could still see the others. She glanced up when she saw them coming back. Glancing over at Tyler, she pointed at them.

"They are back. Tyler, see if they got any blossoms. I'll get the things I need ready." she said getting to her feet after patting the ill bird again. It was just a young one and most likely got into trouble in some way that led to this. She wondered briefly where the little bird's parents were and why they'd not been there protecting her. They might not have had a chance, she figured as she pulled the mortar and pestle from the shelf nearby. It would not take long to mix.

Chael saw Tyler approaching and headed in that direction, calling to Keelin to follow. He tried to interpret the look on Tyler's face to gather any idea as to whether or not the firebird could still be saved.

Everett dropped the blossom at Tyler's feet, then flew into a tree to watch. He was thinking about who poisoned him in the first place...

((This has come to a standstill but that's ok because I've been very sick.))

"Glad to see you are all back in one piece. Ol' Nick will be disappointed."

Tyler took the plants from them as Sonii glanced over. Smiling, she said, "That's more than enough. I'll make some extra potion and that way we will have some on hand. It will remain good if I use one of the bottles that Nicodemus has."

She took one flower from Tyler, placing it into the bowl and began smushing it. Adding some of the liquid to it, the chirra mixed it well. When she was finished, Sonii had about a half cup of the liquid.

Turning to stare at the little firebird, she said, "Now just some way to get some into it." A few moments later she had a bottle filled that had a narrow neck and opening. Tyler held it so that she could feed it easily allowing the potion to slip down its throat.

The firebird choked a little and then swallowed the sticky green substance. It shivered several times and then opened its eyes, blinking as it stared at the creatures around it.

Sonii laughed looking at the others. "I guess we made it on time. Thank you all very much. There are some gifts over there for your help. Please select which you want."

And I should have added this sooner, but this does not mean there is only one of any color. You can choose the same color as someone else. The numbers are for me to identify which one you have chosen, heh.

Edana looked at the chests with interest. She was confused for a moment. Which one to pick. I like them all. But I think the shiney one is the best for me. Most things at the aerie are dull and lifeless. This will help brighten things up a bit. Thank you very much! She seemed content with her choice.
