Chickabiddy Toga! Toga! Tragic Christmas LadyInWhite Just saw something amusing: "Miracle of Birth, my a**! You know what a miracle is? Birth control that works." - Col. Dixon, Stargate SG-1 Episode 149 : Heroes (Prt 1) Too bad we can't fit that on a button. I saw that episode, and many others. xd *is a major Stargate fan* It reminds me of a Law & Order episode that involved CPCs. Lieutenant Van Buren (now my favorite character for this line), replied at the news of one CPC's involvement, "Pro-life. Hah. Has anyone noticed that some people's concern for life ends at birth?" Me: YES! biggrin *cheers* What was the issue in the episode? o.o;

I did point out (a few times I think) that just about any pictures of humans the PLG uses are all smiling white healthy babies. Also that most pictures one finds on the internet of women are of attractive and young women. I really enjoyed making the new little images, even if it was just to prove a point. *grin*

I just typed in 'Black Woman' in google and got the kind of picture I wanted. You really are restricted with what you can use based on copyright laws. Who the ******** cares if they're attractive or not? To argue that is simply petty. They couldn't find anything else to b***h at, as we didn't make any icons directed at them, so they choose the 'attractiveness' of the models. I also noticed (along with other people) that they tend to be less...how to you say - artistic?

I also noticed (along with other people) that they tend to be less...how to you say - artistic? Yeah, I still don't understand why anyone would bother to be upset that someone used pictures of attractive women on the internet. And really, it isn't as though anyone set out to find supermodels then claim they've had abortions (though there might be some who have - amont those who aren't so thin that they don't menstrate anymore). I have to say, I really agree with your statement: "Who the ******** cares if they're attractive or not?" Though a particular Pro-Lifer did get a good earful from me for claiming that only Pro-Life women are attractive (not to him, in general). Which is obviously bullshit (though he did finally state that people's ideas of what is attractive differ) since there are attractive and unattractive people on both sides of this issue.
