"...good." she said with a relieved sigh and a smile. "...out now?" she asked.

Chiyo practically vibrated in her seat. She tried to lookout of the window, but saw nothing.

((Okay... let's just pretend Irwin fell asleep in the car xd ))

Irwin awakens with a jolt and looks around, noticing that everyone is getting out of the car. He squirms out from under his seatbelt and pounces on Dora.

"OOMPH. Hey, Irwin, what's the big idea?"

The Skull Monkey giggles. "I think we're here, mum!"

Dora takes the bottle of water from Jamie and takes the lid off. Irwin, in all his eagerness to get down to the water and play with the crabs, snatches the bottle from her with clumsy paws and spills water all over the both of them.

"Oops... um, sorry, Mum."

Dora sighs and puts the lid back on the bottle. "It's okay, just let me hold the bottle for you right now, okay? You're waaay too excited right now!"

Irwin nods and laps up the water as Dora pours it for him.

Roxy sighed contentedly, hopping out of the car and doing a few quick lunges to stretch her aching legs. Her head was a bit dizzy and her eyes were a bit dry from watching the trees outside the car window. She had a white mark on her forehead where her flesh had been pushed up against the glass. Aiden noticed it as he hopped out and grinned, flicking his tail at her face. Roxy tilted her head, took off her sunglasses, and looked at her reflection in them.

Realizing that she had a pale mark on her forehead, she laughed, pushing up her sunglasses so that they were positioned in her thick black hair. Aiden, being a Skull Monkey, did not need a swimsuit. He just needed himself! And so, leaving his mother behind, the adult dashed into the waves, acting just like an infant, swishing his tail and leaping about.

Meanwhile, Roxy began to set up her spot. Folding chair with cup holder, umbrella, a few towels, a cooler with some food- that was about all they needed! A few other supplies, such as sunscreen, were still in her beach bag. Roxy lathered her hands in the sunscreen (she had removed it), spreading the cream all over her arms and legs. It was important not to get burned!

Aiden, the lucky devil, didn’t need Sunscreen. He had fur.

Chiyo had stayed behind unitl now, waiting until the flow of people had tapered. Then, heart beating fast, she stepped onto the sand. It sifted between her toes, and was very hot. She started and hopped around from foot to foot for a bit, getting used to the tempurature. Then she started her way forward slowly, looking for Jamie or Tou.

But mostly she stared at the water. It was the most she had ever seen. So far she couldn't see the end of its glittering surface. She was silenced in awe.

Chiyo saw Tou and grinned. "So pretty...better word? B-...beau..tiful. Beautiful." she sighed and looked up. "Closer? Yes!" she exclaimed, and took a few excited steps forward.
