xXx_AlchemY_xXx "I need to work on my clairsentience in a combat setting. I've never really tried it before. But masters of it within the Zuoken order of China tell tales of men who were so percise in their precognition that they were never hit. They were treasured by emperors and wealthy merchants for protection. I just now learned how to use it from an Illithid monk. Tricky buisness it is. For now just melee attacks and a little bit of holding back." Allen explained before letting his weapons fall to his sides, in a relaxed stance before moving back to an open area where they would have plenty of room. He then began to study the dragon, with now whiteish-blue eyes that seemed to give off an eerie smoke. I'm assuming that means no powers from either side, use of your body and natural abilities only, with a side of weapons combat, am I right? He walked out into the arena, Ragnarok still on his back, a content grin on his face.

Still yet he had his gladius and it's matching shield brandished, and his eyes were still glowing brightly, giving off whisps of their blueish white energy.

The area suddenly becomes shrouded with darkness entirely. The only light was coming from this orb, yet, there were barely any sounds but the sound of the aura vividly wavering around to the ground splashing like water filling the entire area. Maybe there's something to this darkness that's occuring because... it seems to not show much light from the outside anymore.
This is step two to the technique. Something may blow up soon?

Lady Sierra He would find her sitting indian style on the floor, her face neutral with her hands resting lightly on her knees, open palmed. She'd removed the dress she'd been wearing and was wearing a simple tank top and embroidered capri-length slacks. Unusual attire for the woman but voluminous skirts aren't exactly meditaion friendly.
She'd sensed him before his hand had touched the doorknob, but she hadn't said anything. She remained with her eyes closed as he entered... not trusting them not to betray her thoughts. She didn't know where they stood anymore... and the uncertainty of their bond scared her.
Eyes closed, she speaks softly once the door shuts behind him.
"I didn't think you'd be back..." "What made you think that? Didn't I say I came all this way to find you?" He set the bags down upon the nearest counter, and stared down at her. He was a bit perplexed.. and exhausted, but he wasn't going to simply ignore her either. "Shouldn't you be getting ready though...? You haven't run out of clothes, have you?" He was having a hard time trying to read her actions, and tone... wondering if she was okay.

"Be getting ready for what? My fight isn't for some time yet..."
She remains vacant of expression while she tries to collect herself. Could she trust herself not to cry? Not to jump to her feet and run into her arms like an emotional train wreck? Perplextion...
"Don't be so confused. A lot happened while you were gone... ne... Ashke."
Almond shaped eyes open to reveal mirror pools of golden flame and pupils of obsidian as those rouged lips, that so often had met with his, quirked upwards into a passive smile.
Their paths had both been long... And they hadn't reached their journey's end yet. Could he tell? The difference in her? She wasn't sure... how was she going to explain the past months they'd spent apart?

Within the light and the darkness, flashes would echo within the very fabrication of existence. Thus such a chain reaction would began to take it's hold upon the latter..and the shroud would be illuminated by a flashing white light every five seconds..

I shall allow you the first move.He shiethed his sword on his back, the device clamping around the metal of the weapon to hold it in place. He then cracked his knuckles, shook himself out, and took up a basic pose with his arms crossed against his chest.

Raphael came to the entrance door and turned back, taking a look at the stadium one last time before seeing his sister. He sighed once again and walked inside, going through the maze of corridors and stone.
His weapons clattered every other step, the imbalance of not having a right arm causing a bit of a noisy musical. He came to one of the personal quarters and knocked, hearing a little click click in response. He opened the door and smiled to his sister on the other side.
"Oh, hi Lee," she said happily, sitting on the floor next to the bed naked. She sat cross-legged, her bare tanned flesh darkened by the candlelight some how. Rust-brown hair covered her breasts, which he was happy for. He still hadn't gotten used to her being used to being naked. In front of him, of all places. She kept her eyes closed.
"Sign up yet?" He asked, setting his bag down on the bed. He sat on one corner and took off his boots.
"Yes, though I found out someone else entered the tournaments as well." She smiled sheepishly to herself.
"Who?"
"Sam."
"Crap."

He smiled faintly, even as he approached her, before kneeling down and grasping both of her shoulders. "But what matters is that we're here again. Right?" The cold hearted boy I used to be.

Snow started to awaken after the previous fight with Vercellius. The blood had dried, and he reeked foul of wounds and pierced flesh. The eyes opened, at first hazy and unclear. It only took a few short minutes before he started to focus on the sky itself, a dank humidity disturbing the wind.
Moving, but unable to, Snow could only lift himself up ever so weary as he gritted the teeth, trying not to clench the torn muscles.
One word to describe the pain.
"Ow..."
Damn. And I thought I had caught Vercellius off guard....
With this degree of wound, Snow can't rely much on his own healing spells to cure the damage he got from the rigged opponent.
Now, what to do...

Morning finds Trei snoozing atop his perch...well, mostly. His legs still hang over the wall to dangle above the stadium floor, but his upper body has fallen backwards, resting on the cool stone of the arena stands. It had been pretty eventful so far, and the rest would do Trei good. It was gonna be a long road...
In his head, a dream plays out; a battle between him and a strange man, years in the future...The man spoke with infinite arrogance, and in his dream Trei remembers the match between the man and a blind elf, which he remembered actually happened. As our hero dreams on, the dream seems real...and a fire begins burning within his blood once more.

Okay, flex.
No response.
Flex, dammit...flex!
Still no response.
Argh....
Snow grumbled, unable to get himself sitting properly without grinding the muscles against his remains, the right still useless and mauled by those spikes. If it weren't for Vercellius's cheap tricks in angling out and infrawaves....Snow would've had beaten the sly opponent at least.
Unfortunately, the victorious always gets to write what they want in history, and no matter how fair the defeated might be, downgrading is most likely what will happen in the aftermath.
He used his remaining good arm to gather some blood onto his palm as he drew a circle on the ground, writing relic and rune symbols nearby to initiate some emergency healing.
