Chrys continued her kneeling position, watching nervously when KC and Tiffa's. "Who...who are these people, Mizuho! That orb... it could only belong to someone higher in confidence with the Creators..." The sprite answered the girl with only silence. She stood after a moment of self-encouragement, sensing around for the familiar pulse of the powers of the main higher-ups. But it was not to be found. "Does that mean that this is...perhaps...a Fate? I've heard of them from dimension to dimension, but the Creators never alert me to their presence because they always say that I'll 'interfere'."
"It's possible," Mizuho finally replied, "that this Fate has something to do with the source of all the troubles of this group. But we'd have to find and confront her to know for sure. I think we can assume, though, that this Fate is against Naraku. For now, just stay alert and be ready for anything."
"A bit hard, especially since the rather enticing hue of that orb probably means that this one has power of demons..."
"'Daijoubu da yo', Chrys. Remember?"
"Oh dear, don't remind me. I'll worry for him! Just keep an eye out for me, alright?"
The sprite chuckled at Chrys' immediate response to her faraway friend's most common phrase, but put it aside, searching around with her mind and magic. Mizuho happened to locate Tiffa, unlike Chrys, with their magic; she wasn't a being of any species this world supported, so Tiffa was unable to recognize and avoid it. Mizuho, however, did not jump out and confront the Fate. Instead, she merely pretended not to have glazed over the Fate's consciousness and pinched the bridge of Miroku's nose lightly, with a chuckled, "Shall we go and help?"
((That Japanese translates as something along the lines of, "It's all right!" And I'm referring to Mighty from Bomberman Jetters with that quote. I've been doing a lot of RPs with a friend about that anime. AND NO, HE DOES NOT DIE, FOR I HAVE MY THEORIES. whee ))

Tiffa smiled softly as she noticed Chrys and Mizuho's eyes on the orb. "Perfect... Now, it's time to play. Come on little orb, don't fail me," she whispered, and it began to glow, turning a deep purple. Black figures moved across it, but nothing true showed. She gritted her teeth, but allowed for the orb to return to the original pearl coloured state.
"Oh no..."
It didn't work... was Naraku's fate still undecided, even by her? She'd have to lend her services to win this battle. She stepped forwards carefully, and pointed her sword at Chrys. "You're in correlation with them, Chrys and Mizuho... tell me, do you need some help?"
