Lucas let his gaze travel up to the bag, which was starting to run low. His eyes narrowed as he could feel a stirring deep within him as his fist clenched, feeling a tingling itch within the tips of his fingers as his nails sharpened and lengthened roughly slightly under a third of an inch, the soft metallic scrape of the razor sharp tips rasping in the quiet of the hall. He didn't realize that his warm bronze irises had deepened to a golden amber while his pupils had become slightly slitted. Hmm, so... we have to find one, Mairi said softly. I don't know, said Lucas as he shrugged. What's that odd noise? It sounds almost like... bees? said Lucas as he frowned. Unknown to him, there were a couple of bee hives within the wall nearby, though nobody knew it, not even the doctors. I hear it too, Mairi said quietly, frowning slightly as she glanced around as she had, out of the corner of her eye, noticed an odd dark tint to one of the corners of the wall. She half turned, rapping her knuckles with a sharp motion against the wall, the buzzing becoming quite a bit louder as a doctor came around the corner. What's that funny sound? Lucas shifted, looking around before his ears twitched, noticing the sound seemed to be coming from his right, near Mairi. "Oh?" was the disinterested reply as the male nurse, a weathered older man stood with a mildly irritated look. Lucas gagged, pulsing his chakra rapidly in distress, feeling like something was caught in his throat; unknown to him, through his father, he was actually allergic to bee stings. He needs epinephrine as quickly as possible to halt this allergic reaction or his throat may swell shut, was the wary comment as he darted quickly out of the room, soon returning in under a minute before he quickly gave Lucas a shot near his collarbone. Lucas inhaled sharply, coughing several times as he glared at the bees swarming around before his eyes narrowed. Allergic reaction? he muttered in a weak, raspy voice. It's painfully obvious neither of you knew of this, though if you're his mother, I'm curious how you wouldn't know about this, the nurse said dryly. Who said she was our birth mother? I told you not to make any moves around the bees. Pyhrra says this to Lucas & the girls. She did warn them not to make any sudden moves around bees. They can be dangerous when they sting then looked at the doctors. What are we going to do about the bees that came in? If the 3 make anymore sudden moves they'll get stung more.
