Ishtadaal This was nerve-wracking! Sea of Butterflies watched the others with big eyes, legs shifting underneath him in what started to be a nervy, excitable dance. What now? Nothing of interest seems to happen as he shifts on the center rock.

 Beauty Past Compare slid down from her perch and said graciously to the resting doe, "excuse me," as she popped onto the fourth stone from the west - mostly on her side, with her legs sticking out. She tried to cross them as attractively as she could.

Maxx D Beauty Past Compare slid down from her perch and said graciously to the resting doe, "excuse me," as she popped onto the fourth stone from the west - mostly on her side, with her legs sticking out. Nothing of interest happens, either when Beauty gets off her original stone, first touches the fourth stone, or when she settles herself atop it.

Underneath danced slightly before jumping off her stone, racing towards the far right one. "Hey! Switch with me! Run to the other side!" She called out, jumping up towards Jester's stone. "Maybe it will do something!

Shaddaling Underneath danced slightly before jumping off her stone, racing towards the far right one. "Hey! Switch with me! Run to the other side!" She called out, jumping up towards Jester's stone. "Maybe it will do something!
Nothing of interest happens, either when she gets off the stone, first touches Jester's stone, or lands atop Jester's stone fully.

Jester nods and then flings himself off the stone excitedly. The reactions were encouraging and the stones hadn't dimmed yet, at least. If they did, at least they knew how to light them all the way back up again on the left side! Now only the mystery of the red lights, and the right side to go! "Got it!" he exclaims, and hops onto the stone that Underneath had prior been on, left of the symbol stone. Outcry collapses under the Obelisk, tired, and concludes he's going to chillax for a while.

It's been a few minutes since Butterflies touched the center stone, though, and the rocks which have been glowing cease to glow. The Obelisk retains its glow, though at a slightly dimmed intensity.

Oh no! Oh no. Sea of Butterflies clambered down worriedly, looking around. If staying there while other people figured it out wouldn't work...
He tried jumping back on, then leapt up like Rouge had tried earlier, to see if leaping and coming down would change things.

Ishtadaal x Oh no! Oh no. Sea of Butterflies clambered down worriedly, looking around. If staying there while other people figured it out wouldn't work... He tried jumping back on, then leapt up like Rouge had tried earlier, to see if leaping and coming down would change things.After Sea of Butterflies completely leaves the rock, the next time he touches it it begins to glow. The five stones to the left also glow a yellow-white color. Nothing changes as he settles onto the rock or when he leaps into the air; however, landing on the rock again makes the center rock stop glowing. The leftmost stone in the right begins to glow a steady white color. The Obelisk does not dim. For a few minutes, nothing that anyone in the area does has any significant effect at all on anything in the vicinity. Then, the five stones to the left and the single glowing stone on the right all stop glowing. The Obelisk itself continues to glow, but it does not dim.

All right! A reaction! Sea of Butterflies made a soft cheer and reared up again, moving to leap upon the next stone to his right... and stopped when he realized things weren't changing at all.
Huh. Five yellow, no glow in the center, one white to the right. He jumped back onto 'his' center stone, frowning. "I... think this is important somehow. When I jump up and down, the one stone to the right glows. So maybe someone needs to step onto the stone to my right, after I start things, but before I jump?"

Beauty Past Compare slipped off like a blubbery fish and stomped to the center to hiss, "oh Motherfather" at the obelisk and smacked the marked stone sharply with an annoyed hoof, once.
