Meaning of (name): Kamila means "Perfect" in Arabic while Maluhia means "Serenity" in Hawaiian. Full meaning "Perfect Serenity"

Personality:

Kamila has always been the empathetic sort. What she feels, she feels deeply. Her compassion for others is something that inspires everything she does. It also eventually causes the break down of her old faith that results in her finding a new, more violent one that brings her peace.

She feels the pain of others. The loss of the lover she held so close, shatters and corrupts the compassion she has and reforges it into something dark. She is in instrument of her faith and through it she finds an odd but bloody peace.


Quirks/Character Traits:
✶ Serves the god of many faces.
✶ Is pained by the mistake she made in choosing Margaery Tyrell instead of the right target.
✶ Currently resides under the name No One.



Backstory:

Kamila Maluhia was raised without any family religion or beliefs. She loved her sister and brother dearly, but the more that she questioned life--the more she came to the conclusion that there was some deeper meaning to it.

Not knowing who to thank for her creation, for the wonderful world around her, Kamila became spiritual. It's what gave her the urge to go on a Pilgrimage to find her faith, or more specifically to name her faith.

Her search was for the meaning of her life and the universe. Who blessed her with these designs and in turn shaped her to be like their meaning? What could she do to make the world better as an offering to her creator? What could she do that mattered?

And so for a time, she worshiped Buddha. Her life felt complete and fraught with meaning.

Kamila fell madly, deeply in love with Keaton--a stallion who's every word and movement was poetry to her. That was Kamila's life. Kamila had lost a lover. His name had been Keaton. His hair had been long, the color of corn silk. Even when the Butcher had stained it red with blood, it had still looked lovely.

Under that guileless sky, Keaton had died. And in some ways, so had Kamila. All the peace that had been left in her soul had shattered at his death. There was no consolation or light that would shine in the darkness that enveloped her soul.

Desolate and alone, she sought out a new meaning to her life and found it in the House of Black and White, serving the Many Faced God. He was the same god in all religions, the same god of death and in serving him she found peace.

A Kindly Stallion asked her questions, tested her answers and weighed them in silence. Finally, when she let Kamila go she became the girl No One, a Faceless Mare and servant of the Many Faced God.

No One had stopped mourning that mare long ago. No one prayed every day and attended the dying with compassion as they drank the poison of her faith. She cleaned their bodies, prepared them for burial as she was told to do. No One never asked any questions, her faith was whole, complete.

And so, No One served her new god, the god of death. Because all gods of death were the same, only wearing a different visage in each faith. The temple showed them all, but the face did not matter because faces could be changed or altered. What was true was what lurked beneath and it was he who resided there that she served.

Death was peaceful here. Not as it had been for Keaton.

And when the kindly stallion asked her who she was, No one would answer. "I am No One."

No One learned to bestow the gift on those her God of Many Faces determined. She did not decide it for herself, believing that one day through her service she would earn the right to gift The Butcher. A life for a life. That was the way of things, this a mare knows.

Personality:

Artemis was named after the legendary Goddess of the Hunt, little did she know how accurate that name would be. Whether her father or mother had any inkling is unknown.

During the day, she is sweet and unassuming. She loves her brother Khonvoum exceptionally. She is obedient to her father's commands, and is a model child, almost shy in nature.

However at night is when the monsters come out to play. She scorns everything that she loves during the day, wishing to kill her brother Khonvoum if she ever lays eyes on him at night. The two often do bitter battle in efforts to kill each other. The only relationships that don't change is with her parents, her love for them is unfailing though sometimes she lashes out at them.

At night, Abellona and Artemis work like a matched set. Artemis plays the scared and frightened mare, beautiful beneath the moonlight in order to lure in stallions or anything else that will take pity on her.

When the time is right, Abellona will strike from behind while Artemis goes for the throat. The sisters crave blood and flesh like any hunters, and thrive on destruction and mayhem. As deadly as they are beautiful, they're not someone you want to cross.

Their relationship with each other is not dependent on the other's feelings, and has no insecurities. They have unshakable faith in the other's love and loyalty, no matter the time of day or night. It is impossible to drive a wedge between them.


Quirks/Character Traits:
✶ Has no finesse, she can charm well but depends too much on brute force despite her size.
✶ Has a Dr. Jekyll/Hyde relationship with others dependent on the moon and sun.
✶ Is lost without Abellona and fears the worst.


Backstory:

Artemis was born to Horus and Avia, a product of the twisted tunnel. She and her twin, Abellona were born months before their three brothers. They were exceptionally well developed, while it would take months more of their mother carrying their brothers for her to deliver them.

Horus, their father, took a great affinity for his beautiful and strong girls. As time wore on, they could hear the whispers on the wind--feel the call. By day, they are sweet and nice daddy's girl, but by night they change into hunters of stallions who feed on flesh and blood.

Born of this odd tunnel, they also have an odd relationship with their brothers. During the day, Artemis loves her brother Khonvoum deeply enough to give her life for him, but at night they will attack and attempt to kill each other with hatred and pure malevolence.

Their failure to excel in the arts of coercion and manipulation that their father taught them led to the losing of several key hostages. It wasn't long after that both Artemis mother Avia and sister, Abellona, went missing. Artemis believes it's her final warning to step up.

She supposed they were imperfections, those marks, but they didn't feel that way to her; they were a history, cut into his body: the map of a life of endless war.

Meaning of (name): an apparatus designed for carrying out executions by beheading. It consists of a tall, upright frame in which a weighted and angled blade is raised to the top and suspended. Also named after Guillotine Square in Halloweentown.

Personality:

Spunky and deft on her feet, Guillotine is more than suited for her mission. She believes in perserverance and is almost always cheerful in her own ghastly way. She prefers the nights to days and is more likely to scare others than get scared by them. If you try to fight her or get in the way of her sacred mission, you'll find out soon enough just how tough she really is underneath that smile.


Quirks/Character Traits:
✶ Has met the Pumpkin King only once, and considers it one of her top moments.
✶ Believes in the power of hearts against darkness and keyblades.
✶ Has a wicked dark sense of humor.


Backstory:

Guillotine was born in a strange sector of the Kawani lands into a herd that reveled in the night of Samhain. Everyday was Halloween to the herd. Anomalies that other herds would consider imperfections or "creepy" were prized amongst the herd. The more unique and frightening, the higher standing a member would have.

Celebrating the unique and strange, the herd celebrated even more so on the actual night of Samhain--even having a custom of offering a pumpkin to the Great Pumpkin King in honor of the night, and in hopes to be chosen to be blessed.

Born and raised in the Halloweentown herd, Guillotine daily frolicked on the tombstones of the ancient human graveyard the herd resided on. In the lower class of the herd--without any Halloweentown twists, Guillotine did not expect to be blessed or chosen by the Great Pumpkin King.

However, on the Celebration of Samhain, Guillotine was chosen by the Great Pumpkin King to both be blessed and given a mission. She was to go out in the Kawani lands alone and explore the world and it's customs to bring back to her people, along with a certain artifact.

Chosen, she waited for her gift to reveal itself. In the light of the moon, the scenes of her home spilled out over her skin, a permanent reminder of where she came from and what she loved to take with her on the long journey while she looked for the "Storyteller" in order to claim the books he carried and carry them back to the Great Pumpkin King. (Or so the legend goes)

After meeting Umeko in the forest and escaping Chessur, the Chesire Cat. Eventually her encounter with trying to get the books from Horus (not yet written) resulted in her joining The Cabal in an effort to bring down a empire of evil.
