"How did you know?" Lael asks, suprised. She didn't think she'd been that obvious. "Never mind. I probably don't want to know," she adds, quickly. "I won't pry into your buisness, Nathan. We all have secrets. If it's not dangerous to myself or anyone around me then I have no need to know. If you ever come to trust me, however, you should know that I'm always willing to listen." She grins. "And your accent really kinda ruins that mysterious tone of yours," she says, a bit teasingly, hoping that he won't get offended or something. "Perhaps you should think of that before you try using it again."

"Looking around sounds good." Nathan replies, realizing that the elf wanted to create a more cheerful atmosphere. I don't have to be a telepath to know that you still miss her. the half demon telepathically says to the elf. However, I am, and that shows me just how much. You are changing the subject for both of us.
Well, Darian thinks, aren't you observant.

Lael looks at them puzzled. She can tell that some sort of communication just took place between the two men, but she didn't see any significant looks or gestures. She makes a mental note to look out for more such things and acts as though she didn't see anything. "Right. Any particular place you'd like to look for?" she asks.

"There are more trapped here?" Nathan replies in well faked surprise.

"Yes. A boy. We don't know his name though. He wouldn't tell us," Lael tells Nathan. "Perhaps if we're lucky he'll come with us. Lead the way, Darian. I have no idea where his room is."

(OOC:She asked me to bring Nathan in so we could get Westley involved so involved he shall be.)
"It's just a hunch." Darian replies. "I think it's just a few doors down from my room." The elf begins walking up the stairs.
Nathan follows close behind. He is intrigued by what the messenger had told him about this third being. After they reached a certain age, or endured a certain number of hardships, most demons, pure blood or not, are assigned a messenger who tells them of any potentially important events that have happened or will happen that day. Of course, he had the right to refuse having a messenger at all, but Nathan found that it made life easier, even if his messenger was a pain. After they had gone up a couple of steps the half demon turns to Lael and asks "Are you coming or not?"

((OOC: If you'se want me to have Westley around, I'm game, though I really was hoping we could get more RPers in here..... And, fyi, I have been watching this thread as well since I {as Margem} am the RolePlaying area mod.
I'll wait for you'se guys to come to Westley's room before I post anything else on it.))

"This way." Darian says, turning down the hall and walking in the direction his room, and the room he believed to be Westley's.
Nathan was not far behind but he stayed close to Lael at the same time. The four of us will make quite the group, he thinks, Each one judged for something they can't help.

Lael notices that the half demon stays close to her. She doesn't know if it's just a coincidence or not, but it makes her kinda happy. Although she's only known him for a short time, she likes what she's seen from him.
When they reach Westley's door she knocks. "Excuse me," she calls. "May we speak to you?"

Westley hears a knock at his door and he groans as he wakes up. ...shoot! I'm still in cougar form!...
As he changes to his human form quickly, he asks sleepily, "Who's there?"
