"Aww, aren't you precious", Wayra crooned with a smile on her face as she inched forward to scratch underneath the giant dog's muzzle. A quick inspection of the creature showed it, correction; he, wasn't hurt. Just nervous. As much as she wanted to scratch behind his ear, she knew better than to try to reach over an animals head before obtaining its trust, since going for the back of the head and neck could be seen as an attack. "You're such a good boy."
The click of a camera caught Wayra's attention. "Dorian, I thought that things like cameras were confiscated when we got off the boat?", the vet questioned from where she was scratching the creature's chin. "In any case, you should probably put that away, it might scare the creatures. Or you should at least turn the flash off so you don't surprise them."
"We wouldn't want to scare such a sweetheart, would we?", she softly questioned the creature in front of her despite knowing it probably couldn't understand her, much less reply. "In any case, why are you asking about the flavor of a gelatin creature? It's not like you're planning on eating it... are you?", she finished with a stern looking that told them she wouldn't allow such an act.

Yes, he was sweet and good and keep talking. Because Zuckerman could obviously here. He was a very, very well behaved Cerberus. Just for the humans. He gave a small bark of a reply at the question, tilting his head to one side. [Only labs are scary.] Not that she could hear him, but as least he dared to venture sitting up at the chin scratches, tail wagging lazily back and forth as he did. His eyes strayed to her every so often, but was locked near permanently on the security officer.
Because, should he so much as twitch, Wayra's little puppy was going to head for the hills. He was behaving, really, but if Zuckerman decided he wasn't then he had to run. Fast. Very fast. Hopefully fast enough to avoid the button. At least he'd stopped whining at that point, just sort of hiding behind the humans so that, hopefully, Zuckerman couldn't see him.
Good doggy was good. And fairly sleepy.

Name: Fluffy Species: Cerberus Physical Description: Large wild looking black dog. On all fours comes to around the shoulder height of an average to tall height of a man. Built like a truck. Singled headed and perhaps a bit small for his species, but that makes him more 'manageable' for staff. Brief Character Profile: Doesn't care much about anything as long as you don't take what's his. If you try, expect that guard dog nature of his to kick in. He's very 'chill' and domesticated. Not really mean, just sort of aloof at times.
Tavast was super drowsy, the Obsidian Dragon had succumb to the drugs and was very laid back, head resting on the ground in the most submissive fashion as possible as he watched Zuckerman.
He wasn't going to move from the spot until Zuckerman went away. Even if it meant he slept there.

Name: Tavast Species: Obsidian Dragon Park Location: Monster Mountain Physical Description: He looks pretty much like this: DRAGON! He's about 15 feet tall from ground to horn tip. Wing span is about 30 feet, and is about 20 feet from snout to tail. Brief Character Profile: Tavast is a very laid back - if curious dragon. Though honestly, he's more likely going to spend his time sunning himself near the crater lake or singing to the stones to build himself a proper den. He has more interest in other creatures than humans however, but will watch humans from a distance as long as they don't approach.

Francis wasn't too impressed with Zuckerman's yelling or weird words that made him slightly agitated. He kept one gold eye on the man, letting his tongue slip out and back in.
Lifting his head, he glanced in the direction the new humans were. Apparently oogling over the Bigfoot. Typical. Cuddly things were more their style, whatever.
He flicked his tail once against his rock, a bit sedate but not as much as anyone else who had gobbled down the earlier meat treats. Returning to sunbathing and keeping an eye on the disgruntled human.

Probably cause he's always sleepy for some reason. He enjoys a good staring contest though for some reason all his opponents just shrivel away suddenly. He spends most of his time near the crater lake basking in the sunlight on his favorite rock.

Gemma shifted back and forth anxiously, her movements inadvertently stomping small trenches into the ground under her paws. She did not like the Truck of Shame. No. No no no.
Quote:
Name: Gemma Species: Gargoyle Physical Description: A big stone gargoyle, solidly built, with dark black eyes and moss/lichen 'hair'. Has wings far too small to realistically support flight. Also horns and a stubby tail. Brief Character Profile: Big lumbering, and clumsy, but with a sweet and gentle soul. She is loud and boisterous and finds standing perfectly still, as most gargoyles must, to be a bit of a chore. Direct sunlight fries her brain somewhat.

Caesar seemed to relax when the woman moved some small distance away. He slid around the trunk of the tree to peer out and watch. Another woman was there now and she'd taken a seat. Something was tossed in his direction and he couldn't help wanting to see what it was.. but.. humans.. but.. new thing..
He seemed to bobble on his feet, unsure how to proceed, until he made up his mind and took a few steps to the green glob. The bigfoot crouched, poked it, and licked the tip of his finger.
He then started to slowly smile, then laugh a slow goofy laugh. He poked his own nose, dug his finger in, then poked it into the pile. HE KNEW WHAT THAT STUFF WAS.

Name: Caesar Species: Bigfoot Physical Description: He's a bigfoot. XD About 7'6", hairy and brown, ape-ish face... ya know.. BIGFOOT. Brief Character Profile: Caesar isn't very bright. He's fond of the handlers but not of many of the other creatures around. He's a bit shy with new people and has been working on being a productive (openly viewed) monster on the island. He's not fond of flash photography sad
Wayra smiled at the bark, and took it and the wagging tail as a sign that she was allowed to move on to eat scratching. She kept one hand underneath, scratching the creature's chin, but moved the other hand to begin scratching behind his ear. Dogs loved when this was done to them, would this giant one love it as well?
She glanced over at the sound of laughter. The Bigfoot had come out from the trees and was poking the green substance Lydia had thrown onto the ground. She couldn't help but let out a giggle at the creature's antics, simply glad that it'd gotten over its nervousness.
"Isn't that great, Lydia? Whatever you threw worked.", Wayra called softly to the woman while she continued petting and scratching the creature playfully.

Adam stood as straight and as stiff as a board. His eyes were as wide as those of a man who had just drank a gallon of espresso. He had goosebumps. His face was frozen in a smile. He was aiming for a nice, normal smile, but he overshot into the Joker from Batman smile territory.
Just remember exposure therapy. You made it all the way to sunflowers and that fake Christmas tree. Recite your mantra. "You are man. You are strong. You can do this."
You know what. Just cover your face with something. Like the camera. The one from the van that came along with the high fructose corn syrup free granola bars and kale chips. Yes, there you go. Now you look normal. Normal in comparison to before, anyway. It's normal to take photos at times like this, after all.
Now, look at anything else besides the trees. People who're afraid of heights shouldn't look down. Men who fear plants shouldn't look at effin' plants.
He pointed the lens first at Lydia, then at Wayra, and finally at Big Foot. If he wasn't so afraid of the environment, that last part would've made him excited. Instead, he acted coolly, like an athlete who chokes up during the big game and starts acting like a beginner again. He had heard cameras made people look fat, but he actually thought the three of them looked pretty good through the lens.
That gave him an idea. He grinned -- a genuine grin this time -- and took their photos. "Smile, you're on Candid Camera." The flash was most definitely off, but he figured it was nothing Photoshop couldn't fix. Not that he knew much about the software other than it supposedly fixed everything.

Tavast rolled over onto his side, shifting his wings a bit as his tail thumped against the ground and his claws once more kneaded the soil.
Rolling his head to watch Fluffy and the humans he snorted. Silly Cerberus, needing human attention.
He almost immediately turned his attention back to Zuckerman - really wishing the human would go away and take these new ones with him...

Exiting the vehicle, Neala could already feel the inevitable headache to come beginning. Following the group, and keeping a watchful eye over them, she eyed the creatures with a questionable look. She had been around them before, but still, she had trouble adjusting to their abnormal looks. Either way, she remained silent, and did not approach any as she kept close to her group, ready to stand in if need be. She knew how these creatures could get.
Glancing over her shoulder, she checked to see if Kiera was still in the SUV or not, when she hadn't noticed her partner among the group.

Zuckerman had fallen asleep, but his eyes were still wide open.

The harpy wasn't even sure what to think about the expression Zuckerman had made. Was he angry still or, no he had seen humans made a similar face often. It could have even been a smile? Either way, Kip had frozen in mid step the moment Zuckerman barred his teeth at him and hadn't moved since; for fear of provoking the man into yelling at them again.
However, as time passed, the man had still yet to move from the crumpled remains of the SUV. In fact, he was hardly moving... if at all, and yet, his eyes were still wide open.
:Statue? Dead?: Maybe he should check...
Kip shuffled closer, wings tucked in against his body as he neared the sleeping Zuckerman.

Tavast was starting to doze now, the low rumble of his snoring could be heard for yards. It sounded like someone was cutting down five or six trees at once with chainsaws. His rear leg kicked in his sleep as he dreamed about chasing that human from earlier.
That had been fun!
His wings flapped in his sleep, causing a light breeze around him.

Kip was about a foot away from Zuckerman when the loud snoring from the obsidian dragon began, startling Kip, and nearly drowning out Zuckerman's own snoring.
Was he also sleeping? Did this mean he wasn't dead? It was hard to tell with Tavast making that awful racket.
:Tavasssst!: Kip mentally screeched obnoxiously. :Shut uuup! I'm trying to see if he croaked! Jeez!: Just as soon as he finished yelling at the dragon, Kip gingerly reached out with one of his feet, poking the man ever so slightly in the arm.
