This time, Tozuki was already looking over the file for this Genin when he entered the room. The boy approached, bowing low before him. When he straightened up, Aian acknowledged him with his title. "There is no need to bow. I've been reading your file, Aianburrado. You're strong, despite your lack of wanting to listen. Subpar in stealth and problem solving but exceedingly strong and durable." The Mizukage read aloud. He set the file down and looked over the boy carefully. "Off file though, I believe you're much more capable of intelligence for a brute of a Koton user."
Tozuki opened up the desk drawer and pulled out a headband before he closed the drawer and stood up. The young Mizukage walked over to the boy, thrusting his arm out and offering the headband to him. "Welcome to Kirigakure. Know that even the thickest steel becomes brittle when matched with the cold." Tozuki said finally to Aian.

Aianburrado, The Iron Blood
Aian listened to his words, watching his body motion while he shuffled through the genin's files and read the reports from his academy teachers. Fixated on the reports, when he began to speak about his lacking in intelligence, problem solving, and other fields, Aian took an exhausted breath while being discredited. There really wasn't much to say, or could say for that matter. Instead, he kept his head high and took his words as constructive criticism to his own prowess. However, there was a pause when the Mizukage mentioned cold steel. Both their peering eyes met one another briefly. The tension building, their future unfolding before their eyes. This wouldn't be the last time these two would meet under such distasteful terms for many more would come.
Aian took the headband and gave his head a respectful bow, acknowledging his wisdom. "Lord Mizukage." And started out of the office, leaving without another word. Words alone defeated the fledgling genin's ego, an ego derived from brutality and abuse of other students. Once outside, down the hall from the Mizukage's office, he sighed and set the headband on his head. Not essentially a head band but more like a head guard. Unlike other genin, he'd rather put his head band to practical use and have guards attached to it. Not only did it come off mildly intelligent but complimented his Koton theme.

An Anbu rushed in, telling him of a fight that had happened and an attempt on Aianburrado's life. Sighing slightly, the Mizukage pulled his hat on and his coat before leaving and walking out of the office. [Exit to Academy]

Crazy Legs Training :: Rank D The user simply focuses on fluidity, movement and simple attack routines. From now on, the user's movement is a bit more graceful and liquid.

Drunken Tango Training :: Rank B Just like Crazy Legs and Jazz Hands, this is another passive training technique. This time, the user trains their entire body for the coming techniques. It's all for grace and power.
Enlightened Drunkenness Training :: Rank S Difficult, yet for the Master Drunk, essential. The practitioner of this style is able to, once true drunken enlightenment and zen-like status have been bestowed upon him/her, induce a perpetual drunken or tipsy state by sheer force of will~ • Techniques no longer require alcohol to perform.
Perfect Balance Practice :: C-Rank The user has began to practice their own balancing when focusing on strike while only balancing on one leg. Because of all this practice, the user has developed their own personal sense of balance. As a result of this, if the user were to fall from a tree or anything else, they would always land on their feet.
Perfect Balance + Practice :: B-Rank The user is capable of now next to perfect balance. They can easily run on high-ropes, even doing somersaults and back-flips on a narrow beam while running alone without having to exert chakra to keep balance. They are also capable of running at least five feet up a wall before they need to exert chakra.

Taizen Hozuki
"Big things have small beginnings..."
Taizen sighed having reentered the kages office. He sat down outside the door seeing no one was inside. He had learned all the ninjutsu he could and now really didn't have much else he could do. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a bottle of water downing it in a matter of moments before tucking it back in. A very satisfied "ahhh" escaped Taizens lips showing just how much he enjoyed some good water. He awaited his leader to return so that he could be given his next assignment.

Sei was not the type to stand and wait however, so she turned tail and walked out, intent on finding the Mizukage. After much information gathering, she found that someone had seen him at the dojo. Not bothering to knock Jaice walked into the Mizukages office in search of officiating his becoming a genin and meet the man whom shared his affinity. Looking around he saw no one bearing that title nor anyone else that could resemble the man but to be honest Jaice had never formally met the man. During his time in the hospital he was able to glance at him once and since then Jaice wanted to become stronger than the man who could run the hidden mist. Taking a seat in a nearby chair Jaice waited for the return of the Mizukage.
"But it`s not because it is my pride that I will not give up. It`s because I cannot give it up, that`s why it is my pride."

One of them he had met earlier that day, Taizen Hozuki, the other he had read the file extensively and visited once in the hospital when he was found and brought in. "Taizen, stand by. You there, distant cousin. Your name is Jaice... You excel at Kenjutsu and surprisingly, our shared Kekkai Genkai. For that, however, you are subpar at Taijutsu and Genjutsu. Now." He said, grabbing a headband and tossing it to him. "Wait here for further orders. As for you, Taizen, report to the Springs for clean up duty." Tozuki said to the males.

As the man entered Jaice paid him no mind until he spoke. The nidaime mizukage Tozuki Yukimura, a man who shared his Kekkai Genkai and was his "distant" cousin, had entered the room but Jaice saw something was off. Shrugging it off Jaice would catch his headband and wrap it around his right shoulder while the mizukage analyzed him thoroughly. Jaice had seen the man once when he was in the hospital after his ordeal. As the man spoke Jaice would look at him and keep silent as he remained curious about the mission he was to be assigned.
"But it`s not because it is my pride that I will not give up. It`s because I cannot give it up, that`s why it is my pride."
Makoto stood before the tower of the Mizukage, taking a deep breath as she calmed her nerves. From what she heard, the kage was pretty cold and callous; a rumor that made her nervous to actually meet him. But she had to! She was quite literally a couple steps away from becoming an official medical nin. Once prepared, she headed inside to meet the man and confirm the rumors for herself. The girl made her way up to the office to find the door wide open and the Mizukage speaking to fellow ninja. She politely knocked on the door before speaking up and making her intentions known. "Excuse me, Lord Mizukage. I came to get my headband" she stated with a bow but refrained from entering the room.

Kuimi walked along the halls to the Mizukage's office, humming softly to herself, a dull and bored look on her face. Slithering out of her mess of partially crimped and partially curly hair, a glistening black snake wrapped its way around her neck. The female nonchalantly reached up her hand and gave the snake's head a pet before allowing her hand to drop back down to her side. "So Asu, are you nervous about meeting the Mizukage? I heard he's somewhat of a sociopath. Makes him interesting, at least." The snake gave her what anyone could get was the closest thing a snake could get to snorting, and Kuimi chuckled. "Of course Asuaki wouldn't be nervous, she's the most badass person I know,' the female thought to herself, taking a deep breath.
She stopped down the hall, looking at a shinobi who was standing in the doorway. It seemed Mr. Mizukage was already busy with other genin, not surprisingly. Kuimi let out a somewhat aggravated sigh before joining the tanned female at the door, crossing her arms across her chest. "Kuimi Severin-Erimaki, here for my headband Lord Mizukage." Kui said with a calm and collected tone, all business here with this little kunoichi.
Asuaki raised her head, looking at the female standing beside her partner. The snake let her tongue flick in an out, smelling at the air, remembering the scent of the female how she always did. The snake tilted her head first to the right, then to the left, studying the girl. Nothing could be really seen from this girl from her looks at first, but her anxiety was palpable in the air. All animals gave off the same stinking stench when scared, it was almost pathetic.

A familiar sight entered Sei's vision as she entered the Mizukage's office. The boy from before was there, but there was also an unfamiliar face. There was business to discuss however, so introductions would have to wait. Sei walked up to where Jaice was standing, glancing up at him before setting his eyes to the kage. "You needed to see me, Lord Mizukage?"

After Jaice was Makoto. "Makoto Fujioka... You excelled at Medical based Ninjutsu and your Kekkai Genkai affinity of steam, not to mention you are a great problem solver. Though that may be the case, your instructors tell me your form is rigid and you're lack-luster at long-ranged combat.."
He reached in and grabbed a headband, adding yet another one to his hand when another Genin appeared. "Kuimi Severin-Erimaki, partner to the red-bellied black snake Asuaki... You are exceedingly good at genjutsu, and you appear to have an interesting clan... On the flip side, you don't play well with others, and you're more physically weak. Your snake ha also taken an interest in a fellow Genin." Tozuki said, tossing both Kuimi and Makoto a headband.
Finally, Sei entered the room. Finally, this two-man team he had could be sent on their mission. "Sei, Jaice, I am sending you on a mission to Kumogakure. You are to act as representatives of Kirigakure all while keeping an eye on them. Report your findings to me when you return. While you're there, deliver this scroll to the Raikage." He said, reaching into his sleeve and pulling out a scroll that was sealed and tied with twine. He didn't care who took it so long as the mission was done.

More genin arrived as he received his head band. Jaice never was the person that liked crowds so the more that people came in the more agitated he became and with that came his need to get out, but the Mizukages order bound him to the seat. Out of the genin he noticed one, the woman called Sei that he had met before in the academy. Sei had peaked Jaices interest when she was able to knock Aian out of his frozen prison with a flurry of punches and kicks. Looking towards the female Jaice heard the Mizukages order and stood, smiling to himself. "Yes Lord Mizukage it shall be done"

"Yes, Lord Mizukage. It shall be done." Sei recieved the scroll from him and turned to the door. "Come, boy, do not keep me waiting." Sei exited the office and headed straight to the gate.
The Mizukage addressed her, stating the strengths and weaknesses she had. She realized she would need to do something about those weaknesses starting today. The girl waited patiently while he went into his desk when another girl showed up beside her. Makoto moved over to give her space while she made the same request for a headband. Apparently, Lord Mizukage memorized all of the ninjas in the village, which wasn't that absurd. His last comment; however, alerted Makoto to her new admirer. The snake that accompanied the girl gave her strange looks, like it was sizing her up.
She raised a brow at the serpent, hoping it wasn't getting any ideas. Once she recieved her headband, Makoto took a momemt to look over its features. She then tied the bright grey band loose and securely around her waist. Yet another girl entered shortly afterwards and was given a mission with one of the guys seated. Makoto waited to be dismissed, keeping an eye on the snake.
