Ohohohoho~ Feeling a bit mischievous, Mort took one step to meet her and planted a kiss on her cheek to distract her. "Know what else m'about to do? Win."
And with a small crow that halfway-through turned into a yelp when he tripped on an unseen branch, the zomboil staggered forward and through the portal without needing Desu's ushering.
He arrived on the other side with a small wave of candy falling out of his arms, but hey. Winning.

The little kiss was plenty distracting, as Belladonna stopped for just long enough to watch Mort shuffle off. "NUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU~" Was the only sound Belladonna left behind for Valentine's world as she bolted pell-mell through the remaining forest and through the portal. But it was too late. Mort had already won. With a dramatic fist to the air, the witch shouted another defeated no before she dropped her head. "Good show." She told him with a thumbs up, though her head remained down. OTL Who knew a zombie could run like that? "Oh hi all!" The witch greeted with a bright smile to Sin and the others who had safely made it back. Steps Achieved: 28+5= 30+ Exiting Valentines! More might have been explained if Desu had not kept Yin up all night.

Miss Desu-chan might have shoved Yin through the portal but he was happy to go, happy to be back in Halloween. He waited at the other side of the portal patiently, though for some reason he still feared for his butt. Like somewhere out there a sinister force was judging it.

Kemnebi nodded in agreement. "That's true. I went on the Four Clans fieldtrip. I was...very hesitant to sign up for this one after that.... But this fieltrip wasn't nearly as bad." She said, reassuringly. Nebi didn't know if Sin had gone on the Four Clan's fieldtrip or not, many students had, but Nebi had only met a handful. The cat-ghoul would have said more when the portal started spitting out more students. "See? There they are." Well, most of them. The ghost dog still hadn't put in his appearance....

Sin relaxed and smiled as Mort, Bella, and Yin came through looking just fine. She was half tempted to give Belladonna a hug, but really there was no need to be so emotional. She did however grace the witch with a smile and crossed her arms trying to maintain composure in the ridiculous outfit she wore. She couldn't wait to toss these candies at Desu and change back into her normal clothes, black satin maybe to eradicate the unpleasant memory of the sash and cupid shorts chafing her skin.
"Hello, glad to see you made it without incident."
She glanced at the cat ghoul and offered her a hand realizing she had been so anxious she hadn't even properly introduced herself. See what happens Sin, you get emotional, manners are forgotten, and soon you're no better than a shambling undead! Oops...not that there was anything wrong with undead she reminded herself and tried not to look guilty as she spotted Mort.
"I didn't attend the island, my parents thought things at school were getting a bit...precarious shall we say? Anyway I was off attending an all Demon Academy, but I'm very glad to be back at Amityville...nothing compares. I'm Sin Err, pleased to meet you."

Nebi smiled at the new arrivals and waved back to Bella. She was glad the atmosphere was more relax. And she was very glad that everyone who had made it back so far was safe. Kemnebi grinned and offered her hand in return, giving Sin's hand a brisk shake. "Your parents sending you to that other school was probably for the best. That particular incident was..." Nebi shuddered. "Not one I'd like to repeat. "I'm Kemnebi. Or just Nebi if you'd like. It's nice to meet you too."

That awkward, strange motion he was doing with his hips, and that strange jerk of his hands? That was Mort's victory dance. It was a strange hybrid of an actual victory dance and the creep. (f *A*)f
With his candy all piled together on the ground, the zomboil shuffled over and slung an arm around Belladonna, grinning widely. "Good show," he echoed in return, though by Jack he was probably going to remind her of this little triumph anytime she got cheeky with him. Or maybe just whenever he wanted~
Mort only caught the tail end of the ghouls' conversation, but that was all he needed to hear. "Mrrr, shouldn't mention bad memories after good haul," he pitched in. "Ruins day. All here right now, yes?" He looked about. ". . . Er, a-almsot all've us." Had Danny gotten lost?

Kemnebi watched Mort's odd movements and giggled. That had to be the silliest, but oddly appropriate, dance she'd ever seen. "You're right, let bad memories lie. This was much more fun with all the candy I got."Her grin faded, though, when Mort mentioned Danny. "I haven't seen him. Unless he came out before me and left already?" She asked, turning to SIn. Sin had been the only one at the portal when Nebi had come out.

Danny had been lazing about in the shop for no reason lagging behind the group. Something obviously was holding him back at the store even though things seamed to be exploding and being destroyed around him.
Seams that one of the cherry-drops (which feels like a lollipop had slipped into his pocket during the commotion. He had groped that in his confusion and almost instantly found himself attracted to the last thing that had gave him the box - The Shopkeeper.
Danny couldn't rejoin the others without the love of his life, so after searching high and low he finally found the poor man cowering in a closet. He bent down low and pressed his nose against the others tenderly, then forgetting that he was human gave him a slurp across the face.
"You are my master now, and I love my master very much."
Good thing for the guy who gave Danny his candy that he was passed out to the dog infront of him.

The shop keeper wouldn't wake up though much to his pawing at his face. The smoke must have hit him harder then her thought. He looked around for how he could save his beloved master and it was clear he was going to drag him out of there on a sled made of V-day candy. So he grouped together all the things he had found and moved the sleeping man to his cart.
He was still a little confused so he was hauling him on all fours even if he was in human form. It was a weird sight but it was something normal for a trip with Desu to V-world. He left the store with the man-sled tied to him without a problem. Now he just needed to get his new master to the woods.
"Master...I am saving you...just hold on tight!"
But again the clerk was knocked out so he couldn't respond thankfully.
