My shifter, Dris'rynne, is quite possibly going to be moving to Oba in the near-ish future. While she will be following the Brute class path, I'm stuck on actual 'careers' that would be open to her as an outsider. Are there certain diplomatic or envoy vocations that could be open to her? Or just general paths that are chill for her to go into. And are there any career paths that are strictly closed to outsiders? (I'm guessing that the military would be one of these paths).
Answer
That's a good question and something we leave more up to the owners. Military or governing positions would be unattainable for outsiders, but most other things would be within reach I would think. If you have something specific in mind that you would like to know if it was ok feel free to run it by Suhuba or other staff. :]

Question: You say we must write 300 words per crafting event... and that it takes 3-4 crafting events to reach a full solo... so that means that,
1) we cannot write 2 500 crafting events to get one solo, and
2) customization attempts do not count toward solo reqs?
Answer
Only the required word count can be used towards solos when crafting. So you can't just write one long crafting attempt and get a solo point.
Customization requires an additional 200 words be written, this can be added to the word count used to get a solo req.

After we successfully customize an item and put 1-5 into the shop, do we get any sort of commission when/if they sell?
Answer
No. The reward for successful crafting and customizing is the exp and the partial solo req. All items sold through the shop are sold for exp only so no monetary value is being exchanged unfairly.

Ok, let's say I retire a character. How does that impact my character slots available?
And if, let's say, it opens up a slot because I retired a character, does that mean I'd need an open slot to un-retire them in the future?
Answer
Retiring a character will open that slot back up for you as an owner. There is also a cool down between the time you retire a character to the time you can gain a new one in order to prevent this from being abused. Retiring a character should be done as a last resort because you just cannot continue on with whatever that character was doing or was as a person.
If you would like to un-retire them, then you would need to open a slot back up first in order to make room for them.

For breeding I have a curious question..
If there is a same sex female couple that uses another player's character as a surrogate father would it be possible to have a threesome that results in both females being pregnant with 1 child each?
Would it count as 2 breedings for the male? Or just one?
Answer
This situation would not be possible. Any breeding would have to be between one female and one male character. If the other partner would like to be pregnant then they would have to be a part of the second breeding, there cannot be a threesome.

For the opal pebble in battle, it says it crumbles after use. But is the buff itself added until the end of the battle, or just for one specific roll?
Answer
The Opal Pebble is only used in one turn, not the entire battle. It is meant to boost a single attack.

Do you add your stat boost to the roll itself or to the base stat when taming?
Answer
When taming, you add your stat boost to your base stat, so it lowers the required roll (not adding it to the roll itself).
So if your attack is 24, you add the +4 to make it 28, and then calculate your roll using that.

Are character limits waived during events?
Answer
No. Character limits are never waived unless they are specifically stated that they are. You can find it in the first post on the second page if it is. If it isn't being waived, it will not be stated so it should be assumed the character limit is in place unless you see otherwise.
