Activity: Checking the city premises for any signs of the Sol Emeralds. Blaze slightly jolted in surprise at hearing Jade refer to as an "emerald" what she established as "pieces", but immediately went on as normal so as to hide that reaction. She decided to ignore that Jade had ever said the word so that he and Zelos wouldn't have room to pry further in curiosity. "I do not mind searching the slums myself. I'm not sure what kind of signal we could send each other, however. How about we meet where we just came from? Am I right in assuming that's the city's center square?"Jewel of Antares No, but I intend to stir up some action at the Colosseum where they will find one. Just thought it'd be more natural to kill some time before getting there. After our characters decide what area they'll cover, we can just summarize how the search went in each of our posts and get straight to regrouping and proceeding to the Colosseum. While Azura was taking care of the expenses, it was Kratos who attended to the monkeybird's answer. Folding his arms, he replied, "Those details are too vague for us to tell. Could you describe a little more what they look like?"Having completed the transaction with the fruit merchant, Azura returned to the conversation, adding, "And what's an ecomancer?" She tilted her head and blinked, expressing curiosity.

Hearing Kratos's question regarding if Niddler could describe his friends a little more, the monkeybird took a moment to think. "Ren's got blonde hair and blue eyes. He carries around a broken sword and has this pendant that serves as a compass to help us find the treasures. A very nice guy too." As he spoke, he set down the melons. "Ioz has long brown hair that's up into a couple ponytails...." He moved his hand to his head. "One on front..." He then moved his hand to the back of his head. "One on the back, and has a mustache." He lowered his hand. "He also carries a sword, and loves treasure. Tula has long black hair and green eyes. She's very nice too." He glanced over to Azura when she asked what an ecomancer was. "An Ecomancer is someone who becomes one with the elements and manipulates them."

Regal gaped slightly for a moment. "...Ah, transportation. I had thought to walk. My apologies. As they saying goes, old habits die hard." He nodded, stating the solution. "I will arrange transportation to the bridge. Please don't cause any mechanical wear or tear on my behalf."Taking on a grave look at Bunnie's question, he explained. "The bridge was formerly powered by Exspheres. They are objects that are capable of enhancing one's abilities and powering machines. They were used for these purposes until recent years, after the discovery of the fact that... " He paused for a moment, briefly looking down in shame. "...Their origins lay in the deaths of humans. People died in the Desian human ranches for the sake of these objects. During attempts to create enhanced Exspheres, others still perished or took on monstrous forms." He seemed sad to say this. "Lloyd, a friend of mine, has been collecting them in order to prevent them from doing any more harm. Perhaps you will get a chance to meet him. He tends to become involved when trouble is afoot." He lightened up a bit when mentioning Lloyd. "...I'm sorry if my explanation was excessive. It could be considered a personal issue."

Those mistakes made me a better man.❞   Zelos didn't mind searching any of the areas, but he thought the noble district would be better for him. Something told him people wouldn't take to being questioned about gems by a stranger considering almost everyone up there had jewelry. "Alright, princess. Since you'll be taking a slums, I'll search the noble district. I'll start with my mansion first, since Sebastian will know if something appeared in the place that shouldn't be there." Looking at Jade, he smiled. "I guess that leaves you with the shops. I wonder if we should check the sewers if we don't find any of them in the city....Oh, hey. Do you think more than one will be in the same location? Or, do you think that they'll be in different cities and such?"  Ｌｏｃａｔｉｏｎ

Jade smiled at Blaze's suggestion on meeting back what they figured would be the city square. "Yes, I suppose that it would be proper to meet there." He said in a cheerful tone. He didn't seem to mind having to search the shops for the emerald. With Zelos's position as Chosen, he knew that it would be proper for him to search the noble district. The cheerful smile on his face never left. "Ah yes, the sewers is truly a remarkable place to find such rare treasures." He said with a hint of sarcasm. "Well then, shall we get started?" Putting his hands behind his back, the Necromancer turned to begin his search.

Blaze nodded as Zelos' and Jade affirmed their choice of search area, then shook her head at the first of the former's next questions. "Every time the force burns up a lot of its own energy, like when it sent me to this world, its pieces tend to spread far and wide afterward. So no, there is never more than one within the same area, and yes, it's more likely they'll be in or near different cities."She nodded once more, this time of agreement, as Jade proposed that they start the search. "Yes. Now that everything's settled, we should get a move on." She turned and walked away as well, right after the Colonel. As Blaze took her first steps further into the slums, she found herself instantly being stared at by everyone in the immediate vicinity. She felt very unnerved at the reaction, but remembered that it was due to the natives of this world having never seen her kind. She mentally told herself to ignore them all, but the more that it happened as she went on, the more she just couldn't. The feeling of being watched from all angles burned into her and made her a bit nervous deep down inside. Once her boundary of tolerance had been breached, she decided to take her search to the rooftops. There were less people there, and her sense for the Sol Emeralds themselves was more reliable than her sight anyway. It could cover areas in a ten-foot radius, so she could sweep the area in just a few minutes with her speed and by simply jumping from rooftop to rooftop. Upon touching down in an alley in the backmost corner of the slums, Blaze was approached by three shifty-looking children. Apparently they caught wind of her search despite that she remembered speaking of it only to Jade and Zelos. She deduced in her mind that these children might be pickpockets who happened to eavesdrop on their conversation in the town square as they snuck around. They showed her gemstones that looked very much like the Sol Emeralds, even having the same cut, but they were a little smaller and they weren't resonating with energy anyhow. Shaking her head, she went on to explain how she knew those weren't the gems she was looking for, then sternly advised against their dishonest behavior before dismissing them. It was indeed sad to her that these children were stuck in a life of poverty, but her moral standing would not let her turn a blind eye to what they were doing. But she was well aware that in the end, it was entirely up to them to take her words to heart, and there was nothing more she could do. The thought of turning them in had crossed her mind, but knowing the mentality of the rich versus the poor, she suspected that the children might be treated too harshly. Activity: Assisting this..."monkeybird". A hand cupping his chin, Kratos kept quiet and nodded attentively while the creature described his friends, listening and committing the details to memory. He thought most of the details given to be too general, but added elements such as what Ren would be carrying on his person helped. Azura, on the other hand, not staking full confidence in her memory, had taken out a small notepad and pen, writing down what the monkeybird told. After hearing the description of Ioz, she snickered a bit. "Ponytails...arranged like that with...a mustache? Well that's certainly an odd look. He'll be hard to miss, that's for sure." Then, she gave a couple of nods as she listened to how Niddler described Tula. "I see...in other words, she sounds like what I'd call an elemental mage.""I'm afraid the details on this 'Tula' still sound too vague to me," the seraph spoke up, "There are many women who match that description, and those among them who are of Elven descent also have the ability to manipulate elements. What might your friend be wearing or carrying, that would help us distinguish her?"

"Interesting... This world has been in far more turmoil than I would have believed." Cross said, listening to Regal's story. It had little to do with why he was there, but it was still something interesting to learn.
"In my experience personal things never stay personal." He told Regal as the story concluded, "Anything you have in your past that an enemy can use against you, will be used against you."

As Jade entered into the item shop, he took a moment to look around to see what all in stock. A cheerful smile formed on the Necromancer's lips as he saw that the items in stock were alot like the items back in Auldrant. Not only that, it would seem that Gald was used as currency in Aselia as well. Our worlds seem to be more connected than I thought. He thought to himself. He asked the shopkeeper regarding a special gem, being careful not to mention certain pieces of information. However, it was to no avail. He decided to go ahead and stock up on supplies while he was at it, mostly stocking up on gels, panacea bottles, and a life bottle. After paying the shopkeeper, he left the shop and made his way to the town square. His search overall turned out to be unsuccessful. He hoped that Blaze and Zelos had better luck.❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖ HP: 100%

Guy was still concerned about Raven after he was pulled through the portal, despite being reassured that the old man would be fine. He peeked over Tear's shoulder to look at the map. "Looks like Sybak's not too far from here. I wonder if we'll meet other foreigners there." He found it rather interesting that no only had they ended up in a world that used items and Gald like in Auldrant, they also had met someone from a different world that also used those items as well as the same currency.Tear gave a nod to the blonde swordsman. "More than likely. I'm certain there will be others who have the same idea of wanting to know more about this comet." It was then she had felt a tug on her arm, which had her gaze over to Lord. "He's definitely hard to miss." Niddler said. He then blinked for a moment when Kratos mentioned about people who are of Elven descent that could manipulate elements. "What are Elvens?" He asked curiously. From the way it sounded, they seemed to be similar to Ecomancers. When he was asked to describe Tula more, the monkeybird rubbed the back of his head. "Tula looks human with pink clothes, and carries a knife."
