Hearing only one true noteOn the one and only soundxxxxxxxx Unzip my body xxxxxxxx Take my heart out Cause I need a beat to give this tune… Aria Kuitery Code Name: Ki Where Am I?: New Room. >> Leader's Room Aria smiled as she was allowed into the room, and was quite delighted to see the rumors weren't true. Her leader was a complete and utter b***h. Score! That meant that on missions she wouldn't have to worry about someone p***y footing around because they didn't want to hurt the enemy. She repressed the urge to roll her eyes at that thought.
She took a seat as she was instructed to, and smiled at Quinn as she looked around the room. "Oh, you two can go first." She turned to face the other girl they came in with, "You were here first so you get dibs on it. I don't mind waiting." She sat back some and looked around some more, admiring the room.
She napped her fingers and frowned as her leader spoke, "Damn, and here I was hoping to get a finger bitten off." She let out a sigh, "Guess I'll just have to find a better story to tell about my first run in with you." She shrugged and smiled, trying to be somewhat friendly. "Oh, and you don't have to worry about me trying to shove anything own your throat, unless you ask nicely~" She winked and smiled again, Aria was quite playful when there wasn't someone pissing her off.
She nearly pushed the other girl out of her seat, "You're up!"
Objectable Obelisk Concurs: Added a bunch at the end so we're there... Oh the body swayed to musicHearing only one root note xxxxxxxx Planted firmly on the ground xxxxxxxx Undo my heart, unzip my body and Lend to my ear a clear and a deafening sound

Aʆєxaηdra Ӎaʀiʆèηє AgηèȿCodename: Flairer My hearts longs for the ability to socialize! ❃❂❁❀✿✾✽✼✻✺✹✸✷ ✶✵✴❄❅❆❇❈❉❊❋❖❤❥❦❧ ☀ She listened to the red haired girl(Daylia) as she told her and Hoshi about prom. The red haired girl(Daylia) did have a good point. The idea of prom being mandatory did seem a bit silly. After all, that would take away from the fun of it. Because when anything was forced into someone’s plan, or shoved down their throat, whatever it was became un-enjoyable. Even when it was something amusing like dancing, talking to others, etc., it all followed the same principle. When forced, the fun was immediately taken out of it, and by what Alex knew of prom, it was supposed to be a fun event. Whether or not it actually was, the sensory adaptor could not be sure. Since well, if she did go to this prom, it would be her first. Thus, Alex would have to see what others thought about it, since she had no personal experience with prom or any kind of school dance type deal.
Before Alex could ask if the red haired girl(Daylia) thought prom was fun, the possibly popular male(Dimitri) asked some questions towards her and Hoshi. She didn’t exactly know what being “weak” meant in this case. Because when weak was usually applied, it meant the person wasn’t strong enough to hold up an object, or was just fragile in general. But, prom wasn’t a human being. It was a word for something non-tangible. In this case, a school dance. However, Alex decided to take it as a personification. That the possibly popular male(Dimitri) was saying that if it was mandatory, it would be weak in the same way as a person who wasn’t strong. While it wasn’t easy to compare the two, she did find it made more sense when applying poetry terms to this situation. Also, it probably kept her from having an embarrassing moment and asking the possibly popular male(Dimitri) what he meant. She could only hope that she wasn’t wrong in her assumption.
Though, Alex did wonder how he knew that Hoshi wasn’t going to prom. Then again, Hoshi’s question had suggested that she may have not wanted to go. After all, why ask if something was mandatory? But, the sensory adaptor wasn’t going to assume and ask Hoshi the same question. They would find out soon enough Hoshi’s answer. But for now, Alex would take the torch and answer the questions, at least when it came to herself. “I do not have a date yes, but that is not really my reason for not really thinking about going to prom.” She didn’t mind admitting that she had no date. It wasn’t something to be ashamed about in her mind, not when she hadn’t thought of going. That would be silly to feel shame over something like that! “Prom just has not really crossed my mind. I have been mainly focusing on catching up on homework.” Being in the infirmary does that to people.
“But, I am not against going, since my homework is mostly caught up. Just…I am not quite sure if I should go or not, you know?” At this point, Alex had decided to let Hoshi answer the question as to why she wasn’t going, if that was the reason why she asked her question. But, when no answer came, the sensory found herself looking at the red haired girl(Daylia). Alex watched as the red haired girl(Daylia) stood up and took her tray with her. The girl(Daylia) mentioned needing to head to Cissa’s room to the male(Dimitri). Her head tilted slightly, not sure who Cissa was. Could that possible be a shortening of Narcissa? It would make sense, but Alex had no idea the feared Narcissa would allow her name to be shortened like that. Maybe it was just an Omega privilege. But, Alex wanted to keep her head, and thus wasn’t going to find that out for herself.
When the red haired girl(Daylia) nodded at her, Alex nodded back. Then, she listened and found herself grinning a bit herself. Not because she knew what the “Cabbage patch” was. But, because grins were contagious, and because something about the name of the dance made it seem like it would be a funny one. And if the male(Dimitri) before her was going to be doing said dance? Now that might actually be worth going to see. “I will keep that in mind.” Before the red haired girl(Daylia) left, her gaze looked back over at Hoshi, hearing her thanking her and the girl(Daylia) for answering her question. She smiled at Hoshi at in a friendly manner. “You are welcome. But, are you not going to answer his questions?” Her head titled in the direction of the the male(Dimitri). “I do find myself kind of curious too as it why you may not be going.” However, either Hoshi didn’t hear her, or she outright ignored her.
Either way, the sensory adaptor found her eyes blinking slightly. She could only watch as Hoshi seemed to just poke at her food. Her position made Alex think she was thinking over something. Maybe she is thinking over prom, or something else? But, the sensory adaptor couldn’t help but find the fact she didn’t respond back to her or the male’s(Dimitri’s) questions to be…rude. While it was quite possible she didn’t hear Alex, was it possible that she didn’t hear the male(Dimitri)? She must have heard the red haired girl(Daylia) since she had thanked her. Hoshi had even thanked Alex, which made it more confusing. While the sensory adaptor felt tempted to ask Hoshi if she had heard her, Alex kept her question to herself. After all, it seemed like it would be useless to ask now since Hoshi started to leave the cafeteria. Alright. Guess we will not know if she was planning on going to prom or not.
But, now it was just her and the possibly popular male(Dimitri). While she could decide to leave and go back to eating, Alex kind of felt that would be rude of her to do. After all, there was nothing wrong with eating with the guy before her. He didn’t look like he was mean, and Alex did like having company when she eat. Not that being alone when she ate was bad thing. Sometimes, that was exactly what the sensory adaptor wanted. however, at this present moment, as her blue green hues looked over her shoulder, she decided having company was what she wanted. “Hey, if you were not planning on leaving anytime soon, do you mind if I eat with you?” The sensory adaptor made no move to grab her food just yet. After all, if he said no, that would have been a waste of energy. “If you are leaving, that is fine. I do not want to pressure you into eating with me. That would be rude of me to do so, would it not?” With the request out there, she waited for the male(Dimitri) to say something.
Though, Alex did realize that she did need to know his name. That would be awkward to have a conversation with someone and not know their name. “My name is Alex by the way. Short for Alexandra. What is your name?” For even if he said no, at least she would have a name. That would make one more person she didn’t have to identify by their physical features. Because after a while, that could get annoying…and definitely confusing….especially when using common physical features, such as hair color. Not fun at all. ❃❂❁❀✿✾✽✼✻✺✹✸✷ ✶✵✴❄❅❆❇❈❉❊❋❖❤❥❦❧ ☀ "We will drink our fill of Alpha Then, of golden sunshine that spills into Cafeteria Till our brains intertwine with Hoshi, red haired girl(Daylia), and possibly popular male(Dimitri), then just possibly popular male(Dimitri)"

Alphas: Rude Much Igit? Location: cafeteria/Land of shame
Half way across the cafeteria to practice her flying, it finally regestiered that two of her teammates had spoken to her. Hoshi resisted the urge to facepalm herself and swung around and headed back to the tables where her teammates sat. She shyly cleared her throat and when she had thier attention, she bowed low in appology.
"Alex-san, Demitri-san, I'm so sorry. I didn't ignore you guys intionally." Hoshi sighed internally. She was mortifed to the point she was using habits she hadn't used since they'd left Japan, and her Japanese accent was getting thick. She took a deep breath and forced herself out ot the bow. "occasionally, when I think about home, my brain shuts off the translator and forgets to tell me...anyway, to answer you Demitri, No, I don't have a date, which is why I was wondering if it was manditory... the way Most of the Omega's hightailed it to Narcissa's room made me wonder that's all. I didn't really want to go without a date, what with everything prom is assosiated with." She confessed.
"However, I realized it's a good oppertunity to get to know everyone better and decided I wasn't going out for the antisocial award this year. So I'm going stag and not dressing up.." She finished, then turned to Alex. "Again, I'm really sorry I was rude to you. Most of the Alpha's arn't like that." She said sheepishly. "Do you want to hang out at Prom if you end up going?" Hoshi finished, and dropped into a chair.

I am temperamental And I have imperfections And I am emotional I am unpredictable, I am naked I am vulnerable, I am a woman Code Name: Siren Team: Alpha Location: Academy - Side Porch - Saftey in Numbers Ability: Sound Manipulation Singing: Nothing Give me something to sing about...s**t post is s**t. █║▌│█│║▌║││█║▌│║║█║█║▌│█║▌│║║█║█║▌│█│║▌║││█║▌│║║█║█║▌│█║▌│║║█║ The smirk that Christian leveled her with was unrepentant as he apologized for calling her ma’am…Ah, so there was a little bit of mischievous Omega in her after all. “Scouts honor…I dare you to say that in-front of Narcissa. I’m willing to bet at least twenty dollars that her head would spin off into another dimension.”
‘Scouts honor’ sounded much too close to Scott Summers, the so-called Boy-Scout headmaster… And everyone knew how well he and the Omega leader got along. There couldn’t be two more stubborn and opposite individuals on the planet… Well, not that she could think of at that time. He mentioned that he didn’t wish for a transfer, and she nodded her head. She wasn’t his team leader or an advisor… And it wasn’t her place to say anything either way. If she told him that he should reconsider… It would look like she was trying to steal him from the Omgega’s… If she told him to stay on the Omega’s—It might seem like she didn’t want him.
It was just better to stay silent, and agree.
“Trust me amigo…That’s one dance I won’t be cutting in on.”, she returned, her humor tongue-in-cheek. “It’s commendable of you to…Keep the same dance partner. Especially when said partner seems to have two proverbial left feet.”
The conversation lapsed, tapering off with the sound of her quiet chuckles as the porch swing slowly rocked. She didn’t mind the silence… It was soothing at times. Feeling the breeze in her hair, the feeling of unwinding after everything she’d already done that day…It was nice. Wind Dancer was still going to flay her alive for skipping out on the prom committee though.
Briefly she heard her name on the wind from a new voice…Someone she’d not yet met. The email notification icon had gone off on her phone awhile ago…But she’d just been too tired to check it. The only people that emailed her were Scott and her Mother. Neither of which she really wanted to talk to right then. If it was urgent, the Headmaster would page her. The words that followed her name made her head tilt…Could she sense her? A horseman? What was she talking about? Sister?
The more she listened, the more she got an almost picture of what the girl looked like in her minds eye. It was hazy and odd…It must be someone new, someone she hadn’t met.
Isabella had a half-sister… But Siona was off living the dream in Texas.
Tentatively her lips parted, moving, through no sound came from them…She used her ability as she often did to carry her messages to the ears of those that needed to hear them. ~I’m sorry to interrupt… I know Teagan…She went out of the country a long time ago. But we’ve not met… I lead the Alpha’s.~
Hearing Roland's response about the prom, she inclined her head slightly...A gentle laugh escaping her. It was soft and carried easily, almost as if it came from all directions, rather than simply one. "Kerrigan? You'll certainly have your hands full...It's not so much that you'll need to...Step up your game-- It's moreso that you might as well have asked both of them."
Granted, on a much lesser degree. It was like that one, ever annoying song she couldn't quite forget--No matter how she tried. Something about, 'Gotta get with my friends...'
He asked if she was going, and her eyes seemed to shift...Cool, if it were possible. "I'm going...If only to be a chaperone, like Scott requested. The minute the clock strikes one... I'll be gone like Cinderella."
If Isabella had her way, she'd be staying in her dorm with a nice cup of spiced...Likely spiked, ginger rum tea, curled up with her song book, and writing the night away. That would be a good evening.
She didn’t know what to say to the voice that caught her ears inexplicably. It shouldn’t have surprised her much… A mouse scurrying across the stable floor could keep her up most of the night. But her attention was stolen again…Gideon was definitely coming this way. Her muscles tensed… She couldn’t help it. She was upset, angry, and at the same time…Very much afraid.
Life used to be so simple. It just wasn’t anymore.
The closer her ex got to the porch…The more distant she seemed. Conversation was in the background…Becoming white noise. Gideon’s words were not lost to her…Evidenced by the small, hairline cracks that began to run through the window beside her. To those with better than human hearing, they would have heard a high pitched sound, if they were close enough. It was intense, but short in range. Minute enough the moment the HYDRA brat started talking to her, and she focused—The cracks stopped. Gideon was leaving the area, and she relaxed.
The conversation they needed to have could be put off…Just one more day. She knew that they needed to have one…But she also knew that he would never understand. Not this.
He’d left her before….For her own good—Or so he’d claimed. Was this really so much different? She had nothing left to say… If he couldn’t support her, and her choices, good and bad… What else was there to say? Consistently he’d chosen things over her...Of all things, Narcissa over her. She felt like a consolation prize. Her emerald eyes were sharp when they zoned in on Katarina—Akin to the shards of a broken bottle...Before the expression softened to her usual sweetness, accompanied by a soft smile. “I don’t think you’ve been here long enough—Let alone on our side of the fight long enough to make such judgments, Miss Force.”
Her posture seemed to relax and change, the swing starting to move again…She knew Leonardo’s history, as evidenced by her slip up earlier… It didn’t take a genius to put two and to together, since she already held all the cards. Katarina was a ‘former’ Hydra spy…Leonardo had worked for SHIELD… And unless there was some kind of twisted, star-struck, Romeo and Juliette crossover romance going on there…They were not at all talking about a dirty little tryst.
After all… Just because Katarina dressed like a tramp and talked like a tramp didn’t mean she automatically fell into the category of one. Nevertheless, a small, innocent smile crossed her lips as she glanced towards one of her dear Alpha’s…It would be an unfamiliar expression on her face. Most of the time, the Alpha’s only got the serious leader out of her… She didn’t have time for the Isabella that got into just as much trouble and hot water as any Omega. “Leo…Let’s just be honest. I think you lost her number on purpose…”
“But you could hardly be blamed for that…”, she shrugged, out of sheer mercy for Leonardo keeping with the charade that she was just a terrible fling. "No offense, amiga...But you come on a little strong."
Isabella wasn’t normally so harsh… Not at all. No one would remember her with a temper, that when triggered, was nothing short of spectacular. But the songstress was growing weary of holding her head in the sand. Weary of always being the one to apologize. Anything to do with HYDRA pressed a very sore spot with her… She’d remembered after escaping from the infirmary the last time…That was when she’d been shot before. Coming into a fire fight without her uniform on Gideon’s behalf… She remembered then… She’d seen the future that the Time Winder had seen. He’d pulled her into one of his visions… And between the pain of being shot and the surrounding gunfire, she’d gone into shock…Her powers had gone into overdrive and she’d pretty much blanked out.
But right around that time… She’d started losing herself. Evelyn was MIA more and more…Scott kept expecting her to fill Evie’s place and Isabella didn’t know how. Still didn’t… They were mighty big shoes to fill.
Her head tilted as she looked at Katarina, seeming to become resigned as her arms crossed… Gaze even, however firm. She didn’t take being run down by her teammates. “Now. Is there something that we can help you with amiga? Or are you here just to make poor Leonardo squirm?”
Edited for Roland: I'm sorry I didn't respond enough.

Alpha: Academy - Lounge|562| ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀
Bianca gave Aurelie a nod in response thinking that she probably would have felt like doing homework if she was forced to lay around in bed. "I suppose that makes sense. I probably would have wanted to do homework as well if my only other choice was to lay around in a hospital bed." Bianca smiled as Aurelie mentioned getting the nurses habits for Christmas. "I don't think they would appreciate it, but we could certainly do that." The umbrakinetic seriously doubted the nurses had a good sense of humor. Still it would certainly have been amusing to see even if she was never the prankster type. Maybe she should try to pull more pranks. The distraction could be nice and as long as it didn't hurt anybody she would have no reason to feel bad.
Unfortunately Rob had fell right into Aurelie's trap concerning prom and the blond steered the conversation expertly right to the point she had been getting to from the beginning. Bianca probably couldn't have gotten any redder by the time Aurelie officially set them up. Rob seemed willing and turned towards her with a shrug of his shoulders and asked her then proceeded to almost try to talk her into it. Eyes meeting Aurelie's for a few moments Bianca nodded stiffly. "Are you sure? I doubt I will be very fun to be around... O-Okay if you're sure I guess it could be fun..." Now she had to find a dress didn't she? Thankfully Bella did invite her to raid her closet.
Rob seemed like a nice enough guy. Maybe this wouldn't turn into the disaster she had pictured in her head every time the subject of prom came up. Deciding to take a back seat in the conversation Bianca fell silent and just listened to what the others were saying. The conversation was easy enough to follow and not participating in it actively was allowing her to recover from the embarrassment Aurelie had put her through. Were the blonde's intentions not pure Bianca might have felt more negative, but as it was she just felt honored that the telekinetic cared enough to even bother finding her a date.
Bianca looked towards Farren and quickly her face grew quizzical as she watched the green haired girl seemingly moving her lips as if lip syncing to nothing. Was she crazy? That seemed very possible considering she seemed to be talking to herself. Her quizzical gaze turning away from Farren as she heard Rob speaking to a new comer. Looking towards Elliot whom she didn't recognize really Bianca gave him a wave. As Rob finished inviting him offer Bianca offered the metal manipulator a smile. "No we don't bite. I'm Bianca." It was always nice to see a new face. Plus it presented yet another distraction. Then a thought occurred to her and she figured she should let Bella know she would probably be taking her up on her offer.
Bringing out her phone she typed a quick text message and sent it to Bella. 'Looks like I might be taking you up on the offer to raid your closet after all. Thanks in advance.' After the message was sent she put her phone away and continued smiling to those present. The smile on her face being probably the most genuine smile she had put on all day.

Name: Christian Spencer Codename: Sidetrack Team: Omega Location: Porch to Upstairs Current: This isn't going to end well“Holdin’ up alright,” Christian said to Roland when his teammate inquired about his health. "Honestly, don't think there was much to check up on. Think they kept me sedated for a good week... I really don't remember much past two weeks ago..." The Country Boy wasn’t going to come right out and say he was still technically out of commission. Some things, he just wanted to keep to himself. Of course, he offered a small chuckle out when Roland made mention of the situation upstairs in Cissa’s room and his sitch with the prom. Seemed more than a few of their comrades had meandered up that way but being sized up for clothing, especially a penguin suit, was not at the top of Christian’s list of priorities. He could only offer a small nod to Leo when he remarked at how quickly it was that Christian was back on his feet. “Maybe it’s luck, maybe it was a stroke of divine intervention. That’s neither here nor there though,” Christian said, “What matters is I didn’t wind up goin’ home in a pine box… and have to deal with my sister kickin’ my tail when she got to the other side herself.” Seemed the conversations were going round-robin, causing Christian to turn his head slightly to look at Isabella as she offered her two cents on his previous musings. “Either commendable or committable, considering who’s on the squad... No offense, Roland.” He was quick to offer that, but in all honesty, he really didn’t know Roland all that well. The guy seemed like an effective fighter considering the DR session the Omegas had before the town erupted into chaos. That was something that somewhat bothered Christian; he had always found it easier to make friends with people from the opposing squads, even from the day he had stepped foot onto the Academy grounds. That was nothing new for him though. Back when he was still home around the Seattle area, he had plenty of friends on the other team when he played sports. Of course, it didn’t hurt that most of the people on his teams back then were pretentious, arrogant asses and Christian was never one to hang around or be around any of ‘those types’. Ironically, the moment he thought about that, he found some rather strange parallels with everything in the present day… With the conversations dropping down to a lull, Christian found himself becoming more and more relaxed. It was good to just have this downtime, to have the opportunity to sit back and relax, to enjoy good conversations with good company. Even if half the assembled on the porch were on the Alphas. Alphas they may be, but being good people always came first in his perspective. With a lazy smile adorning his face, Christian leaned his head back against the swing and closed his eyes. He could literally fall asleep right here and not have a care in the world at all. But him not having a care in the world devolved into something unforeseen. He wasn’t oblivious to the footsteps that hit the porch; the creaking of floorboards was unmistakeable. That wasn’t what caused his eyes to fly wide open in a shot. It was the feeling of something, energy, leeching into his skin. The Hell? he thought as he looked over at Isabella momentarily. He knew she was the only one he could possibly leech anything from, but she wasn’t using her abilities at all… was she? Whatever the case was, Christian now had a newly absorbed energy stacked on top of what it was he had Jubilee hit him with earlier. It made him slightly nauseous, almost like he had taken a shot of whiskey followed by a shot of tequila. And here he had thought he was getting better with all that. The lazy smile on his face turned to one of indifference, his attentions focused on the large feline that had come upon the porch, joining the menagerie. The girl from the mall. The one who helped Gideon, he thought as he watched the cat turn into a rather fetching young lady. There was really no mistaking her, even in the chaos that day. She helped their side, and at that moment, that was all that counted. He didn’t say a word as he listened as she addressed Leo and Isabella… and almost in that instant, his opinion of the girl did a complete one-eighty. Amazing how someone could go from zero to b***h in 0.025 seconds. Just like that, the great relaxing time had turned into one of tension. And he hated that, he honestly hated that. But, he neglected to say anything as Kat began darting her attentions to and fro between both Leo and Isabella, even though he really wanted to. And he couldn’t help but to hear the conversations going on between Leo and Kat… not that he really wanted to, it was just everyone was rather close together. The two had a history together, something he gleaned from the information being bandied about. He wouldn’t inquire though; it was neither his business nor his concern. Hearing Isabella verbally lambast the newest arrival to the porch party made him smirk slightly. But, even out of that enjoyment, he could still feel the atmosphere growing more tense with each passing minute. It was either that or his stomach churning. But with everyone around, there was no real way for him to test out that theory. So he exercised the only other option he had. Despite the swing beginning to move again, it seemed Isabella was starting that up again, his feet had never left the porch at all. Christian timed it just right to where he stood up right when the swing was on its backwards motion. Just as quickly, he took a few steps to the side so he didn’t have the heavy swing hit the back of knees; that would just what he needed, more injuries. “Sorry folks, air’s gettin’ a lil slippery out here,” Christian said to everyone on the porch. “It was good seein’ y’all.” He hoped most everyone knew he was sincere when he said that. It was good to be back in the general populous, good to be socializing with folks. Heck, it was good to be able to step outside for the first time in a month. Offering a nod to both Leo and Roland followed by a wave to Isabella… and a not too friendly glance at Kat, Christian had parted ways from the porch. Without hesitance, Christian went indoors and headed to wherever it was he was heading. He again, had nothing on the docket nor the agenda. He thought maybe he could try his hand at firing a gun again, but he was rather worried the result would be the same as earlier in the day. While trying to figure out what to do with himself, something of a morbid curiosity began to well up within him. He did remember how eerily mandatory that fitting seemed up in Fearless Leader’s room… and maybe it’d be something that’d entertain him slightly, something akin to watching a train derail or a demolition derby. But to walk from one rather tense situation into one that could be a thousand times worse didn’t seem like the smartest or brightest idea in the world… something that Christian decided to pay no attention to. And it seemed he was right in the assumption that going upstairs wasn’t the brightest idea. The moment he began walking down the female wing of the dorm levels, he heard a loud slap. Oh yea, he just had absolutely perfect timing. With a small sigh, and feeling it better he arrive late than not at all, Christian trudged his way to what he thought was Narcissa’s door only to see someone Felix backpedaling his way out of Dodge. "'Scuse me,” Christian said as he stepped the side of the doorframe, noticing the rather deep red mark on Felix’s face. All the Westerner could do was shake his head and chuckle; he really hoped whatever Felix did to get that mark was worth it. Christian didn’t say anything else, opting instead to rap his knuckles on the molding around the doorframe. “Got room for one more?,” Christian asked as he stood just to the outside of the room itself. Roland wasn’t lying when he said Daylia, Leion and Jacen were all there. But to his surprise, both Aria and Quinn were there as well. Everyone else was waiting in the wings while it looked like Leion was on the block with Cissa doing whatever it was she was doing. “Cause if y’all do,” he said, a grin that was similar to a foxes’ forming on his face, “I’ll have what he's havin'.” As he said that, he pointed his thumb over his shoulder in Felix’s general direction, hoping that they knew he was only joking around.

Daylia Astralloxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Team Omegaxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Location: Cafeteria then to Cissa's door.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Daylia’s brow rose slightly at the sight of two new girls. They must have been two new additions to the team, considering they were at the team leaders door. It was confirmed when one of them called inside. Daylia searched for a name to match the faces, but came up empty. Had they been at the academy long? Though before she could ponder that further, she was taken aback by the woman’s question. She couldn’t help but smile. "Not sure, but I wouldn’t put it past her. Not that it’s of course a bad thing, after all I believe she needs to be provokes beforehand." Though of course, from what she knew, it didn’t take much.
"I’m Daylia." She said with a slight nod. "It’s nice to meet both of you." Before more pleasentries could be spoken, Narcissa’s demanding voice was heard through the crack in the door. "Roger that." She laughed as she opened the door wide enough to slip inside. After all, there were people half nude in there, and there was no reason to give any passerby a show. Both Quinn and Aria had followed. "Hey." She said to everyone, in her oh so simplistic greeting.
It was clear that Daylia had missed something as their blond leader began to talk about strip clubs. Confusion crossed her face as she looked from Narcissa to the man she was talking to. Though it didn’t take long for some s**t to hit the fan. The man Filex had kissed Cissa. Her mouth popped open before she shook her head, hearing him asking the blond to prom. Oh someone had a death wish, or so it seemed to the read head, and his wish seemed to be nearly granted as the orb of light grew in Cissa’s hand. Oh hell, to make matters worse, the way he was positioned, if Narcissa decided to fling that thing at him, it would probably hit him and the three new additions to the room.
Jacen didn’t seem to help matters, though he was trying his best. Daylia inched as far away as she could from the potential blast zone. She had done nothing to be injured over, well at least yet. She would have to wait and see what would happen when it came out that she was going to prom with Dimitri. Though as Daylia made it close to the wall, Cissa seemed to change her mind about charring the man, simply telling him to leave, and that he seemed to do.
"Yeah, no worries here." Daylia said in response to Cissa’s latest comment. She wouldn’t do too much to get on the leaders s**t list, especially with what was already hanging over her head. She knew how Narcissa felt about the Alphas as a whole, and would probably be lectured if not worse for agreeing to go to prom with Dimitri. Not to mention, Daylia wasn’t into girls.
Daylia turned her head to Aria as she said that her and the other woman could go first. "Kay then." She said with a shrug. Though with the next comment about seeing a finger getting bit off, Daylia rolled her eyes. Yeah, not exactly something she would want to see, but, as her motto seemed to go now a days, to each their own. Daylia waited for Cissa to finish up with the last guy of the group, and was nearly shoved out of her perching position by Aria. Okay, so this woman seemed to be pushy.
Daylia stood and shrugged, as she slipped off her flip flops. She undressed quickly, revealing a purple sports bra and a pair of purple boy short panties. It was enough to keep her slightly modest without her a** and boobs hanging out for everyone to see. God would a thong be embarrassing in a situation like this. Not that Daylia actually wore those, after all the feeling of having a constant wedgie was never fun. Though once she had gotten her clothes off, her attention didn’t go to her half naked form, it went to the two scars that were left behind from being shot. One stretched into an ugly pink line on her outer thigh and the other on her shoulder, which was a much shorter angrier line, which was mostly due to the surgery that she had to undergo to have the one bullet removed.
Daylia waited patiently for the blond to finish up Leon before stepping up to the plate, though before they made it too far, another known face popped in. "Hey." Daylia said simply. Though of course it wasn’t long before more testosterone filled the room with his comment. Men. Would they ever learn? ""

Her nose crinkled with her amusement at Lillian's absent-minded remark that she could make a habit appealing, a small amount of laughter bubbling inside of her chest. “I don't doubt it.” She agreed, listening as the violet-eyed Alpha described what she'd looked like when she'd been working in the hospital wing. The telekinetic's shoulders shook with her giggles as Lillian postulated that she was quite dissimilar to the normal prudes working in the infirmary. “And yet, I didn't have the pleasure of getting someone as laid back as you.” No, her nurse had been a cold fish who had resembled an old maid that had too many sour tart cakes when she was younger. Or perhaps like she'd sat on the wrong end of a stick one too many times.
It reminded her of her own mother, which was unflattering all by itself considering the monsters her parents were.
“Oh, of course they wouldn't appreciate it. I think somewhere along the line they'd get the notion we were making fun of them.” Not that they weren't, but Aurelie pulled the declaration off with an innocent tone that even a doubting Thomas would have believed.
Bianca said she would have been in much the same position – happy to do homework to keep boredom at bay, and Aurelie gave a small smirk. “Far more intriguing than paint speckles on the wall.” She admitted dryly, if not unenthusiastically. Nothing about homework was worth a conversation piece. Especially the work she'd been given. Dom's remark that the plainness of most hospital rooms must have been made with the intent to drive someone batty not far off. Though, he'd been sweet enough to bring posters to hers. Eventually she'd give them back. Next time she saw him, so long as she remembered and didn't get distracted with all of his antics.
Like everywhere else in the school, talk of the dance spread like wildfire in the group, the center of attention being their very own power mimic at present. “I'm sure whatever the southern belle picks out for you will be just lovely, Lils.” Aurelie encouraged with a smile, the truth of the statement reaching her sapphire orbs. Granted, Rogue's style was a bit off from the blond's, but it worked for her and Lillian, the telekinetic was sure, would be able to pull of anything but orange. But, no one looked good in orange...
She listened intently when Lillian mentioned hitting Psylocke, which garnered a wide eyed response from herself. “Wow. Who had you copied?” ...Just out of curiosity, not so that she could note to stay away from the original person... Really.
The green skinned girl inquired about a few former teammates – names that Aurelie couldn't have possibly had any connection to, given that her social circles didn't coincide with those on the Alpha or Omega's before she was promoted.
Aurelie didn't offer up how long she'd been here when Farren asked, as she had the feeling that the floramancer was talking more directly to Lillian, who had been here longer than anyone in the current little circle they had going on. She may have been the next longest, even if she'd only been on the blue and black team for a little over a month. And that was only if she could even consider her status as active, given how long she'd been out of commission. But she had suggested that Bella would be the person to see about questions regarding old team members; Lillian reiterated that, and added Gideon to the possible people to drill with all of her questions.
She'd not thought of him as a source. Oops.
Nor had she seen him since the mall incident, but if she ran across him she'd thank him for his efforts that day. He'd been a great help in getting people out of the building. Less people had died because of him.
And no matter how many times people assured her it wasn't her fault, Aurelie's chest tightened, her stomach twisted in guilt. This wasn't getting any easier, despite the brave face she donned around her teammates – the last thing she wanted them to think was that she was damaged goods from her first day on the job.
She nodded when Farren agreed with them, and then gave way to a small shrug. “I think Bella knows everything that goes on in this school, given her mutation.” And was probably still switching her attention back and forth from wherever she was to the lounge, given how often someone dropped her name. No doubt that would be annoying; silently, Aurelie thanked the heavens she was a telekinetic and not a sound manipulator. “It'd be hard to keep secrets from her.”
The conversation shifted back to prom once again– which was far less confusing than the muddled stuff that Farren went on about, though the girl didn't seem overly enthused about the dance at all, so she made no move to try and pull her back in. Especially since the way she started murmuring to herself made her look a touch crazy. Okay, a little more than a touch. Aurelie's eyes shifted from her, chiding herself that it was wrong to stare. Rude, even. Granted, she admittedly felt silly trying to contact Bella that way as well...
Nevertheless. It was still impolite to gawk.
Instead, she reverted back full force to operation: Get Bianca a prom date when Rob admitted he'd not snagged a date yet. The umbrakinetic went scarlet from the tips of her ears down, but that fact alone wasn't enough to stop Aurelie in her efforts. He agreed, and she beamed proudly, flashing an exuberant smile in Bianca's direction as she stumbled nervously through her answer. “It's settled then.”
Rob invited the magnokinetic to join them, and her head gave one nod in the affirmative before her hair fell forward and distracted her. “Only if you ask, generally.” She responded when the pyro promised that they wouldn't bite. ”And then it depends on whether or not you've been good.” The fact that she'd said it at all indicated she'd spent far too much time around Dom and Aren – they were beginning to rub off on her. She winked, and then giggled, choosing to sympathize more with Bianca when she confirmed that they wouldn't go after him with their chompers, sighing as she looked skyward. “Well, they have said we couldn't, so I guess I'll stay in check while they're around.” She teased, her eyes sparkling with mirth.

The Omegas: Cissa's room then the hallways |598|"Are you lost in your lies? Do you tell yourself, 'I don't realize.' Your crusade's a disguise. Replaced freedom with fear, You trade money for lives. I'm aware of what you've done." ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀ Felix had a small smile playing at his lips as Cissa mentioned the uniforms being there to protect and finishing by mentioning a strip club. "Tempting." Such comments were usually ignored by him or taken differently than he intended as actually making him upset or hurting his feelings or pride was quite hard. Things just didn't get to him like they did others. Well most things anyway. Like everyone else he had his buttons that could be pushed. Finding them could be quite difficult however. Clearly kissing Cissa had been one of her buttons and he stored it away for later partially pleased he had found one of her lines so quickly as she slapped him across the face with surprising force.
His face turned with the impact and while for somebody like him who could move at speeds that exceeded most cars dodging would have been easy he made no attempts. Even he had to admit that he had it coming. Still some things were worth enduring the ensuing punishment. Her words a cold as ice as she told him to get out. Keeping his emotions behind a wall of indifference he watched her for a few moments planning on doing just as she asked shortly. Still it was probably best she get her anger out of the way now. Jacen mentioned him being new and Felix internally chuckled. What a good excuse that was.
Standing in silence he watched the blond as she agreed with Jacen then spoke directly to the speedster again. It was taking all his effort not to shrug as she mentioned nobody missing him if she took a chunk out of him. The ball of light in her hand helping to slam her comment home. Felix figured she wouldn't kill him for the first offense and therefore he wasn't too worried about it. Not that getting slapped again wouldn't happen. Glancing around the room for a moment as the blond mentioned it even being worth redoing her room Felix did as she asked and backed out hands up defensively as he was told to get out once again.
The others in the room receiving no greeting from him as he left. Once clear of the room Felix slipped his hands in his pockets him a curious expression on his face. "That could have certainly went better." Contemplating who he should ask to prom next as he fully expected Narcissa to not even consider going with him Felix brought his right hand up to his chin. The longer he walked the more he came up with no viable option. His display back in the room pretty much guaranteeing the ladies present would say no. Or at least he figured it would. Then hearing a ringtone going off he checked the text he had been sent and once read grinned. 'No worries I will be there at either eight sharp or a minute or two before.' Not typing anything else as he figured it wouldn't be welcome he sent the message.
Now he needed to let Raine and Aren know that operation find him a date was called off. Stopping off in a bathroom he grabbed some paper towels and once they were wet wiped the lipstick off his face and mouth. His cheek still a little red, but it was fading fast. Putting his shirt back on Felix then started heading back towards the library slowly. Taking his time to decide how best to break the news to Raine. Considering her feelings toward Cissa she wouldn't be even slightly happy for him.

Name: Raine "Glitter" Burke Team: Alphas Power: Creation and Manipulation of Electricity Location: Library " I have plenty of romance in my life, thank you. We'll just have to agree to disagree on this one," she said simply though the blush in her cheeks, as always when he was around, would be far from unnoticeable. He refused to leave the use of the term "brownie" as a form endearment, starting by calling her delicious and now calling her sweet. He just loved to play on her emotions, didn't he? Of course, at the mere suggestion that she would start cutting if she were deprived of his presence, she nearly snorted, tossing her curls over her shoulder with a soft roll of her eyes. " Yea yea yea, you're the sole reason I get out of bed in the morning. Keeping you from failing and being subjected to jest after jest is certainly how I intend to live out the rest of my high school days. Take that away, and I have nothing. I'm always wrong," she said with a sarcastically dull voice, giving him a sideways grin as Aren approached them. She was glad to see the two guys getting along - considering how much she liked hanging down with the two of them individually, it would probably be a lot of fun to hang out with the both of them at the same time. Of course, most of that fun would likely be had at her own expense - they both seemed to like to make her blush. They both seemed to have a lot in common, including an affinity for their own bodies, which she would be lying if she said she'd never looked before. At least they had a reason to be cocky about it - though she would never tell them that to their faces. Of course. she was drawn back into the conversation with Aren asking her if she would go to prom with him; an invitation that she was all too eager to accept. Naturally, their next course of action would be to find someone for Felix to take with him as they tossed out a few possibilities he might be able to take advantage of. Naturally, Cissa was on that list, though why anyone would want to go with someone like that, she had no idea. Wait - she did. the blonde was undeniably beautiful - it was a shame she was such a wench. Clearly, though, that didn't mind to most males. But, Aren was kind enough to focus on her when he agreed that there were a lot of pretty women at the academy, another reason why she was glad that he chose her to take to prom. Felix joked around with her about her wanting to see him a suit, the brunette releasing a laugh, Aren echoing his concern about having to clean up and put on a suit. " If it's a crime to want to see two good-looking gentlemen in a tux, with combed hair, guilty as charged. There's just something about a guy in a suit," she trailed off, gaze wandering for a moment before she returned to the present. He announced that he was going to head to Cissa's room to get help with attire for the evening, leaving her alone with her prom date. Just that thought made a smile tug at the corners of her lips. He asked her about the color of her dress, which she responded to, glad to see that he seemed to approve. " I'm glad you approve. And if waffles is what it takes, waffles shall I make," she said with a chuckle, hands going to her temples when the conversation shifted to their new uniforms. At one point, the Native-American Casanova covered her ears, "whispering" to his new partner in crime before Felix departed on his own mission. She echoed Aren's good luck to him before turning her sights back on her date, brows furrowing as he asked where she wanted to eat before hand. Nothing specific came to mind - surprise surprise. " I don't mind making waffles, but I don't think cooking in my dress would be the best idea. You know, especially if there is fruit topping involved," she said with a chuckle and a small wink, knowing that whatever they decided, they would have a good time just getting to hang out with each other. " As the princess for the evening, I command you to make the decision and surprise me. Whatever you decide, it'll be fine - just give me a heads up so I can make sure to dress appropriately and leave enough time to get my dress on afterwards if that's what we decide to you," she said with a small wink.

Alpha: In the lounge enjoying the company.. There was something so amusing about this gathering of people. It all felt very laid back. The way they joked about some of the nurses in the med bay. Lillian smiled when Aurelie just went with her comment about being able to make a habit look good. The telekenetic saw it for the joke it was and not seeing it as Lillian being stuck up and braggy. "Yeah I think there is some rule for as you get older in the proffesion or something. Because we all know it's not because Beast has some regulations against it. Unless he has a reason he is quite lienent when it comes to those things. No clue why some of the nurses are so up tight about things." She said even as smart as she was it was still a mystery to her. The blue furry head of the medical staff was not the reason. The talk about the people Farren was looking for seemed to end at that since no one else had anything else to add. Bella was left said as the plant users best bet for information. "Oh I know those reasons for it. The help get used to being around people given our shared power." Lillian laughed lightly. "Doesn't mean the woman has no guilty pleasure in it." She said to Farren. Then in a tone of mock offence. Laid on thick just to make sure it was seen in a joking manner and not actually offensive. "I never feel ugly. It's others that are just to blind to see." She added the last part and couldn't help but laugh. Turning to the blonde tk user. "She hasn't disappointed yet. And given this is dressier then other functions I have no doubt in my mind she is going to get something amazing." It was the thought that made the idea of going even alone certainly more interesting. At that point it seemed Farren tuned them out going into her own world. Lillian was brought back into Focus when Aurelie asked about who she had absorbed. The blonde seemed slightly shocked at the revelation as her eyes seemed quite wide. "Oh it was a element user on the bad guy team. While she had been here at the academy after that since she was brainwashed at the time. But she moved on a long time ago heading off to do who knows what." She said remebering the exchange with Betsy. It still amused her to this day. Oh then things slid back to talk of prom and dates with Rob agreeing to go with Bianca. The umbrakenetic who in turn seemed to start to say things to talk him out of it but ended up agreeing. "I only just met you but I bet you are loads of fun to be around. I mean I am having fun now and you are here. Thus that would make it that you are fun to be around." She said with a wink to Bianca. Lillian was enjoying how her first real encounter with some of her new team mates had been going. Gave a good sign that things wouldn't be all bad sporting blue rather then red. "I have no doubt you and Robbie here with have a fantastic evening." Of course given how things have gone Lillian wasn't going to bring up she was going alone. Then again it didn't bother her that she was. After all who needs a date when you can sang dances from different people and not feel bad about not dacing more with the one you came with. Prom talk subsided for a moment when Rob drew attention to a new comer to the room. Then there was talk of not biting and such. She turned to Aurelie when she mentioned only biting if asked and one was good. This was all so amusing. "But Aurelie." Lillian fake pouted giving her best puppy dog pout. All big sad eyes with bottom lip stuck out quivering slightly. "I was so looking forward to being nibbled on by you." She just couldn't help herself after the blonde's reaction to her story about hitting on Betsy thanks to an absorbed personality. Then like a switch was flipped Lillian turned to Eli. "Sorry I know I have seen you around before but I am better with faces then names. So you are? I'm Lillian by the way."

OMEGA:Confused beyond measure.. Gideon wan't an animal in the traditional sense he was a blend of the two. The former HYDRA mutant didn't know if it was something to do with his regeneration or another part of his mutation. All in all he didn't care what it was that caused it. He long ago learned to use the beast. Sure more often then not he would supress that part. But it was needed things are different when the animal gets control. Combat was the easiest time to let it out even then it's the two selves working in tandum. As the then beastial side thirsts for blood itching to leave those against him bleeding, broken, and dead. Here Gideon can't go with that, back at HYDRA that was what was expected desired. The air outside drew him from thoughts as he ran and let things just go. As the run went on panther Kat did not seem to enjoy his stubborness. It seemed she was in a playful mood while Gid was here for run not play. So this brought about Kat taking nips at him when she could with the occational paw swipe went his way. Generally he would go about running as he knew she wasn't really attempting to hurt him. Sure he would more this way or that to prevent contact when needed. Even with his healing a persons natural reaction is to move in those situations. Sure Gid knew how to turn that reaction off and often would need to. Then there was the incident or non incident at that porch. Bella had a few emotions evident but the worst for Gideon was the fear. It was palpable it came off her in waves. Anyone with with a sense of smell like his could pick it out of the air. But as things generally went he gave her what she wanted. Very rarely did he not go with what she wanted. Leaving Bella with those she was with on the porch. He heard Kat continue on to the porch as he headed for the woods in the opposite direction of the porch. Seemed she found the porch more appealing then chasing after him. That was something he was glad about he didn't feel up to dealing with her at the moment. Once into the woods Gideon's movements shifted altered to the terrain. The terrain he knew so well he could move through it with out sight. His animal side seemed to awaken more then before. It was slowly taking over as Gideon moved on instinct rather then concious thought. His senses taking in everything it could. His eyes saw the trees standing and fallen, the holes and divets. His ears heard the wind moving through the leaves, the animals moving in the under brush that his eyes didn't catch sight of. His nose took in the familiar scents of the forest as he ran, decaying plany matter, the fresh kill of a predetory animal up wind. As his body stopped he found himself standing in a clearing that had a natural spring running through it. His mind went back to earlier when he saw Bella on the porch. What did she have to fear from him? Really he would never hurt her, even when there were times when he was afraid he might she didn't fear him. No she was certain he wouldn't hurt her. Was she really that upset about him stopping that stupid fight? If it would of solved something, hell if there just wasn't people to be caught in the cross fire he wouldn't of interfered. Bella stopped him from getting in fights with others many times. He even did his best to get along with Summers because she asked him too. With one swing of his arm a tree was cut clean through hitting the ground with a thud. He did things for her. That was why he attempted to talk with Cissa at Catalina. For her he had to try and get the blonde to calm down on her actions towards Alphas. Sure it failed but the attempt needed to be made. At the moment he was feeling it very pointless to attempt to do good things because that's what he was supposed to do. Gideon was even questioning his place here at the academy. Hopefully when he gets a chance to talk to her things can get straightened out. Bella was important to him, he loved her more then anything. She was the only close person he had here at the academy. All the others he had gotten close to left, even then it was thanks to Bella he had even gotten close to them. ((((((((OOC: Awful post is awful.))))))))))))

Omega, Location: Porch It’s beginning to look a lot like… a nut house Roland listened to the pleasantries displayed by Christian and Isabella. He had been glad to hear that Christian was placed under sedation, though he had wanted to check on his injuries personally. Among the younger members of the medical staff, Roland had a bit more experience dealing with maulings from his days in the ring. However, if he said he was doing fine he wouldn’t press it further. Sometimes it was best not to go for certain things, especially among other teammates. Though he noted at Bella’s growing tension, looking now he saw the same large cat from before. Gideon was likely near by, but Roland didn’t bother to look for him. If the big guy wanted to be found, he’d let himself be. The cat came quite close to Roland, a little bit close for comfort if one could say so. The cat then did something rather remarkable, it changed from a several hundred pound beast of muscle and fur into a petite little dark haired girl.Still having those cats-eyes, she introduced herself as Katarina. She also remarked that she did not like being called “kitty”. Well, now that Roland thought about it, if she shape shifts into a cat, that might explain the little kitten running around the complex these past few weeks. Just a little white fluff ball prancing about, being a kitten. He even pet the little thing, he wasn’t a cat person but hey it was something worth petting right? Then again, it could have very well been someone’s bad attempt to keep a pet in their dorm. But who knew? She greeted Leo in fluent Italian, a rather loaded one if Roland were asked upon the subject. If he had to guess, the two of them had quite a history before they wound up here at the Academy. He also had to wonder just what she was thinking when she spoke to Bella. For a new girl, she had some pretty hefty sense of self-worth if she thought she was going to be able to talk to her like that. Christian left the group, likely to talk to Narcissa about prom suits or what not. Who knew? With a glint of gold appearing out of his eyes, he greeted her in kind, “Roland, pleasure to meet you.” he had to have some manners towards the young woman. Besides, Bella’s reaction was good enough for him. Hell, he even chuckled a bit. The girl needed to be knocked down a peg or two, and Bella was the one to do it. He then decided to have some fun in the nice weather, breaking off a tree branch, he decided to let a talon form over his index finger, the sharpness of the bladed finger gleaned in the sunlight. Finally, taking the stick he just removed, he began to whittle away at the stick, small pieces of bark coming off the stick in smooth strokes of his finger. Looking to Katarina, he said to her in Italian as he continued to whittle, "È meglio stare attenti, i gattini possono perdere i loro artigli se hanno illusioni di essere un leone così presto." he had to then chuckle to himself some more. The girl was confident, and if something were to happen she’d likely attempt to prove herself. He’d seen this kind of behavior before. New members of his step-father’s associates tried to out do each other usually by trying to out maneuver their superiors in some way or fashion. It unfortunately did not always end so well. But he let her make her attempts to strike towards the Alpha leader, waiting for the right moment of time for when he would possibly have to drag her away if it ultimately came down to it. Translation: You better be careful, kittens can lose their claws if they have illusions of being a lion so soon.OOC: Crap post is crap!!!!

Like a scar. Like a blade. Slide on me. Kill my pain. ȻΩѶɆȾ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━☥ Ωrchid Ⱥutumn Ωmegas Location: Lounge Thoughts: Sometimes I amaze myself… okay, I amaze myself all the time. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━☥ Condsidering how much attention she was paying to the redhead in order to have her drawing do the girl’s beauty justice, it was not hard to spot the soft crimson that threatened to overtake her face as Roland vacated the premises. Orchid could not hold back the smirk that formed on her lips. ”Someone looks a little happier than she should right now,” she said in a wry tone. She wagged her finger in a mockingly scolding manner. ”Damn shame. And here I thought you had higher standards than that.” She clicked her tongue a few times and shook her head to continue her mock condescending. She nodded in Jacen’s direction as he got up to leave, offering a smile as he joked about formal wear. She shrugged, keeping her smirk, when the redhead tried to cheer her up. It was much appreciated, even if Orchid was not exactly lamenting the fact that she did not have a date and most like would not have one. ”Oh, don’t get all sappy on me,” she said in her typically playful tone. ”I’m not exactly bawling over the fact. And it’s not like I’m exactly counting the seconds till prom.” She offered her model a soft chuckle when mentioning not being on the same team and offering to dance at the prom anyhow. ”I’ll have to take you up on that. I’ll lead, you follow; if there’s one thing I know, it’s dancing.” She paused for a few moments, making a few minor corrections on her drawing before continuing in an admittedly much more flirty way than she’d initially intended, ”And you insist you’re straight, but I’d call you a work in progress.”She offered the girl a wink and a playful smile before continuing her drawing. ”Still, the fun part about prom is never the dance itself; it’s the car ride home where all the fun happens.”Another girl stepped in then to talk to Kerrigan, which allowed the hair manipulator to focus a little more on the drawing she was working on. Altogether it was coming out nicely. It still needed a bit of shading, but most of the finer detailing was done. People often complimented how fast she could draw a rather detailed drawing. It was something she’d been doing since she was very small, back when she would beg her parents to take her to the art store and spend hundreds of dollars on pencils alone, as well as a metric ton of tutorial books, different kinds of paper, sketch pads, General’s charcoal vines and pencils, and many many more supplies. Of course, she was never in real shortage given her mother’s own career. She overheard Kerri’s comment about not needing Cissa’s help to deal with Roland if he turns out to be a pig, and she could not help but laugh out loud. ”No need to risk getting your clothes messed up if he does. Remember, I can choke him out from eight feet away.” She stuck her tongue out teasingly. That moment a few locks of her hair reached out about a foot before her in a menacing way, clawing at thin air like a feral demon before settling back to its normal form. ”I’d be more than happy to snuff the guy out. Though you may wanna keep Cissa on call to dispose of the body; murder investigations can get so messy, and as hot as we’d all look in prison stripes- and don’t even get me started on the shared showers, yum –I’d like to avoid any trouble beyond a DUI, parking ticket, Republican campaign rally riots, or anti-mutant nutjob raid.”She listened to Kerri, despite keeping her eyes intently on the pad before her. She was almost done with the portrait and wanted to finish it quickly. ”Sounds like a plan,” she said. ”I’ve got something in mind, even if it is a bit on eccentric side. But hey, if I’m not turning heads with the stuff I personally make, then I’m doin’ it wrong,” she added with a light chuckle. She stopped for a moment to look at her finished product, scanning it for any mistakes and comparing it to the real deal before laying the pad down on her lap. She took out a black permanent marker and signed it at the bottom, then turned the picture so the redhead could see. ”What do you think? If you want it I can spray it in fixative for you later so it won’t smudge.”━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━☥ Her unforgiving touchxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Is like a blade writhing in a flower, xxxx Undressing my meaning.xxxxxxxxxxxx I'm discovering the taste of lovexxxxxx Because she is my girlfriend, Insanity.x

"Ya'll Never Stop... You keep me on My Job.... And they be trying to Copy and Paste Me... Copy and Paste Me" "I'm on.... And I be in my zone... And they be trying to Copy and Paste me... Copy and Paste Me..." "Copy and Paste me" "I'm Gone" ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀ ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀ ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀ Marcel Porter ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀ ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀ Marcel now had the answer he was asking for quite some time back. This "prom" even seemed interesting, but he had other things on his mind right now. One of them was what was he going to do. Classes were a little bit boring and they barely held his interest at the moment. Was he in some kind of slump? Maybe. He didn't know the answer to that. He felt like doing something and doing something quick. Maybe he would dip out of the school and hit the streets. That seemed like fun, but he couldn't take chances with maniacs known as humans running about, or could he? He could make them drown from water. Maybe that would entertain him some. Then again, that was a little violent and evil and he tried so hard to be this thing people referred nonviolent people as, "Pacifists." Some good that was getting him these days.
He sighed as he scratched that thought out and moved on to the next one. Maybe he could socialize with some of the others here, like his roommate He hadn't seen him in ages. Maybe they both were in and out at different times. He hardly ever saw him and in a sense he didn't mind. At any case, none of this was helping him none. He hardly knew how to strike up any kind of decent conversation. He looked out a few windows as he walked past them. He was getting annoyed and he was getting annoyed fast. Maybe he could go swimming. That would be somewhat. Maybe he would cause the pool water to raise up and form some huge tidal wave. That would help his codename out a lot and he could imagine seeing news reporters everywhere with the crazy mad man of a senator talking about him at some conference or meeting. He didn't want to be on a list of most dangerous mutants at the moment.
Swimming was scratched off the list. Maybe he could work out some. He did that already. He did it every morning around midnight. The thoughts of having nothing to do was running in his mind and made him feel like running. Running around screaming like some kid who just had their first sugar rush. That would be sure to have others look at him and wonder what the hell was going on through his head. It would also probably spark up attention to the professor and he hardly ever saw that man. So running around madly wouldn't help none. He then thought about it. What was that word that old man used in the film Dracula: Dead and Loving it used when he was talking about a feeling of self accomplishment? He had looked it up and found it really meant something else, which would explain why the guard looked puzzled, but that wasn't the point. He would go drag himself off into his room and give himself a accomplishments on things the had had done. That sounded more boring than he ever realized, but he didn't care. He then remembered he forgot one important thing. He had forgotten to get something to eat. He sighed and realized what he could do, all that time of him wondering what he wanted to do. Boredom was a pain or maybe it was some kind of drug. The things people could do with boredom was truly a fascinating sight at times. Maybe if they were lucky, they could scar other people for life with this boredom. Marcel sighed as he walked off towards the kitchen. "Copy, Paste. Copy, copy, paste" "They be trying to Copy and Paste me" "I'm Gone" ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀ ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀ ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀ ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀ Team: Alpha Code Name: Tsunami Location: Hallways Ability: Hydrokinesis Thoughts: I'm bored and if I don't think of anything quick, I fear I may rant worse than a kid who's has new found love to sugar or soda. ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀ ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀
