Tombz looked at Vincent and shook his head. "No, you'll travel with Lili. The reason he and I are going in under stealth is so that we can see what's there. They may need help plowing through whatever is in the way, and I don't want Lili to waste too much energy, just in case."
"As for everything else, do what you need to do. I want everyone to say their ready."

Liliana nodded, taking her hand from Krayth's shoulder. "I can show you where I believe we should look but as Tombz said, i would prefer you to travel with me." She understood venomous inner voices quite well. So she wasn't rattled at all by what she had heard. She just felt it a shame that Vincent wanted to be in the fighter's guild over the mage's guild. She projected the map's image into Vincent's mind, also giving him the points she was estimating the island to be. "As you can see, there are multiple points. Also, if the island comes and goes, we'll have to force it to expose itself to us when we find it." But Liliana also spoke into Vincent's mind. You are not the first or only with another voice.

Vincent "Everything dies. Some just faster than others." Looking to Tombz, Vincent spoke in an even voice. "Very well, then I shall follow lady Liliana, and defend against anything we meet." He then turned to Liliana, and bowed slightly. "Let's hope we do not meet with anything dangerous though. I'd hate things to get out of hand." He looked her in the eyes, and organized his thoughts that were his own. I would believe that. Yet, mine makes me feel different, for it is not simply in my head. It's in my body, my blood... I fear I may lose control one day... It is not a fear for myself, though, but a fear for those around me. If I ever happen to lose myself in your presence, may I ask a favour of your aid in settling me? Even if it means pinning me down with the strongest magic. He never let the smile off his face, regardless of the severity of his thoughts. "When shall we leave then?"

While Liliana's initial entry into his mind had been alarming, it was not a sensation he was unused to. Besides, there was no need for violence here... that would wait, and depend on the actions of The Lord of The Citadel. While the others readied themselves to depart, TLord Valdiir took some time to himself. Removing the curious red and black band on his right hand's ring finger, Krayth cupped it between his palms and shut his eyes. He made no attempt to conceal the gesture, and while the others may find it curious there was no harm in it. He was relaying a message to his kindred spirit at the desert. He had yet to return, and she would be eager to learn what he had discovered. Then, the Anima opened his eyes and turned to Tombz.
"If it is only the two of us, stand next to me."
He considered the map Liliana had shown them.
"We will head to the coast immediately."

Tombz stood next to Krayth. "I actually need to make a side stop in the Kishu Tundra if you don't mind. I gotta pick up a weapon or two so I'm not walking in unarmed." he said, hoping his shadow would reply with yes.

"We only need to make a slight detour here in the city and to Ernya so the others have a chance to explore the points I gave them," Liliana said with a nod. She rested a hand on Vincent's shoulder. She showed Vincent an image of herself, but she looked to be carved from darkness itself. It was an old image long since buried in the recesses of Cain's mind from when her own Darkness had attacked on its own. I was once in that same problem. She morphed into her own mind and I called her Azura. And she was dangerous whenever I lost control. Vincent would be able to feel the light shudder that raced through Liliana's body. Pulling back to herself, she slowly took the calming feeling from the minds of those around her.

Alone, Krayth would stand little chance of defending himself. Of course, Kishu Tundra was a cold place, full of shadows and sunless crags. He could flee effortlessly... The Anima nodded once.
"Very well. Let us be swift. And, Tombz..."
Krayth paused, wondering if the automata could actually "feel..." Given its level of sentience, he imagining yes.
"Focus on where you wish to arrive. Now, You will feel this."
Krayth's black gauntlet appeared to transmute into an oily black liquid which rushed up his sleeve. Its misty eye held only a moments pause to study its masters new associate before following suit. Krayth took one step back and touched his hand to Tombz's back. A sudden sensation of melting would overtake him as well as a rushing flood of cold. He could feel... but was blind. Immersed in impenetrable darkness. The only constant was the tugging feeling between his shoulders. To Tombz, it would feel like hours had passed, but Krayth knew better by now. They would emerge from the dark at their destination in under a second's time.

Vincent "Everything dies. Some just faster than others." The sudden image that Vincent saw in his mind was frightening to say the least. It was something that Vincent could appeal to, though, and it made him think of his own position... Let us hope that this does not become an experience then, for anyone anymore... Thank you, though, for your comfort. I appreciate beyond much else that has comforted me before. As Liliana drew herself from his mind, he noticed a little weight on his shoulder. It was Aes, sitting there. Smiling, Vincent turned to Liliana. "Looks like Aes will be joining us. We are both ready, Liliana, and will follow you wherever you decide to lead us."

Vincent "Everything dies. Some just faster than others." "Very well my lady, we shall await you there." Vincent licked his lips, bringing his wrist to his mouth. He bit his skin hard, tearing it. He let his blood harden into a blade, and reached behind his back, cutting into his back where he left slits in his coat. From his wounds on his back, he sprouted wings of black blood, and lifted himself into the sky. "Farewell for now Liliana, see you soon." Clasing Aes, he set off towards Ernya.
