Rahu continued to smirk. " yes she did, jsut ask your farther about it. but now im through with having annying foals, ask me questions, they could have asked there own father." he then stoped to get a drink, since they had ended up walking to the stream.

Soquili ventured out into the forest until she passed by a lone buckskin teepee. "What a lovely home.. so kept" she said while pausing to admire it. She was feeling in a giving mood today so she placed a blanket that she made on the dusty ground by the entrance.
Then Soquili went on her way to bestowe gifts to others.

Samus returned shortly after princess soquili left her gift. he saw the lovely blanket and smilied. " seems i am geting gifts alot lately." he said to himself and chuckled. taking it inside, he thought he should find whom gave him the gift, so he could give them one.

samus x Rahu was grazing in the clearing, and thinking. it had been awhile since he bothered to be around anyone though some blasted foals had seemed to run into alot. giving a snort he contuined to graze and look around to make sure no one was coming. Xaki Anubis, ssat in the green grass grazing. His blue stood out amongst the green, giving anyone a chance to spot him. His mane blew, when he looked across the fields to see a black stallion. "Interesting.." he thought with a mouthful of grass. samus x Rahu caught sight of a blue jay looking soquili as he looked around. giving a snort, he ponded wether or not to even bother talking to the stallion. taking another bit of grass, he would let the other talk to him first. Xaki Anubis, looking at the stallion with a amused look, trotted over to the stallion. "Y'know most soquilis say hi to each other but I guess your not like that?" He raised his eyebrowns, his eyes scanning over Rahu. samus x Rahu snorted at the stallion. " that was not too hard to figure out was it. and who are you?" he was only slightly annoyed and looked at the stallion for moment. flicking his tail, he wondered why this stallion bothered to talk to him in the first place. Xaki "Im not privleiged to tell my name to stalliosn like you." He said cheerfully. Anubis pondered if Rahu was always like this, and decided he probably was. "I'm a smart stallion, not like some people." Anubis said with a grin. samus x Rahu smirked in amusment. " oh really now, and if your so smart then why come over and pester me?" he found this amusing in a small way. flicking his tail, he pondered why this stallion seemed happy." im not one you should pester mind you." Xaki "I'll pester anything I want, mind you." Anubis said almost pleasantly. "A smart person does what he wishes." Anubis shot back his reply. "And I dont care. Im not pestering. Its called a conversation if you didnt know." samus x Rahu now had a twinkle of maliciousness in his eyes. "oh really do you think it wise to do that?." he flicked his tail and eyed the stallion again. " and i find it pestering when you choose to be somewhat of a smart mouth." Xaki "I'm wise enough." Anubis said paying no heed to Rahu. He bent down to pick up some more grass to eat before replying. "You pester. I dont." He tossed his mane and gave Rahu a quick glance before eating again. samus x Rahu rasied a eye brow with a smirk. " oh really, i pester. oh do tell how i do. i think it would be quite interesting if you do." flicking his tail again, then tossing his mane out of his face. he found this stallion interest but annoying, Xaki "Aside from being rude, mean, sadistic, depressing, I think theres alot more." Anbis replied calmly as if he was talking about the weather or how the grass was green. This Rahu was a very boring fellow, he thought samus x Rahu grinned. " oh really, im depressing? thats a new one. and i find your the rude one. and i doubt you can find more." he eyed the stallon again. " now as i ask before early, who are you?" only out of couriousity did he ask. Xaki "Eh. Thats for you to find out and for me to know." He waved his head dismissively. "I must go now. Bye-Bye." he left without uteering another word, his blue disspearing into the forest, he walked into to.
(I must go now. Bye!) samus x (( xD ahhaha cya)) Rahu just stared and blinked at the stallion. he then shruged and watched him leave. going back to grazing, he wondered if he might see that blue jay stallion again.

Crowfoot Astia yawned quietly. It was mid-afternoon, and shadows were getting longer.But the heat was stifling! She felt as is even her hooves were sweating! Heaving herself up from under a shady tree, which hadn't helped much as the day got hotter, she stretched and decided she would have to go to the river to cure herself of this heat, and quench her dusty tongue.
Wearily she walked down to its banks, feeling as if her legs were made of stone. (( Ill have to go in around..maybe 45 inutes or so.. >>;; )) samus x (( xD lol @Crow ok =3 )) Rahu stomped to the river in a bad mood. he did not know why but he was. once reacing the river, he looked around to see a mare there geting a drink. giving a snort, he ignored her and went to get a drink himself. Crowfoot Hmm? Just as she was leaning down to parch her poor, hot throat, she noticed another soquili.She looked up casually,not expecting to see such a moody stallion.She stared at his strange colors for a second.Sure, balck wasn't unusual..but the red that seemed to lace it like blood? She shuddered for a second.She walked up to him, and smiled.Was he ignoring her? "Hello there.I'm Astia, but you can call me Tia." she paused for a moment, realizong that the angry soquili's reaction would not be as plasant as she had hoped. samus x Rahu snaped his head quick to regared her and gave a snort. " do you think it wise to bother me right now Astia?" he stood with his red eyes blazeing which showed his anger, which by the way he talk was calm. flicking his tail, he was already annoyed. Crowfoot Tia grinned at him.Pfft. "Well, everyone needs a freind." her eyes glinted.She didn't like to be annoyed.And he annoyed her. "I don't beleive I caught your name." She said sweetly, though her voice was laced with slight venom.She was usually kind, and sweet.but something about him..wanted to make her fight.But she was not one for physical fights.Oh no.She had her ways. samus x Rahu smirked an evil smirk. "if thats what you think. and why should i tell a mare like you anything. your already quite annoying, so it be bast to leave me be." he figured she would not do as he said and continue to annoye him. still having a smirk on his face, he already remebered why he hated mares. Crowfoot Astia smirked right back at him.Stallions could be so..pfft.. sometimes..well, Bairn was okay..But not him. "A mare like me?" her eyes glinted venomously again. "A mare like me would quite like to know." her smirk grew a bit wider. samus x (( 4laugh heart -eats the cookie shar give- )) Rahu still was smirking. " oh really, do you really think im going to bother to tell you?" he then snaped at her, but did not actual get her at all. "i think you dont realy who your dealing with Astia." he flicked his tail, still smirking. Crowfoot She stepped in front of him, her eyes venemous. "Yes, I do think your going to bother telling me." Her eyes narrowed slightly. She smirked, not knowing what trouble her next comment might get her in.
"I do know who I'm dealing with actually," she paused, "A cowardly stallion who thinks he's all that." Her green eyes stared into his. samus x Rahu eyes grew dangrusly bright read with anger. " you will regret sayign that Astia. " he then bite at her, not aiming to realy do anything yet. "keep up the comments and you live to regret. and i'd like to see you force me into giving you my name, little weak mare. " Crowfoot Tia flinched as The rude stallion snapped at her.Her eyes seemed to shatter with anger. "Regret?" her voice grew cold, so unlike the warm mare. "I regret nothing." Her eyes narrowed till they were only mere slits. "WEAK mare?!" She bared her teeth.She was anything but weak when it came to disrespectful piles of manure like him. Getting as close as a horse could get to a snarl, she stomped on his hoove.Hard. samus x Rahu still had that smug smirk on his face and let her stomp on his hoof. he then bit at her again to get her to back off. " you think that really is going to foce me, do make me laugh little weak mare." his hoof hurt bad, but he put that pain to the back of his mind and ignored it. " oh you will regret stomping on my hoof and being annoying." Crowfoot Tia didn't flinch as he snapped at her again. "I will regret nothing, manue" she hissed out the last word. "Nothing comes from you.Why should I even be talking to you, old fool?" she bared her teeth, and stomped on his hoof with all her strength, hoping to make her mark. Her eyes narrowed, and she stomped off.(( sorry to end it x.x *has to go soon* plus, I didn't want Astia killed.. rofl )) samus x Rahu hissed and ignored the pain. " oh you will when i see you again little weak mare. though you where the one to come talk to me you fool." he turned and left. now more annoyed than before.

Sayuri_Nitta (( I'm gonna use Mahavir so you can pick heh )) The breeze tugged, and played with the stallions mane and tail, making them dance in the hair so that Mahavir seemed surrounded by a curtain of light sienna coloured hair before he stilled his hooves and blowing out a breath, paused a while in the meadow. Mane and tail settled as he did, only the ends gently drifting in the wind.
Everything was new to him, the distant sight of the two-leggeds Village, the grass more verdant, and the air carried the scent of many others of his kind. It had been fine idea to move here, and he hoped his loneliness would abate in new surroundings...well once he met some of the horses that he merely scented right now. It wasnt a day to dwell on what had been in his life however, and he took a mouthful of the grass at his feet, chewing it slowly as he basked in the sunlight.samus x Dyami had for some reason felt like going to the meadow this day. arrivign at the meadow, he looked around to see a stallion grazing. always the polite but proud, he did not want to intrude on the stallion. walking towards him, he gave a friendly nicker. Sayuri_Nitta Mahavir had realised he was no longer alone before the nicker was heard, Dyami's scent had alerted him. He turned, the mouthful swallowed, and tilted his head to regard the stranger. A brightly hued stallion, whose body language seemed peaceful enough, but as an interloper and another stallion, one could never tell. Mahavir dipped his head, his mane sliding forwards a little to brush the ground before he looked again at Dyami.
'Greetings.' he spoke evenly, keeping his hooves still, not wishing to seem either afeared or too forward. samus x Dyami gave a bow to the stallion." greetings to you too sir. i am Dyami, and if i may ask, whats your name?" he showed he was a friend, not a enemy. and only ment to have a small conversation with him. shaking his braided mane out of his face, he smilied. Sayuri_Nitta 'I am Mahavir,' he said, moving a little so that he grew a tad nearer to scent Dyami properly, but not close enough to intimidate.
'I am pleased to meet another of my kind. Are there many of us in this area?' samus x Dyami nodded. " its a pleasure to meet you Mahavir." he stayed still as Mahavir got a little closer." i think so, though im sure you would meet some if you just wander about. i have meet quite a few by just wanding a bit." still smiling, he grew a more relaxed and thought Mahavir seemed nice. Sayuri_Nitta 'That is good,' the stallion seemed to radiate delight at the thought of more company.
'And yourself, do you have a herd, a mate?' Mahavir was curious about this colourful gentleman. samus x Dyami chuckled. "indeed i do have a mate. her name is Settia and we have three children. i am apart of my old friend, Cyrus's herd with my family." it was nice to talk to someone her never met. it had been a while since he actualy had. " and if you dont mind me asking, do you have any friends or family around here?" Sayuri_Nitta 'A father as well? That is good, I am happy for you.'
A family..Mahavir vaguely recalled what that had felt like and simply shook his head.
'When I was of an age to wander, I did so, and left my family herd, going far out into the plains. When I wanted to travel no more I returned to make my own family, but all those I knew had either passed on, or left my home. I know no one here - save yourself now.' samus x Dyami nodded. " thank you, im sure you will eventualy meet up with one of my family members. my son's love to wander, same with my daughter." he listened to Mahavir as he told him he knew no one else here but him." i see, thats a shame. but i think if you stay around here, you will end up meeting lots of others around." Sayuri_Nitta 'I would say you are most wise Dyami,' Mahavir said.
'I had planned on hanging around here, and meeting you has confirmed that it is a good place to be. I am encouraged that I will not be lonely again.'
His skin twitched a little, a nerve rippling under his pelt as a light drizzle of rain made itself known.
'Oh and where did this come from? Shame shame. Well I shall seek shelter and no doubt you are wanting to do the same. It was good to meet you,' and Mahavir gave a courtly bow, one foreleg stretched before him, the other bent. He straightened, and made to go on his way. samus x Dyami smiled " thank you." he too felt a bit of rain." yes it would be best to do that, and i better get back to my family. and it was nice to meet you too" giving a bow back, he watched Mahavir leave, and went on his own way too.

Talencia ((Off we go!)) Eloran was enjoying a good gallop upon one of the well worn trails winding through the waving meadow grasses. Running was something he greatly enjoyed. His short mane whipped behind him, and his hooves flashed in a blur as he extended his head and flattened out to greater speeds. He wasn't the fastest of the soquili, to be sure, but he didn't let that stop him from doing what he loved.
His ears flickered as he heard far far overhead the black hawk Jaden laughing at him. The bird was Delphia's companion, and had an odd sense of humor. It tickled the hawk that Eloran thought he was "flying" along when to the bird he was a lumbering behemoth, tied to the earth as surely as if he had chains which grounded him. But the hawk stayed hidden in the sun's glare and stayed soaring high above, the flutter of his feathers too distant to be heard. Only the mocking caw of amusement reached Eloran's ears.samus x Tori was grazing in the meadow when she heared the beating of hoofs before even seeing who was running. smirking she loved a good run, and enjoyed a good race too. knowing whoever was running was close, she looked about waiting.(( sweatdrop sorry for a short post ^ ^ )) Talencia ((S'okees! I know how it can be. ::smiles: smile ) Trying to peer up and catch a glimpse of the hawk, Eloran veered off the trail, missing it entirely as it curved off to his left. His speed slowed as the terrain under his hooves grew rougher, and as he tried vainly to find that bird. Tripping over some young tangled berry vines and nearly landing himself on his nose brought his attentoin back to where he was going. With an amused snort at himself, he slowed even further and threw his head up high, trying to sight the trail so he might continue his run. Now where had it gone??samus x Tori caught sight of the stallion and he seemed to veere off where it was dangours. running over, she hoped he was alright. she knew where she was and slowed down once where she saw where the stallion disapeared. giving a nicker, she hoped he heared her. Talencia When he lifted his head high, he caught sight of someone just as they nickered. Pleased to meet others of his kind, he carefully made his way over. He trod lightly, wanting neither to trip over the berry vines again, nor to trample them, for the villagers would love to discover there was a new berry patch nearby.
When he drew close, he saw a mare waiting for him. "Greetings, lady. I am Eloran." He rolled his eyes back the way he came. "Not very light of foot, but ah well. Such is the life of the hooved, hmm?" He smiled warmly at her. "How are you this fine summer's day?" samus x Tori chuckled. " im tori and its nice to meet you Eloran."she smiled at him. " true enough, its hard going down that area with hoofs and running odwn it at that." giving another chuckle, she stood next to him. " im quiet fine thank you, and what about you? i believe i have never seen you aroudn the area, but that might be because i live with a herd." Talencia "A herd, hmm?" His ears pricked with interest at the idea. He had assumed only the wild ones gathered in such groups, and then mostly to protect themselves, since they had no humans to defend them. "Yes, that might be why. I've spent most of my life in the village, tending to their needs."
His chest puffed out a bit and he arched his neck proudly. "But now I look after a sole human. I spend most of my time with her." His ears flickered again in thought and he swished his tail, beginning to amble thoughtfully for the road he'd missed. His easy manner drew her along with him, to talk as they walked. "I really should spend more time out here, though. I barely know any of our kind at all!" He found it rather unusual that so few soquili frequented the village.Jaden, meanwhile, soared forgotten high on the warm winds above. He knew he'd been forgotten by the way the red bay stallion walked slowly along with that mare. Disgruntled, he looked about for something else to do. ((Anyone else interested in rping? Jaden is a mischevious fellow all on his own, or I could bring Delphia in with him.)) samus x Tori chuckled. " i never been to the village. also i was forbidden to by my father to." she then frowned for a seconded. " he does not trust humans at all so i can see why he did." watching Eloran puff his chest proundly made her giggle a little. " i see, i spend some time rarely with my fathers human who he said is my human too." not even noticing they where walking as they talked, she kept smiling and talking. she foudn Elaorn very easy going and nice. " yes you should. there are many who are very nice and love meeting others." Talencia ((Grats Rapid! ::cheers:: And yipes, I'm sorry Samus.... got caught up in a couple other things. I'm here, though!))Eloran eased them slowly onto the road and kept walking slowly. "Doesn't trust humans? Hmm. I wonder why? I've always found humans generally very good to our kind." He swished his tail. "Of course, there are always the bad apples that are rotten, but they do not usually ruin the rest of them." He tipped his head in her direction. "You should try meeting a few more humans and see what you think for yourself." He didn't mean to undermine her father's bidding, but she was a grown mare, and he hated to see soquili who disliked the creatures he knew could be so kind and loving. samus x (( lol its alright and i might have to go in a bit )) Tori shruged a bit and listened. " i guess it has to do with his past. i know there are soem humans who are good." she gave a smilie. " i could do that but i respect my father too much to ever disrespect his wishs on such a subject. and i know im an adult but still.." walking along with Eloran, she wondered why he like humans so much.

-------------------------safi and tori rp continued------------------------------- Cajmera "Well, I'm sure that your brother has his reasons for wanting to be solitary; Lord knows I like it well enough." Safi smiled, then blinked in surpise and amusement at the question. "I remind you of Celendria, huh? Well, I've heard once or twice from my father that I resembled her slightly; guess that's true!" Grinning, he gave Tori a wink. "Call it a family resemblence, I suppose." samus x (( xD aahha i see )) Tori chuckled." yes im sure he does, and sometimes its nice to be alone." she blink at him for a moment the grinned." so you are her son. i remeber hearing she had two son's but never met them. and it does seem you take alot after her, save for the beautiful wings."Cajmera "You might say that I'm like a frost-bitten orchid; at least, that's how someone once described me, and I kinda liked how it sounded. But yeah, Dad always commented how I took after Mom; the wings are his, though." As he spoke, Safi looked down to examine his multicolored wings with a sort of passive interest, as though they were both novel and mundane to him at the same time. Shaking his head at his own silliness after a moment, he looked over at Tori once more. "So, you know my mother but have never met my brother, huh? Well, that's probably good for you; Kohana is a crazy one!" samus x She eyed for a momet and nodded. " that truely does discride your looks for sure." Tori chuckled a bit at his refrance to his brother." if he really is crazy then he would be a interesting one to meet indeed." looking at his wings again, she really found them beautiful and interesting.(( ack short post )) Cajmera ((They happen to everyone XD)) Safi blinked for a moment, then pondered what Tori was saying. Did it make sense to want to gt to know someone because they were crazy? Well, if it was good crazy, that really might be a way to go...and Kohana wasn't bad, just...Kohana! "He's gotten on my nerves once or twice, but overall, I must admit that he's good at keeping me amused. Besides, aggravating one's siblings and being aggravated by them just seems to be the way of the world. But then, I'm guessing that you have dealt with similar things, being a sibling yourself?"samus x Tori smirked. " yes it seems to be normal to be annoyed with siblings. though i tend to bug my brothers more than they bug me. so i know how it is with two siblings of my own." she thought of her last comment and chuckled to herself. having never met anyone bad, she did not think there where really any bad soquili out there. though she was told to watch out for them and she did usualy. unless she was looking for adventure. Cajmera One of Safi's eyebrows raised briefly as Tori's expression took on what seemed to be malicious glee at something or other, but he quickly disregarded that, deciding that she was no doubt thinking of something amusing. "And no doubt you have a better sense of that than I do, really, because you live with your family and I don't. The first time that my brother and I met, we didn't even know that we were brothers! And even now, we only see each other when we happen to run into each other, so...yeah." samus x Tori smilied." i guess thats true, though i usual only see my brother Jazz. Fenrir is the one i only somewhat know though we where all together as kids." she then shruged. " but things happen and i guess you cant always be together with family, though its nice to know them. maybe you should try talking to your brother more often?" Cajmera "Well...it's a little more complicated that that." Safi tilted his head as he tried to figure out how to explain his own rather different outlook on family bonds and socialbility, failing miserably. "Kohana and I are differnet...and I'm even different from my parents, really. It's not that I dislike being around others, I just tend to feel stiffled when I'm around others too long or around too many others at once. That's why I'm a wanderer; I can come and go as I please!" Grinning, the stallion punctuated the statement by a well-timed flick of the tail, which took out a large horsefly that had been buzzing around; two birds with one stone! samus x Tori chuckled as he grinned. " i see, thats most likey one reason my brother decided to wander too. though i have to say he is alot like out father. a wild, wandering stallion through and through." she then smired again." i usualing like to wander for a bit but then i like to be around the herd sometimes too." Cajmera "Well, it appears to me that you have a nice balance there in your life, as far as socialbility goes, but then, I'm no expert." Safi chuckled at that, shifting his stance and polishing one hoof on the flank of his other foreleg. "Which, I suppose, almost brings our conversation in a full circle, doesn't it?" Smiling, the stallion raised his head and looked about at the bright green grass and the rolling stream. "But today really is a gorgeous day to be out wandering, isn't it, Tori?" samus x Tori still had her smirk." i guess you can say that. and im content with how my life is." flicking her tail, she looked up at the sky." yes i suppose it does. and today is really a gorgeous day to be wandering. though i cant be wandering too long." giving a small chuckle, she was glad she met safi. she then looked at him again. " would you like to take a short walk before i have to be back to the herd?"
