@Larisha,
since the pride isn't official yet, you would post for a rogue cert.
If you don't want a rogue cert, you can just wait until the pride is official
before posting for her to be certed on the pride cert.
Either way, she'll get on the pride cert eventually once it's official. XD
@Magna,
If you want to quest older members, then yeah, just post up an Older Member
form for each one (each lion with his own individual form), and post them here in one post.

Personality: Baldur is dominating lion that appears to take up more room than he really does. Perhaps it is his stance or the way his eyes always seems to be watching you. He is a somewhat solitary that doesn’t encourage ‘social’ visits. Aloft from everyone, even his brother, and cold. He shows no warmth or friendliness to anyone, not even cubs.
He is truly conniving when it comes to getting his payment for services. Nothing is given away free. Baldur is cruel without being crude; he has made it into a form of art. He enjoys tricking the ignorant in giving them fake potions or curses. If he is called out for something not working, Baldur will claim the recipient used it improperly.

What's their story?: He will do a little bit of everything that is related to dark magic. However, Baldur’s specialty lies in casting curses. He takes great joy in casting a curse and every detail is attended to religiously. Every night after the moon has set, if you look closely, he can be seen praying to dark Loa. There have been dark rumors about how he got his younger brother, Kast’ulfr, to work for him. He often sent Kast out to fetch the items required for his rituals. Kast is also the one who acquired the bones that Baldur wears.

Personality: Kast is a very submissive, particularly where his brother, Baldur, is concerned. He will grovel to any lion, but its most pronounced with Baldur. Strangely silent, Kast will never speak first. It is always the other to start a conversation, and he keeps his answers as short as possible.
There is a certain pride in doing his work, and doing it well. There is no obstacle that is insurmountable when it comes to gathering requested items. The weirder and stranger the request the better he likes it. Kast is kind and welcoming to the new non-lion members.

What's their story?: Kast lived with his brother since he was old enough to perform his pesepte duties. He is particularly apt at finding the rare and valuable ingredients. Gathering the ingredients at the cusp of perfection for plants and animals; treading the darkest places for those unmentionable items.No one knows what happened between the two brothers. They can only guess why Kast’ulfr gathers bones and items for his brother. Kast never speaks of it.

I have another question~. You say that homosexual felines are expected to take on a mate of the opposite gender in order to have cubs, but also in the marriage section that monogamy isn't necessarily required. Would it be acceptable for a homosexual feline to bear cubs with a 'mate', but to have a real lover of the same sex as their primary beloved?
Also, do we need to post a joining form for the lions won from the event?

Personality: Dènye is an old, wise lion. Given his inability to see, an acquired trait, Dènye had used the experience to learn from his arrogance. When he was younger, he was certainly arrogant of his talent. Of his looks, of his heritage... Being blinded by Mawu's Will crippled him for a long time. He was angry, violent to a degree. With time, as he grew used to the world of sounds and feeling instead of sight, his anger has melted away. He's found a sort of calm in the darkness, a place for him to go to and relax. It has taken a great deal of time for Dènye to amass the knowledge that he's come to be known for. Every bump and every jerk along the way, he's come to learn from it. He sees life as an endless lesson of Mawu's design, and strives to achieve as close to Perfection as he can before he is taken by the Loa. On the outside, it seems there is very little that can make Dènye angry enough to snap. He takes everything with a calm, dignified air. It can be infuriating if you try to get a rise out of him, but he's since learned that living in anger isn't living at all.

What's their story?: Dènye was the youngest in his litter, and his whole life was spent in competition with his brother. While he was a Hougan, his brother was a Bokor. Until his brother's death, they struggled to best one another. Afterwards, Dènye foolishly began challenging others in the pride. This led to the loss of his sight, thanks to what he assumes was poison from a Bokor whom he challenged. He lashed out at everyone, including his previous mate, and his only daughter. This led to his daughter's escape from the pride. He hasn't seen her since, and has since erected a Hounfor for her, so that she may have rest if she meets her end in the rogue lands. dramallama old people invadin the priiiiide

they don't have to take on a mate and have cubs if they don't wish to,
that's just expected of them if they don't want to stay single and/or devote their lives to the Loa.
Monogamy isn't always the thing, in rare cases, but it's not a taboo.
For your question, the answer has to be no because it's taboo in vodun culture,
and just wouldn't work as far as the marriage guidelines go.
If you wanted to do a plot where the individuals eventually left the pride, that's fine,
but it wouldn't be allowed within the pride based on the culture. :3
I know this can be a sharp subject, but that's just how it is in the culture and this pride. Sorry! orz

True to his name, Eran is ever watchful, with a tendency to keep an eye on everything around him. His first instinct upon entering any new place is to scout out the lay of the land, locate possible exits, as well as study and analyze every living creature present. Very little escapes his awareness and he is constantly conscious of any and all changes or movements in his immediate vicinity.
He can come off as rather brusque with most, often answering with short, blunt responses. He can be cold to strangers to the point of seeming somewhat intimidating, but often becomes a different lion entirely once the initial walls are broken down. His world is one of tough love, and he refuses to coddle others. Eran is a strong believer of toughing things out, and uses this belief to push others to become better. His emotions are buried deep, and though he does form the occasional bond with other creatures, he will rarely verbalize them, or even show them in any way.

Personality: Mahalia doesn't allow herself to appear to the world around her as anything but an obedient servant to the Loa. Deep in her heart she takes great pride in her duties within her beloved pride, duties that her mother before her proudly shouldered, and her grandmother before that. Mahalia is considered by all a kind ear when one is needed, a shoulder to cry on if the occasion calls for it, and one of the most knowledgable (if not the most knowledgable) Shrinekeep in the pride. She's got a soft spot for those who are less fortunate than herself, and while her history is muddied and unclear to the pridemembers, this soft spot has been the bane of her existance, and perhaps even her one downfall.

Personality: Sikitiko is the perfect image of a Caplata. Cruel, withdrawn and fearsome, she isn't exactly the lion that you would go to expecting warmth and cuddles. The only beings that she shows any sort of kindness towards are the Petro Loa she communes with. Known for her dark nature, she tends to be avoided by most felines in the pride, and with good reason.

What's their story?: She is the oldest Caplata in the pride, and was a bit...well, ostracized by her family for it. She didn't care so long as she had the Petro Loa and their immense power. Growing old mostly by her lonesome, she grew intolerant of the felines in her pride, particularly those who were not full-blooded lions. Then, one day, an adolescent named Takis came to her seeking apprenticeship. After a rocky start, the two became mates and Sikitiko became pregnant with his child. Takis never got to see their daughter, as he died prior to her birth, unsettling Sikitiko's already unstable heart. When their daughter was born, Sikitiko sent her away with her single Pèseptè, Lazarus, to hide her from the condescending eyes of the pride. The old Caplata continues her solitude now, more bitter, hateful and withdrawn than ever.

Personality: Firyali is a very hardworking individual. Originally not born into the pride, having been found by the older Medsen Fey, she takes her apprenticeship very seriously and does well to take in all of the teachings the older lion provides her. She wants to remember as much as she can, so as to be a good, helpful member of the pride. Her job is such a high importance because she wants to prove herself, so to speak. During her work, Firyali takes careful precautions not to be bothered while she is learning. It is doing things in this way that keep her from screwing potions or remedies up. She’s a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to that, and anyone bothering her studies is a bit of a hindrance in her eyes. Her work is important! Any other time, if they want to talk, Firyali is fine to let them see her, but not during her work! Anytime but that!
When not doing her work or learning from the older Medsen Fey, Firyali tries her best to be a very approachable lioness. Despite all the quirky stares she gets, despite all the whispers behind her back, she just lets them shrug off her shoulder in an attempt to help out the members of the pride. If a gatherer needs help carrying something, she is happy to assist. A guard needs someone to watch over their post while they get a drink from the watering hole? She is there as well. The young Medsen Fey will even go so far as to share her own food with another pride member if she sees they do not have as much. This hospitality she tries to present, while it may seem like a good thing, can come off as a bit odd to the other members of the pride. Some get the impression that she is trying to hard to get accepted, and perhaps maybe she is, but it is the only thing that comes to Firyali’s mind to do. Acting cold or standoffish in any other way, she feels, would ostracize her all the more, and that is the last thing she wants.
One thing is for sure: the background of the lioness seems to be a bit sketchy. While genuinely eager to share about her family and background, where she came from, things of that sort, depending on who you ask you may get a slightly different version. Why this is, exactly, is anyone’s guess, but it is clear that is something is off with her. In truth, Firyali doesn’t intentionally try to get her stories mixed up – it just sort of happens. She has a bad habit of forgetting who she told what story, which can be a bit troublesome, as she’s trying to keep her real upbringing and history a secret from everyone else. The less they know, the better.

Why is this SoA joining the pride/how long have they been in the pride?: Firyali joined the Voodoo tribe to escape her life from her old tribe. She wants to shed her old identity as Haoniyao and start a new life for herself, so she has a chance at living instead of being marked for death where she came from. This reason is a secret to her tribe members, except for Eran, who knows her real reasons for joining. She has been a member of the tribe for about a year or so.

I'm gonna try to get my cert symbol concepts up and maybe get that "official" within this upcoming week, guys.
It's been crazy-busy for me. XD Also, if anyone wants to kind of test the waters with some voodoo pride RP,
you guys can try RPing with each other? I'm gonna try and jump back into the RP world, too. > 3>
I am expecting bumps in the road of voodoo pride RP since I feel like a lot of info is rough, but we'll see. XD
