Lillie turned and her eyes finally landed on the dwarf. The creature was just like all that she had heard of them. There were no dwarfs in the Western Woods that she grew up in. It was guessed that he didn't know as much as him. "I bare no magic. You are mistaken. Elves rarely can control any powers." The girl told him. "I am Lillie daughter of Unborn who is sister of the lord of the Western Woods." She introduced herself.

Droh relaxed a little and stood up straight before walking over to the elf girl Lillie. It seems he would meet his first elf today. He had heard stories, but they all used magic in them. Droh stroked his beard, "No magic, eh? Well...I have heard otherwise, but I've also heard elves tend to tell the truth." Droh paused, smiling. "But don't get any idea I'm trusting you, elf." He said gruffly before setting his mallets down. He only came up to Lillie's mid-section, standing at four feet, but he stood up proudly as he introduced himself. "I am Droh Bravevein of the Northern Mountains near Mount Gundabad." Droh looked at her curiously, he had heard of the Western Woods, never been there of course. "So you some kind of lord -er- lady then? A noble?"

Lillie became defensive as the Dwarf moved closer. She hadn't heard the most pleasant things about the creatures. They were dirty and smelled so something. They also had no real manners. "Magic is rare among my kind. We see know need of it. What some think of is magic isn't to us." She responded. She then continued on her title. "Lady. It is the equal to saying princess as well. Though our idea of princess is different from the human idea of it." She too also knew her geography and could pin the mountain in her mind map. She knew she had to keep an eye on this one.

Droh could tell the elf wasn't too fond of him either. He patted his stomach, trying to resist the urge to belch. He was sure the lady wouldn't appreciate that. "What about all that plant stuff you elves do? That ain't magic?" Droh said, stroking his beard once again. So this elf had some social standing in the elven world. He wasn't quite sure how human princesses were treated or acted, but it didn't really matter. Nobility meant importance. She certainly carried herself like an elf, from what he's heard.

She figured that would be the argument on Elven magic. That was something they were born with. Just like Dwarfs with metal. "We can speak there language and we have green thumbs, just as Dwarfs have thumbs of metal. It is not magic if everyone can do it in your race." She told him. The girl noticed a plant and had to pick it. Turning her eyes away and took her dagger to cut it. This would be a perfect choice for a potion.

The dwarf scratched his bald head. "I guess I understand ya. Your elf...specialties just make me uneasy, being a dwarf and all." He watched her pick a plant, probably more of that green thumb and elf stuff. He would still refer to it as magic, it was to him anyways. He sure hoped that plant wasn't going to be used agaisnt him. The flash of the metal from her dagger made his heart skip a beat for a moment, but as he sniffed it out, it was a peculiar metal, but not unknown to him. He drew his eyes off the dagger back to the elf as snother thought accured to him, "What about them witches and wizards, they all do magic. It's still called magic too." He said to the her.

The elf looked up from her work and turned to the dwarf. She gave him a look that may say the words 'are you crazy'? It was like the Dwarf had not been out of his hole long. "I believe it is. I would have to as the Vice principal what he calls his powers." The girl answered as she put her dagger away and put the plant into the basket she had. She then return her eyes to the dwarf. She would have to talk to her father about how to treat the Dwarf. It was to had she had little to defend herself with.

The dwarf stifled a chuckle, coughing slightly. Her face was most amusing, but figured it was best not to laugh at. It was obvious she thought he was crazy. It wouldn't be too far off; most think dwarves are a bit off their rocker. "Vice Principal is a wizard? Warlock? Better not make him angry..." Droh said, thinking about it for a moment. He better watch himself if there were many witches and wizards in this place...and elves. He began to stroke his beard again while gazing off into the distance, becoming silent for once. A dwarf could only go for so long without thinking about treasure and metals. But as he was thinking about finding treasure, he suddenly exclaimed, "Hey! You know where the dining hall is by any chance?"

"A warlock who is hard to anger." The girl commented. She knew her father well enough to know that the only thing that really made him upset is someone hurting his students. He was a good man, father, and husband. He took his work seriously. "As for the dinning hall it is the in the building behind this one." She answered. The dwarf would have to go around the corner. She may have to end up guiding him to the room. If you didn't know which way then you may get confused.

"Hmmm...." Droh picked up his gear near the bench, grunting a bit while he put on the heavy bags. It didn't take too long for him to get adjusted to the amount of weight. He turned towards Lillie again, "Thanks. Do you know if the're any other dwarfs here?" The dwarf said in his coarse voice. He doubted it, but it wouldn't be a bad idea to ask. The elf seemed like she knew her way around too. "Oh, and one more thing...Do you recommend any clubs? I want to get to know some of the stuff that goes on 'round here."

The elf girl was surprised by how much the dwarf had to care. Elves packed much lighter. Only taking what is needed. "I do not know know of other dwarfs here. As for clubs it depends on what your are interested in. In love, music, cheerleading, or maybe you could create your own club. You would just need a teacher." The girl answered. She knew much about the school She was planning for school president next year. It was good to know what was out there.

His face darkened for a moment at the mention of love but he shook his head, trying to hide it. That was one club he was not going to join; he still had a hard time getting over his rejection. Besides, he certainly was not a handsome creature. Before he could depress himself further, he focused on other things. Maybe he could start a treasure hunting club. That would be fun. "Cheerleading? What is that?" Droh asked her, having never heard of such a thing. Do these people cheer people up? Interesting idea.

Not many creatures in this realm new of the human sport. It was something that Lillie liked because it went along with dancing. "A human sport were people cheer own a school team or maybe a person. They help increase school pride. Most members are usually female, though, males are welcome to join as well." She answered him. She would have to recruit more people soon.

Interesting...Maybe I'll check it out sometime." Droh said, thinking about it for a moment, his thick eyebrows furrowing. It was an odd human sport, but he didn't think it to be stupid. He was a loud dwarf after all, he could be useful. His stomach rumbled loudly again, he was sure the elf would be able to hear it. "Well, I better find some grub to fill me stomach, thanks for the help." He said to her. Perhaps elves weren't so bad, but he still kept his guard up as he headed in the direction she gave to him.

The elf watched Droh walk away. She too had her guard up and watched him. Once the dwarf was out of sight she then walked towards the next plant she needed. Elves were never bad creatures. It was the opposite of what the dwarf thought.
