Amberpaw gave a purr of amusement, "Even i couldn't walk when I was his age," he said. His ears went back though; he'd never had any siblings and missed his mother. He quickly shook his head, returning from the memories, "Well, I'll leave you alone. Don't strain yourself too much," he said, leaving the den silently.

Shadowkit mewed at his mother's lick and wobbled over to her falling many times. Shadowkit made it to his mother's soft underbelly next to Kinkkit and started nursing.

Tigerfang
[Tigerfang woke up with a flash of her eyes and a twitch of her tail. She immediately got up and started thinking of the work that she had to do today.]
Hm....hunting patrol, border patrol...I should probably organize the dawn patrol.
[Just to make sure, Tigerfang went over to Berrystar's den and cautiously stepped inside to make sure it was alright for her to organize the dawn patrol.]
Sagetail
[Sagetail woke up groggily and stretched his limbs, clawing the ground slightly. He shook his pelt and stepped outside, sighing with content as he heard the sound of kits mewling.]
Ah...kits are so wonderful...they're a sign that our Clan is strong and well... he thought happily as he padded to a soft spot on the ground to lay down.

But then again, I am sure the new mother is tired. I could bring her some food! He purred at the idea. But he new that he should check with Tigerfang first. So he stood up and began looking for his deputy.

Berrystar quickly looked over to his side as Tigerfang came up to the High Stone alongside him. "Ah, I'm sure you're wondering whether or not to organize the dawn patrol." he assumed, as she probably wouldn't have come up to him this early in the day otherwise. "It seems a little early though, and I still have to make a couple of announcements." Berrystar thought aloud, waiting to make said announcements until Tigerfang left High Stone.
"I just know that you'll be the first to learn how to walk." Mothfur purred to Shadowkit, gazing down at the adorable kit. Dustkit was lively yet again, although his mewls weren't of complaint. The kit crawled over toward his mother, suddenly stopping from tiredness. They'll probably open their eyes soon... she thought proudly, giving Dustkit a lick. Kinkkit was dozing off though, happily snuggling up to her mother's stomach.

Amberpaw lay outside the apprentice's den on his back, letting the morning sun warm his belly fur. His tail twitched back and forth as he watched the other cats upside down. His yellow eyes were clouded over in thought, making him seem almost dead to the world.

Dawnkit had slept in. She couldn't help it, she had played the role of a medicine the cat ...just the other day and to make matters worst ...she had stay up way past her normal bed time for the first time. Thus, in that crevice, she just slept the day away ....so when she finally decided to get up with a yawn ...hunger tore at her belly.
THough, her mind even groggy was to check on her charges as she stretched out her paws with each step ....enough to unsheathe her claws as she walked. Her tail flicks from one side to another as she stretched out her limbs, and then prowls happily towards her destination ...as she was traveling towards the nursery dens she wouldn't miss seeing Sunkit.
Her fur stood on end, but she made it flatten down. She owed her one, and she knew that she would have to make amends with her sooner or later. Though she was on a mission now as she ducks into the nursery, and strolls up to Mothfur as she smiles quite pleasantly.
"Good morning, Mothfur, and how are you and the kits this morning?"
She declares with a big grin. Though she was still a kit herself, Dawnkit was carrying herself much more like a paw since the event just a day prior. Her shyness still existed, but it wasn't as notable as it would be normally. The Dawnkit of just one day prior wouldn't have been so bold to walk into the den, and would have kind of moved with her belly brushing the ground and her tail slightly tucked closer to her legs.
NOw she held her head proudly ....as she waited to hear the report.

[Tigerfang dipped her head in respect to her leader, and stood up.]
"As you wish, Berrystar." she meowed with no emotion in her voice.
[She padded away from him to her solitary corner, close enough to hear the announcements, but far away enough so that she wouldn't have to socialize.]
Hm....maybe I should go out to train Fallenpaw...

He flicked his ear wondering if he should simply wait for orders. But he decicded it would be easyer to simple ask. So he padded up to her. He dipped his head respectfuly, "Morning Tigerfang." He meowed and lifted his head. "I was wondering if you would want me to go on a hunting patrol?" He asked normaly.

Shadowkit mewed softly smelling Dawnkit entering the den. His eyes only showing flickers of light between his eye lids. He then pressed up to his mother's warm furr.

[Tigerfang narrowed her eyes at Blackthorn, not sure what to do or say.]
Not this mousebrain again...no one ever greets me in the morning...why are you?
"Uh, just wait a moment. Berrystar still has to make a few announcements." she said roughly, her eyes cast downward.
[Even though she was looking at the ground, she stole quick glances at the handsome black tom. She started to shake slightly as she felt that same strange feeling fight its way into her chest.]
Was he...was he always...that......handsome?

Fallenpaw chuckled at his sister, nervously licking his chest for a brief moment. "Yeah, I kinda fell asleep early yesterday. I was taking a small nap and I accidentally took longer than I wanted to." he replied in a humorous tone.
Getting to his paws, he stood proudly on top of High Stone. "All cats old enough to catch their own prey gather here for a meeting." Berrystar called loudly, waiting for the clan to begin to gather. Taking a moment, he continued. "As most of us know, Mothfur suddenly started kitting yesterday. She got through it successfully with the help of Dawnkit and Smokepelt, and has given birth to three healthy kits!" he began happily, curling his tail in delight.
After waiting a little bit for the crowd to calm down, he continued yet again. "And there is another announcement I must make. Sunkit, come forward beneath the High Stone, please." he ordered.

Amberpaw watched silently, a soft purr rumbling from his chest. He was happy for Mothfur. He watched Sunkit, remember when he'd first become an apprentice himself.
