((Maybe. But I read it and didn't fully understand it's plot...))
Aivi looked at her father with pleading eyes as she motions to herself. "I know. But I want to help him. I want to be the one who helps him!"
Ellie was gradually pulled out of her shock by her daughters shouts. "But why, honey? His friend tried to kill you before we even found out what you're gender was. Plus, he's a Malice. Why do you want to help him?"
As Aivi speaks, she looks over at Stryker, eyes wide with concern and empathy. "Because he seems so lonely. I want to help him relieve some of that loneliness. Me, not anyone else."

((I should probably add that part to help then...Basically, evil forces trying to take over a world, good guys beginning to fight back. 3nodding ))
Stryker was shocked to hear that someone, a little girl even, wanted to help him so badly. Nobody had said, or meant, that before. Well, when he was human. But that was a long time ago. It struck him deeply, hurt showing in his eyes. Until he noticed the opening he was given. Good feelings had to be put on hold. He lunged at the distracted Tyler, raking his claws in a diagonal motion.

Russ shot an arrow into Stryker's hand pinning it on a tree. "Sorry dude. No kills for you today." Russ nodded at Tyler.

((Yeah, man. Tyler blew his head off with a Smith and Wesson. Ellie killed the doctor. lol))
"Aivi, what are you planning to do?" Tyler said, just as the shaft of an arrow passed by him with the sound of rushing wind. With Stryker out of the way momentarily, Tyler sighted down the long barrel of his 500, and put the remaining four shots in the skulls of a few more invading Malices. He holstered the big pistol, and unslung his other weapon.
"It's play time!" he shouted as he shouldered the M249. ((By the way, I'm lovin' that signature of yours, Dragon! The artist must be a pretty talented guy! wink ))

((Yup. With a rocket launcher. mrgreen )) Aivi gasped a bit when Russ shot his hand into a tree. "No, don't kill him!" She pleaded, tears welling up in her eyes Ellie held her daughter close to her, whispering comfortingly into her ear. "Don't worry, sweetie. No one is going to kill him. As tempting as it is." Nodding to Tyler, she signaled to Stryker, indicating to take him now. ((Thanks. mrgreen Oh, look what I found. Us!... sort of... If you'll be willing to use it as a reference. 4laugh ))

Tyler darted to stand beside Stryker, and pulled the arrow from the tree.
"Call them off, and we'll help you," Tyler said firmly. There was no kindness in his voice, but he was not angry, either. "Tell your friends to back off, and we won't kill any more of you. Let us help you." ((I Think I might be able to copy that. I'll replace Hohenheim's face, make Ed look a little more feminine, and shorten Trisha's hair. I'll post it probably tomorrow night.))

Seeing that Nicole was in trouble of sorts he rushed over there shot his shotgun at one of the spiky malice soldiers chasing her.

Stryker flexed his hand sorely, glaring hard at Tyler. He could have killed him, but he didn't. Why? Though right now, maybe he shouldn't be asking himself questions. He whistled for the Malices around him to stop fighting and they stared questioningly at him. "We're leaving. Except for the guys inside." They muttered but stalked away, clearly disappointed. He turned to Tyler again. "You can help me when I run out of tricks." Then he backed into the forest, retreating.

"Suit yourself," Tyler said coldly as the creature stalked off with his brethren. He snatched Aivi up from the ground where she stood, and squeezed her tightly, then wrapped his arms around Ellie, sandwiching their daughter between them. ((All done! Lookit mah siggie!))

Russ snorted as Stryker retreated. "What a piece of work he is, huh?" Russ picked up the arrow Tyler had pulled out. "Don't worry though. I'll be able to track him with this blood sample now." Russ sighed. "So hows about we go and get some drinks?"
