Cobra_X Shruikan Tenshi anything inorganic......chakra can block it....its no different then the chakra sculple thing or w/e. Kabuto's technique? knwo what i mean?
(Also Kabuto's ability was fair... considering he had to make contact with the person and the cut was only an inch or so deep, allowing him to cut tendons or muscles...not Tendon, muscle, bone) Ah....good point.....I can get rid of it and make a different one later if it helps ^^

Bloodline: Sharingan
Why do you want it: Because I have a slight obsession with Itachi Uchicha. I also believe that It will suit my character well, as he is outgoing and clever.
What will you do with it: I will strive to be the best I can be. Having this bloodline will push my character to work a little harder, and possible get over his disability of being sickly.
What you know about it: Sharingan is believed to be a descendant of Byakugan. The user usually isn't born with the power, but the power is revealed when the user is in a life threatening situation.
RP Sample: Arata, also known as Near, walked out of the brick building into the dark. It was getting dark and he was just walking home from the academy, so he started to walk faster than usual. The wind blew against his face and his white hair blew into his eyes. "Dammit," He said looking up as the rain began to fall. He hated the rain and now his day was ruined. With a run forward he sprinted forward and into the abyss of darkness.
A dark figured cloaked his footsteps and followed after him. He threw a kunai and it flew past Near's head just barely missing his left ear. "C'mon little child," He said and Near turned around.
"Don't call me SMALL!" He said and his eyes glowed red with anger.
"Are you serious?" the man asked him and pulled out a sword. He ran forward and towards Near. Suddenly Near appeared behind THe man and kicked him in the back, "HOW'S THAT FOR A MIDGET,' HE asked and appeared in front of him. The man got up and formed several hand seals. "Water cyclone jutsu," Near says and copies him, A blast of water flys from him and towards the the shinobi. "Fire jutsu," He said just as the enemy was about to get up. It pushed him back down.
Near looked at his hands and blinked, "What happened," He thought to himself his eyes turned from it's red color to it's usual gray.
"How did you do that?" He asked Near. Near amiled and shrugged, "I don't know," He said and walked off. Fixed

Sharingan doesn't actually work like that.
On the initial onset of the tomoe, you can only really notice chakra patterns and track people's movements. You can memorize how other people do things, but the ability to copy their jutsu and finish them before your opponent doesn't come until the user gains a full set of mature sharingan tomoe.
Also, if you have the Sharingan, you would know you activated it... as I'm sure your clan has made you aware that your Sharingan will awaken eventually.
lets try this one last time, and try to focus on the EFFECT you see once your sharingan eyes are activated, and how it helps you in fighting this person who has come after you.

The guys moved his arm, but Near saw what he was about to do before it happened. "What's happening," He asked once again to himself. His red eyes, were just red, his tomoes had not yet been received.
"Whatever your doing won't work," He said and the lines around his hands turned blue as he formed several quick handseals. "Water clone jutsu," He said and the blue chakra rushed from his palm and at Near. He could see chakra increase right before the attack, so he had time to move out of the way. He looked at his hands, White lines could be seen in his arm. He formed two hand seal, Bird and dog, and he used clone jutsu. THat was all he knew. He ran off with his clone in opposite directions. He had unlocked his sharingan, but he still couldn't win this fight.

Very Nice... much better.
One note however : You start with 2 tomoe in one eye, and a single tomoe in another. (that is at least what Sasuke started with)
...as you fight harder and harder battles which force you to grow, your tomoe will mature more and more. However, in the meantime...

Bloodline: Kuroyami
Why do you want it: I want this bloodline because, not only does it have interesting strengths, but the weakness make it a good choice, it fits my play style.
What will you do with it: I will become stronger, plain and simple, I'll use it to remain alive, and keep living, until I live no longer.
What you know about it: The kuroyami, at it's first state, the light state, is a strong bloodline for first time users. The attacks are at most, C-ranked at this state, the most powerful attack is the light spear, the dark state becomes more powerful, a probable oppisite. Your demeanor will also change with use.
RP Sample:
Vincente waited on the treetops of the enemy territory, silent as death. He had created a clone as a distraction, his target was just a yard away. He dropped down and watched the light clone work it's magic. A simple bandit, he had to be killed for he was a marked man. The bandit killed his clone with no problem, but was blinded by a brilliant flash. Vincente watched him stumble, slowly regaining sight, Vincente needed to work faster. He held his saw the man look around, apparently able to see again. He threw a kunai, but it was harder for this man to dodge, it was pure light, like most of his other abilities. It hit him square in the chest, killing him. Vincente sighed, home was waiting. He started to walk, tired from every ability he used while tracking this man.

Bloodline: Hyouton Clan
RPC Name: Hikaru Koneko
Why do you want it: Considering it was the bloodline my character had the last time I was in this guild.
What will you do with it: Allow me to gain a better understanding of the material world through the understanding of my power and the powers of the elements of Suiton, Fuuton and Hyouton
What you know about it: Haku was the only known canon person with this ability. It allowed him to manipulate water at will, and also shift it from water to ice and then back. The attacks he employed with this ability took forms such as crystalline mirrors of ice which he could move at extremely high speeds between which allowed him to use Senbon Needles to rapidly finish off his opponent. There was also a technique that allowed Haku to gather water around the area, condense it into the form of needles and fire a barrage of said water needles at the opponent. The main aspect of this ability is the control and manipulation of both Water and Ice.
RP Sample:
Hikaru Koneko walked through the plains outside of his home village of Kirigakure. Hikaru's Sapphire Blue and Emerald Green Eyes glistened in the sunlight. Hikaru's katana was sheathed in its scabbard which was slung across his back. It was at that point he noticed how moist the area was, and then he could hear footsteps coming from the side of him. The only reason Hikaru had managed to hear such a distant sound, was that he used the water like amplifiers which increased the volume of the sound of the oncoming footsteps. He heard the sloshing of feet running through massive puddles of water.
Hikaru smirked and waited, turning in the direction that the sound was coming from, slowly but gently unsheathing his katana. It was at that point that Hikaru rapidly blocked an arrow fired at him, and he had blocked it with his katana. Then his attackers came within view. They were wearing armour that seemed to be made of high quality and highly protective leather, which was interesting to say the least. It was obvious that these were bandits from a nearby gang who had been terrorizing the small civilian villages on the outskirts of the village.
Hikaru was wondering why they had bother to attack him. Although, Hikaru was just a Genin, and that was probably why they had decided to attack him. They probably believed that Hikaru was a push-over, maybe that was true? But that was incorrect, for Hikaru possessed an ability that allowed him to manipulate water and ice. Two bandits charged at him wielding katanas, and Hikaru noted that they were of poor quality to say the least. Hikaru dodged the slashes from both of them and jumped backwards into the air, and they would be shocked to see the water on the ground under the two bandits start to rise in the air and then wrap around them, as Hikaru formed hand-seals with a single hand. Then a loud blood-curdling scream echo from both of them as Hikaru transformed the water into ice which was also had ice spikes striking into whatever was on the inside of the ice. Hikaru laughed at their pitiful screams as their lives were ended, since he had used one of his unique techniques... Crystalline Iron Maiden. And then Hikaru landed and then the ice turned into water again, and then it started to swirl around Hikaru in a partial barrier, another one-handed seal maintaining it. This barrier was known as Water Barrier Technique, another of Hikaru's unique techniques. The rest of the bandits except for the leader came into view and then Hikaru said "More? How about we have a party?". The water would then form into millions of needles and fired at all of the bandits, impaling them with spikes of ice as they froze, and their death screams pleased Hikaru, as Hikaru had just used a variation of Sensatsu Suishou, releasing the hand-seal he had formed.
Then the leader came into view and held a large grandsword, as he charged at Hikaru recklessly, and it was obviously that the leader was a form of berserker. Then a large wall of ice appeared in front of Hikaru to block his sword, which had suddenly caught fire, with Hikaru forming another hand-seal or was it 2 or more? The fire couldn't melt Hikaru's ice, and then the ice became fluid-like, wrapping around the man, extinguishing the flames and then turned into ice, puncturing him with millions of spikes. This had been another technique, the wall had been Frozen Barrier Technique combined with Crystalline Iron Maiden, Hikaru released the hand-seal.
Hikaru laughed crazily as he took pleasure in seeing the carnage, as he took all the stolen money from the bandit's bodies and continued back to the village, deciding to buy himself something at least. This had been interesting to say the least, and really fun to Hikaru.

The RP sample itself is brilliant... very well written, very clear, very crisp writing, everything is ship-shape. However, there is only one problem I have and it's that you haven't really been using the power as the Naruto Universe would.
Every time you used a technique, it seemed as if you were controlling the water and ice in some sort of psychic fashion, rather then through the use of hand seals to form chakra into directed attacks. I just want to make it clear that you know that these are jutsu you are using within the bloodline and that they do in fact, require hand seals to create. (Luckily for you, as a Hyouton user, you are also able to make hand seals with only one hand. A nice little bonus of the bloodline.)
You don't have to completely re-write the sample, but you should splice in some use of hand seals, and where applicable, the names of the jutsu you used. (if need be, these can be made up)

on the ranmaru bloodline there are justu there but there is also things like rank C or rank B what is ranking from highest to lowest or lowest to highest

Thanks! Also... about the psychic thing. In the anime. Haku was only a really young kid when he first used his bloodline, he had no shinobi training so he wouldn't have known any hand-seals... just pointing that out... the only time Haku used hand-seals was with the water needles and the crystal ice needles. Haku killed his father and others out of fear in a knee-jerk reaction, gathering moisture from the area and then impaling everyone but himself with ice shards... just pointing that out...  Anyways... thanks ^_^

Bloodline Applying for: Rinnegan
Why do you want it: Okay at first I was going to try my hand at the other Doujutsu, just to see what it was like but I was reading through some Literate Naruto Commerce roleplays and found some really awseome inspiration in not just roleplaying but roleplaying with different Doujutsu ^^. So I was looking through my choices thinking I would pick the Sharingan or Byakugan but I noticed that the Rinnegan was open AND I got some really nifty examples of its power!
What will you do with it: I've been entertaining thoughts of becoming some sort of sannin 'wise man', offering information to the youth but at the same time I want to be something like an intelligence officer, gathering information from everywhere and manipulating others in order to create interesting plots.
What you know about it:
The Rinnegan is an ancient bloodline inheritance limit, orginally possessed by the Rokudo Sennin and his Eldest Son. This venerable Doujutsu predates the Byakugan and Sharingan, possibly hinting that the two may be descended from the eye.
The Rinnegan allows the user to see or sense barriers, invisble or not, allowing him to avoid traps or hidden alarms. Whether this is through sensing chakra flow or signature is unknown but it may be hypothesized that the Rinnegan is able to sense chakra, at the very least. Another trait is the ability to see through other Rinnegan, allowing the user to view the same scene from different angles with no mental damage. In truth the user is able to sense through other Rinnegans, such as the senses of a clone.
Finally the Rinnegan allows the user the ability to use and master all six forms of chakra nature manipulation. This can aide them in learning new techniques faster than their peers. They also have unique, but very grotesque and painful jutsu that cost extremely large amounts of chakra such as Peins Rebirth Technique. It is also possible for the Rinnegan user to channel chakra as a signal, allowing them to transmit chakra through some form of receivers, allowing them to 'puppet' a corpse or, if the user is strong enough, 'puppet' a living being under their control.
RP Sample:
Kingu balanced precariously on an upright log, the water slick surface challenging the grip of his bare feet. He was clearly concentrated on keeping dry above the Nakano River, despite the fact he refused to use chakra as an adhesive strip to glue him to the log. He was attempting to better control his own body, using only one foot to keep himself from the strong current. To add more of a challenge he was trying to avoid the well-aimed projectiles his clones were throwing at him, relying only on their eyesight in order to keep aloft.
It was hard, keeping his eyes closed and seeing through the eye of four clones at the same time. Already his forehead was bleeding from a well-aimed rock and he was positive one of the surrounding upright log was damaged from that explosive tag earlier. The syncrhonization was going excellently and Kingu swayed to avoid a kunai then crouched and leapt onto another log as a Fuuma Shruiken split the log he previously stood on.
Still not allowing himself to use chakra Kingu beckoned at one of his clones and it leapt torward him, right arm cocked back for a strong straight. The other clones reached into their pouches in perfect harmony, firing off two kunai each at Kingu's exposed back. With a dark smirk Kingu, half-stepped to the punching clones left side, swaying in order to avoid the blow then planting his foot into the clones back and launching into a high backflip. As he came down from his back flip Tensai heard and sensed the dispersing of the clone as six kunai struck at major organs. The other clones frowned as Kingu smirked darkly at them, prompting one to pick up it's last Fuuma Shruiken and hurl it...but not at Kingu, instead it was aiming for the upright logs.
"Aw shi-"
The dark skinned youth was forced to open his eyes as his three remaining clones shut their own, revealing captivating gray hues rimmed by a concentric circle pattern. The divine eye technique, once thought to be an old fable, witnessed the outcome of it's orginal owners handiwork, the introduction and later perversion of ninshu. As the world morphed from the triplet of vision to a singular reality that offered minor shift in perception with no negative outcome. In a single harmonious movement Kingu leapt torward the Fuuma shruiken, his right hand sliding into the hole at it's center with prodigial accuracy. Gripping the outside edge of the circle with his leather gloved hand as his body sailed over the weapon Kingu threw his body in a seemingly awkward, yet controlled fashion, maintaining the oversized shruikans momentum in addition to his own as he landed on the waters surface. The unexspected turn of events forced the youth to channel chakra into his bare soles, creating buyouancy on the waters surface as he moved the Fuuma shruiken in a wide circle, finally unleashing it toward one of his clones with increased speed.
Boomf!
The weapon bisected the unfortunate mirror image of Kingu and the other two clones opened their eye in shock, once more granting Kingu a triple image viewing of his envrioment with no ill effects. Increasing the flow of chakra to his leg in a subtle manner Kingu ran across the surface of the water, swiftly unsheathed a katana with no hilt and dragging it along the waters surface as his two clones came to meet him. Seeing his self charging towards the two clones, a long arc of water trailing beside him as his katana cut through the current, made Kingu shiver in anticipation. His control of the Rinnegan was steadily increasing, allowing him to sense the surface thoughts of his own determined clones.
"Hah!" he exclaimed, bringing the katana in front of him without letting it leave the water. This movement created a small wall of water between him and his two clones, the unpralled timing granted by his venerable Doujutsu forcing the two clones to crash through the barrier as a crouching Kingu, twisted the katana in his hands and brought it upwards in a diagonal strike. Steel clashed on steel, creating small amber sparks onto the katana edge as it met a kunai. Aware his other clone was drawing it's own katana Kingu lashed out with a foot, nearly catching his clone in the guy before it hopped backwards. Spinning the katana expertly in his right hand Kingu once again dipped his weapon into the current as his clones charged him. His dark smirk turned into a look of utter concentration, his gloomy doujutu focusing on the two images with unfathomed clarity of mind and perception. The three struck in an identical fashion now several feet ahead of their orginal position as the sparks from their swift attack rained down. Again and again they clashed, sparks soaring and steel crying as their weapons slid against each other until finally....
Boomf! Boomf!
Kingu sheathed his katana as his triple perceptionf of reality once again molded into his singular vision, his endless hues closing slowly as his breathing slowed. It was then a thin line split across his left cheek and spurted a steady stream of blood into the air before leaking his lide fluid down his cheek. Kingu slowly came to realize he was exhausted, his body covering in multiple layers of sweat and grime while his limbs screamed for rest. Even his chakra control was wavering, evident by one foot dipping into the cool current as the youth coughed into his hand. The Rinnegan required energy and training for so long without rest was getting to him. He surrendered himself to the current, his body falling into the cool water as it carried him toward Konoha. He would know when to get out and had sufficient enough power to escape the streams grasp but he doubted he would make it home on time. Already the sun was falling closer to the earth and the sky was streaked with orange and yellow through Kingu's Rinnegan.
