Muraki took careful notice of Tsuzuki's reaction to that question. INCLUDING the fact that remembering such en encounter seemed to turn the shinigami on. "Then, we'll need to explain things to Oriya as soon as we arrive. I don't want him trying to kill you on the spot... which... which leads me to wonder something, Tsuzuki-san..." Kazutaka had actually been wondering this for a few days now. "Was... was when you saw Oriya last... the last time I saw him as well?"

"Well, I guess that depends on when you last saw him. I last saw him right before you dragged me off to the basement of a school, which is where the whole stabby-snake-flamey thing went down." he brushed off the ordeal now as if it were nothing. So what if he had stabbed Muraki, summoned Touda, and tried to destroy them both in flames? No biggie...
((OOC: Where did all the other players go? Should I pick up Oriya? We just gonna pick up characters as we need them?))

(((OOC: Well, Hisoka's RPer has been busy with work lately. Holiday season and all that. I don't know where Shuichi (Micheal's RPer) went... said something the other day about having gotten a new video game and was distracted. As for Oriya, you can pick him up if you want. Usually, if we need a person who doesn't have an RPer yet, we'll just play him (or whoever wants to play him for the time being will). We really need more people interested in the RP... but for some reason, finding YnM RPers is hard...)))
Sighing slightly, Muraki looked out the train window. "I wonder what he'll say... when I see him, I mean. If that was the last time... there's no telling how he took our parting." Grey eyes found Tsuzuki once more. "How long ago was that, by the way?"

((OOC: Ah...ok then, gotcha!))
Of course Muraki had to ask him something like that. Tsuzuki was horrible with measuring time. It took him a few moments of thinking and fumbling with his fingers trying to count the months before he answered. "Um...right around two years, give or take a few months." the shinigami finally answered. That had been harder than he thought. "I wouldn't worry though, he didn't like me, but he really respected your feelings. As long as you tell him not to be upset, he won't. At least not outwardly. That was the impression he gave me, at least."

"Oriya can hold a grudge..." Muraki replied with a frown, obviously not liking this idea now. But, he had come all the way to Kyoto... "He'll be pissed but... I guess it can't be helped. To me... it's been far longer since we last saw one another."

Longer? How far back did this memory loss go, he wondered. "How long ago are your last memories?" he questioned, truly curious about the situation, not worried in the least about what Oriya did or did not think. Sure, he didn't want the man to be angry with him, but what could a man do to him? Shoot him? Cut off an arm? He would heal from such wounds, and an arm reattachment really wasn't that big of a deal to him. Tsuzuki was far more preoccupied with Muraki's predicament at the moment anyway.

Sighing, obviously not really wanting to discuss it, Muraki went ahead and gave the shinigami an estimate. "Well, I don't remember anything after my first couple of years on call at the hospital, to be honest." he shrugged, trying to come up with the time. "I'd say about eight years... give or take a few months."
(((OOC; I have no idea how long it would be, but seeing how 2 years have passed since the series end, and there's a year or so in the series, it stands to reason that Muraki would have been working on things a few years prior to actually tracking down Tsuzuki.)))

"Woooooow! That is a really long time in human years!" He said it almost as if people were dogs, though that was most certainly not what he meant. Speaking of time, they weren't too far out from Kyoto now. Knowing that made Tsuzuki a little apprehensive, though he tried not to show it. "We're almost there, ya know! Um...can I have apple pie with dinner?"

Hisoka appeared at the library and knocked at the door, waiting for the owls he was so friendly with to come greet him. He didn't know if he could get the information on the Demon or Angel, or whatever it was. But he was going to try like hell to do so. Destroying the enemy was the most important.
(( GOMEN! Sorry i've been away.. with the end of school and the holiday hours I've only really only spent my spare time.. sleeping or working. But i'm back..!))

Watari had accompanied Hisoka after realizing that Tsuzuki was somewhat out of reach. At least, his cell phone hadn't been working. "They'll loan you anything, bon." the scientist said with a smile as the Gushoshin twins opened the library doors. "Hisoka!" they both cried happily together. Then they saw the blond. "IIE! Watari-san, you're not allowed in here!" the younger admonished.

That request completely took Muraki by surprise and the man found himself laughing softly. "You can have whatever you want." Kazutaka replied with a slight smile. "I know a few good restaurants in Kyoto. After dinner, we'll head to Oriya's."

"Hai! Wherever you want, as long as there's apple pie!" Tsuzuki was visibly drooling at the thought. "Oh...wait...scratch that, I want apple pie, A LA MODE!" hi smile was huge. It mattered not to Tsuzuki what he looked like, the only thing in his mind was a tiny fork with legs chasing after a slice of pie.

Hisoka turned his head and looked at Watari. " I knew the wouldn't let you in here... give me a list of all the information you need. I'll get it. You'll just have to wait." he said crossing his arms stubbornly.

Sighing, Watari grabbed his notebook and began jotting down volumes of literature. "Make sure," he said, handing the paper over to Hisoka. "That you look through Meifu's files and get me printouts on every demon we have on record. I suppose I'll be in my lab... going over what we know so far."

Kazutaka shook his head, "You're far more comical than I thought a shinigami should be." the doctor spoke as the train began pulling into the station.

"Hey, there's nothing funny about me!" he protested, standing up from his seat, ready to get off the train at last. Unfortunately, he stod up too soon, and as the train jerked, he flew into Muraki's lap, face planting himself right in between the doctor's legs. If anyone walked past at that moment, it would look like...well...like he was doing dirty things to the man.

Hisoka rolled his eyes. " That would take me days.. I could simply focus on the fact that it was a bird/man demon. Unless you really do want all that information. " he asked taking the paper from Watari.
