I'd like to suggest that we clean a bit around the members of the guild. Like pm all the members to sign in by a certain time, and if thy don't ( Or if they have a reason not to, Like Lament ) then they have an extended month. But the reason has to be validated before the Sign in starts.
Also, I've noticed some of the crew have gone inactive... Which is kinda why I'm saying we should do this. If we weed out the inactive members, then the guild will become superactive, and we will attract more people.

I have a suggestion!
When new rules are added, can they please be added into the rule book? It just makes everything much easier.

Here's a real good one. UPDATE THE DEMONS!!!!!! XD seriously, new hosts and all, one just got sealed, ya know? that way we know where everything is atm.

An economic system should be placed in order to obtain custom tech and weapons. Every time a shinobi performs a mission they get money and with that money they could buy property from the land(create a sub-forum for their clan).
The Kages would also receive a percentage of the money received and with that money they could develop concrete defences.
Also mabye an NPC system just so everyone doesnt just create random NPC's and say there village has ten thousand people. Narutopedia lists the population, military force, and economy if each nation so mabye we could get ideas from that.
For example each clan starts out with a base of five NPC's, not including the head. Using the economic system the clan head could 'buy' new NPC's to add to the ranks. The village as a whole would start out with mabye Ten NPC's, who could be furtherly developed into defencive or offensive ninja. Money from missions could be used by the Kages to buy new NPC's for the village.
I know it sounds complicated but it doesn't have to be immediately implimented just considered. I already have the basis for the system so if you want any information you can PM me :3

In fact, it would make the guild less active. These inactive members still show up time to time and post, providing material for the more active members to work off from. Remove that, and the active members slide even more into inactivity because there isn't as much to work with. Really, the inactivity we're going through right now is just because a lot of the members have to go to school. Working school, Gaia, and possibly a job, all into one schedule is taxing, and it will be awhile before everyone has settled in enough to get activity up again. It's just a fact of life. When school starts, activity drops.

I actually posted that a long time ago... I think before school even started... I think it was around the second stage of the exams.
Anyways, Since I have your attention ( for once ) I'd like to ask if the Cutsom Bl/Clan forum is open at the moment, because some new ones just showed up, and they aren't even in the custom forum.

There are some ideas that are good, but cannot be implemented due to overcomplication.

I know i'm knew but some of the Bl/clans could probably updated like some of the moves in them. I know the Shikotsumyaku Bloodline is missing a few moves.
I think i noted a few others missing as well. But again this isn't for sure the only one i saw was Shikotsumyaku that needed a bit of updating.
