Luo nodded as he wrote a few notes down in his file as he muttered once more, "As a genin, you won't have the luxury of being late for your chuunin exam. Start setting alarms, I had to do it for a friend of mine when we were younger." sighing, Luo looked back up.

"Alright Yama, let's move through this as quickly as possible. Perform the three basic ninjutsu." Luo then pointed to a desk set in front of the boy by the ANBU with a glass of water on it. "I want you to run through water manipulation by freezing and then boiling the water in that glass. I then want you to read what's directly behind you on the top left of the board in small font using the water reflection technique. Finally, I want you to create a water clone and perform a quick demonstration of the first stage of the mist hunter-nin style before dispelling it with the water pellet jutsu. Any questions?""

((The words on the board are, "Demon of the Mist"))

((Thank god, cause I actually wanted to go to bed before 4am today, and was hoping to get the chance.))

"Understood, Lord Mizukage-sama, I will get an alarm clock as quickly as possible." He said with a small bow, before molding a little chakra for the basic Jutsu. Forming a few handseals, he said "Bunshin no Jutsu" as a replica of Yamatano popped out in a burst of smoke. Yamatano the directed his chakra toward himself, saying "Henge no Jutsu" as he formed himself into a perfect replica of LT. Moving slightly away from the clone, Yamatano made the last set of handseals, the cried "Kawarimi no Jutsu" as he and his clone switched places. Dispelling his clone and changing back into himself, Yamatano turned to the glass of water.

Yamatano formed his handseals, focusing on the cup of water, trying to make it boil. "Mizu Soujuu" he said as his chakra flowed into the water. At first it did nothing, then began to condense on the sides as steam formed, then began bubbling in a low boil. Yamatano went through the same handseals again, but this time his chakra was focused on taking the heat away from the water, rather than giving it heat. As he poured more chakra into the glass, the water stopped bubbling relatively quickly, and after a moment was forming a very thin layer of ice across the top.

Still using water manipulation jutsu, Yamatano lifted the water out of the glass so it was hovering in a ball in front of his face. "Mizu Kagami no Jutsu!" he cried as the water turned into a flat surface so he could read the leters behind his head. Or try to, as the mirror reflected the letters backwards from how they were supposed to be written. Yamatano berated himself, he shouldve know that that would happen. Still, Yamatano was not discouraged easily, and his mind began racing on how to beat the trick.

Suddenly, his eyes lit up with an idea. It was so easy, too! All he did was break his current mirror in half so that he was now using two mirrors. Keeping the first mirror in place, he moved the second mirror behind his head, so that he could now read what the first mirror was saying, but the letters were flipped again so that it read the right way on the second mirror. "Umm, I believe it says 'demon of the mist'."

Not releasing the mirrors, Yamatano cried "Mizu bunshin no Jutsu!" as the mirrors formed together In a glob of water. The water blob then began to move a little, then began taking on a humanoid shape, eventually resembling Yamatano.

"Ok, clone, time to fight." Yamatano said to his clone as he withdrew his twin daggers, holding the right blade outwards and the left hilt outwards, and assumed a ready position. Yamatano's clone miimcked his position, each one daring the other to make the first move.

Yamatano decided to end the nonverbal taunting, and charged first. Keeping his defense dagger close to the center of his body, Yamatano aimed high for the clone's neck only to be met with the clang of metal as the clone blocked and tried for a stab. Backing away, Yamatano came in from the side, hoping to score a quick kill on the kidney. stabbing down only met with dissappointment as the clone leapt out of the way and attempted to slash Yamatano, which he parried, pushing his clone backward and making it lose its footing. Yamatano saw his opportunity, and slashed with both daggers across the chest. What happened then, however, surprised him much more than anything else that could have happened. Instead of making deep but nonlethal cuts into the clone, Both of his daggers flashed a brilliant pure white as the cut into the clone, damaging it enough to turn it into a puddle of water.

Yamatano stared at what used to be the clone, then to his daggers, then he just grinned, a grin big enough that it was obvious even with his mask on. "Heh, Its about time. I was beginning to think that the Hatake bloodline would never activate, but look at that!." He proclaimed, happy as could be. "But, I suppose that means I need another clone."

Yamatano gathered the remaining water on the ground and formed another clone of himself. Focusing his chakra into his stomach, he quickly went through the handseals. The chakra in his stomach was forced upward into his throat, and out his mouth as he cried "Mizu Peretto!" where a ball of water exited his mouth and hit the clone square in the chest, dispelling it.

Yamatano turned to The Mizukage and LT, his grin plastered on his face. "How was that?" he asked, the anticipation obvious in his voice.

(I hope I got the mirror thing right, I just didnt want to copy Lance)

"White.........Fang........." Yamatano repeated as he clutched his new headband, his tone almost reverent. All Hatakes knew the Title of the greatest clan leader in the history of their clan. The honor and power of such a title, given to him, it was a scary thought. Tears began to form in his eyes from the power and responsibility he would have to live up to, since he wasnt sure if he was worthy of such a great name. But he soon shook it out of his head; Lord Mizukage believed in him enough to give him the title, so he would make him proud to have given it to him. "Thank you, Lord Mizukage-dono, I will carry the title and this headband with pride." he said as he tied the headband around his forehead, tilting it so it covered his left eye, just for fun.

"Yahoo!" Yamatano cried as he ran into the main hallway, where he spotted Kaizen and Aimi talking. He decided to wait and let them finish, because even though he could barely hold it in, interrupting the Mizukage earlier that day had taught him something: Dont interrupt people.

"Yea! Now we can show the world the power of the Mist! Now that were Official Super Amazing Kickass ninja, we have to learn a bunch of new skills! Rasengan, Chidori, Shadow Clones, Water Dragon.....Oh where to start?" Yamatano Exclaimed, winking at his friend..........or it might have been blinking, it was hard to tell seeing as his right eye was the only visible part of his face

Kai chuckled a bit before saying, "I think you might be getting ahead of yourself, how about we just get some ramen first."
