Mitsuoki shrugged. It wasn't a concern to him, but he was starting to get a group behind him and that was what was annoying him. He simply walked down the dusty road, he actually wanted to meet up with the commander now otherwise this was going to be quite a challenge keeping two spirits in line.

Shinigami had to protect the dead. That was the way of things...and murdering two spirits wouldn't help him in any way.

"If I know the Commander...he'll be aiming for the front gates." A thought occurred to him and he laughed lightly. The bewitching melody of his laughter caught on the wind, "Come, you'll be seeing how Shinigami fight soon enough."

Mitsuoki glanced back, she seemed to be thinking again, he'd have to raid the archives and see who had been assigned to the place she had worked.

He dramatically flicked his hair out of his face and grinned. As he from where he stopped momentarily before carrying on he glimpsed three different groups of bandits all at the same time and they appeared to be organized.

"Everyone has their cue..." the Shinigami announced before spreading both arms wide open as if receiving an audience from the sky, "Our time will be upon us soon, but our stage has yet to be set."

As he approached the end of a dead end he simply held up his hand.

"Blue Flame Cannon: Soukatsui." A flash of blue light erupted from his hand blasting through the wall and into the road beyond reducing a market stand to dust.

I have been bogged down recently}

Sumiko wandered the noble Seireitei wondering where all the people should were, the Shinigami, the konpaku she hadn't seen any in a long while.

She walked slower, feeling as if she were being watched or possibly followed by someone. She shrugged it off, not caring at the moment.

Sumiko peered around the corner of the block cautiously, making sure no guards were in sight.
She proceeded to find a large open space where a building should have been.

To herself she thought- {Hmm.. Isn't there supposed to be a building here? How should I go about alerting Yu and the others without getting caught? Maybe I will just try to find them}
She began to get flustered.
{Erg, I don't know what to do. I might get lost... and then there is that weird feeling of being followed that won't go away.... I should just go find the others, they will probably know how to get here since they know this area}

She started off towards another path in search of the others, putting her hand on her katana in case someone attacked.
{maybe I should signal them by letting off a tiny bit of reiatsu... that would alert any guards though....no bad idea}

Quellu looked at the Horizon, a quick scan and nothing particularly off, there were a few damaged buildings but she didn't notice anything particular.

"Commander," Quellu spoke up after noticing they were headed directly to Seireitei without hiding, "Are you sure this is a wise idea?" It wasn't her place to question his authority yet she couldn't help herself. This wasn't something she was used to. Her missions revolved around stealth, taking her opponents by surprise and she knew that if the Shinigami hadn't put down this rebellion it was because they'd taken Seireitei.

The white haired shinigami looked back, "This is nothing, just wait and see." He grinned but his gaze turned to a frown when he saw what then occupied the hole he'd made. Three bandits, not really dressed in the same fashion as he'd seen them before but their weapons were tipped with that same white stone like material.

"Halt. You are to come with us." They were for the most part ruffians holding sticks to Mitsuoki. All three had dirty hair and grubby faces, yet they were well built and quite stocky. Their general clothes seemed a little more hard-wearing than he'd seen in most of the roughest districts. Something caught his eye though. Both of them had their shirts open sporting their chests, a tattoo emblazoned on their sternum of a bird. A smile crept over his face.

"Boy..." He turned to Anru, "Stay back, you don't have a weapon...and Tsuriai...don't let your guard down." His voice had been low but the bandits had already started advancing when he turned his attention back to them. His hand on his Zanpakuto. The two on the outer edges shot forwards to the two Konpaku, the third at him. It seemed they all wielded spears of sorts.

Anru wasn't quite so fortunate as those he now accompanied. They had weapons...he...had nothing. He looked back and then forwards to the incoming assailant. It took Anru only a few seconds for him to decide to flee.

He turned and placed one foot in front of the other, but fate would only allow him so far, his left foot caught on his right knee and face down did Anru fall.

Tsuriai saw her opponent's follow up and she caught the staff end, riding it through the strike and up into the air. She contorted a little to land right on the Bandit's shoulders, sending a stab down at her opponent's skull or chest. Whatever she could get.
