"Right, well lets get down to business. Who do we need and who can we afford to lose on the way?" Salazar said without interest. He went along simply because he had nothing better to do.

"We need Mimicry, and we can afford to lose anyone who is willing to let themselves get killed." Kirai sounded very cold and to-the-point when she said this.

"Can I eat them?" Salazar said rubbing his hands. His claws were still in his pack and he was missing them. Being unarmed pissed him off to no end.

"I don't know, Jonas," Fall said sadly, "I simply don't know." It appeared fate had other plans for the dhampir. Sliding down the door, Fall wrapped her arms around her legs, propping her chin upon her knees. "Jonas, could we stop them? Kirai isn't that practiced in necromancy...if there isn't enough of Edward's body to raise, then they couldn't possibly bring him back, could they?" She studied Jonas, wondering if he'd catch on to what she was trying to say. *** While the adults talked amongst themselves, Thalia grew bored and decided she'd sneak away. Perhaps towards the forest? Tying a cloak around her neck, a velvety white one, she slipped from the room incognito. Upon reaching the front door, Thalia made a break for it, skipping freely down the village streets.
"Well," Grace said, clapping her hands together, "if it's settled, how soon do you intend to raise Edward Grey?" Smiling at Salazar, she added, "I don't think our dear Mim would appreciate you eating her comrades..."

"As soon as possible." Kirai said simply, an almost sad yet distant expression on her face. "Without Mimicry, I could still manage. Irreguardless, there is the fear of raising the body, or worse, attaching the soul wrongly...." Looking out the window, Kirai seemed almost in a trance by her own thoughts, then said, "No, I will not mess up." Turning back, she added on. "That is no longer an issue. We need to plan what to do once Edward is raised, and how to begin to take down Avarice."

"My love, what do you think I should do? Do you really think i should stop them from reviving the one Hero that can stop Avarice? Or should I just tell them where I hid his body?" Jonas walked over to her. "The logic is sound, but at the same time, I just hate to see him suffer over that soul-less woman."

"It'll have to be without Mimicry," Grace said simply, "she hunting Jack the Ripper's monster alongside the Idolians." Although why Kirai would need Mimicry, was beyond her.
"You'll do fine," Grace toll Kirai assuredly, "trust me, I know."
"What would Edward want?" Fall asked. "You're his son, his closest person. Hell, of us all, I think you're the most fitted to decide whether they raise him or not..."

Kirai smiled slightly, and said. "I'm dead... a nosferatu, without a soul, however, I am still a strigoii. That is one of our abilities... in addition, I never used it... but I read all of Avarice's manuscripts, books, studies, notes, everything. In addition, thank you." Kirai bowed gently and delicately, then standing perfectly upright with perfect posture. "So, as our dear Mimicry works on hunting, we shall plan and organize."

Jonas sagged to the floor. "I don't know if he would want to. What it would take to bring him back. I don't know if he would be willing to accept the fact that the one he wants is not willing to love him back.... I know if you didn't want me, I wouldn't want to live life at all. But Edward has also been stronger than any of us. He's the only one who could pull us out of these dark ages. I say we let them revive him, and hang the consequences, and his wrath."

"Brilliant, okay I'm in." said Salazar as he fixed the claws onto his hands. He hadn't before because he though the others would see it as a threat. Then he realized he didn't care. "So about the undead fellow. Is his hamster running or is Kirai running it for him?"

Kirai just lightly looked at him, and said in a rather almost cheerful voice, "Well now, Salazar, that depends... however, I have to go and do what needs to be done." Reaching down gracefully, she swung the cape around her shoulders, which dragged across the ground. "Also... it may be a pleasant suggestion for me to point out a possible advantage for one of you locating Banshi and requesting her assistance. I've already contacted her, so now, she is waiting for your contacts."

"Oh, Jonas." Fall brought herself to her knees and crawled towards Jonas. Once Fall was close enough, she pulled him into her arms and held him. Her fingers threaded through his hair. A comforting gesture. "From a optimistic perspective, you'll have your father back. He won't have to fight alone. We are with him."
"Thank you, Kirai." Grace replied. "I shall contact Banshi immediately. If you would, please welcome Eddy back for me." Taking the emptied goblets, Grace carried them to the sink.
"Now, if you'll excuse me, my husband will be arriving soon. He is quite distraught about his mother and I must attend him. Thank you, everyone, for visiting."

"Ya know, since shes got the whole contact thing down, maybe I could accompany you where ever you're going." Salazar said to Kirai as he fiddled with the straps of his claws. "Just for shits and giggles."

Kirai nodded at Grace, but then sort of had a twisted mouth at what Salazar said. After a moment, her face became calm and she bowed gracefully, saying, "Yes, of course." Standing straight up again, she looked at Salazar before turning her head to Lanius, "Lanius, it is time that we go and do what needs to be done."
Lanius, still deep in thought and amusement over his own recent discovery, turned around to Kirai with an expression completely hiding his own thoughts, and said, "Alright."
Kirai reached down and gently picked up Lanius' cape, handing it to him. Not even looking back at her hostess, she said in a very polite manner, "Grace? Please assure Jonas that I know where his father's body is already, and it has not been disturbed... as well, please assure him I am doing this for the best, and that I promise that I shall put my all into resurrecting Edward without flaw, and that I shall do what is right irreguardless of what anyone says, but at that note..." Kirai turned around, and said with an empty face, which just for a moment, appeared to have the glazed over eyes of a dead person, before they appeared back deep and empty, "Also, inform him, I apologize that I am without a soul... atleast, the emotions remain, but all depth is gone. If I had the choice to have been murdered by my own husband, and suffer the fate of a murdererd strigoii or not... I should never of chosen this." Turning back around and heading for the door, she said to Salazar, "We are heading towards the ruins, if you wish to follow, please do so."
With that, Kirai and Lanius stepped out of the house, Lanius following behind Kirai, as their two dark shrouded figures moved about in fast pace, like shadows across the ground.
