Kabuto was of course lying about everything he was saying.He didn't mind conflict of blood shed, it was a part of his life as a Sound Ninja and a medical ninja. Kabuto hoped to use this ploy in order to gain trust from everyone and eventaully gain the trust of Kikyo. Kabuto was sure she wanted to kill him, but she hadn't tried yet so there was still hope to win her over. Then there was the demon, which would also be troube since the it probably didn't want to be contained inside a human as much as Kikyo didn't want the demon inside of her. Kabuto had a slim chance of convincing Kikyo or not a chance at all, but the demon was another league entirely.

Okashi jummped up from her spot a new idea on how to get prople to come brewing in her mind. She held out an arm that had obvious chakra binders and detection jutsu's on it to Kaguri. Kaguri looked at her, sighed, pulled of the glove on the corrasponding arm, and did the same. The clasped hands-and for Okashi's sake imeditly disjointed her hand already slighty black-and a large flare in the shape of a dragon shot up over 2000 feet up.

"Kabuto, I've never killed anyone." Kikyo said, looking at him. "Neither has the demon. I won't let it." She looked at Kioshi this time. "And you think about this: I was startled, already mad, and I wasn't thinking straight. You have the jerk leader ask you to betray the people who accepted you, then you can say I pulled a foolish move."
Pien walked through the forest. He was wondering if Kisame had heard his message about holding out on the attack for a little longer. Of course, Kisame had everything ready, but Pien didn't. He still needed Kikyo out of that village, before he let Kisame kill the rebels.

Zero wanders through Konoha, he never liked it there everyone was just to bubbly. He actually preferred it the way it was now, quiet. He wouldn't stand for Akatsuki's takeover though, it was unacceptable. He'd trained to hard and was only able to half detect Natural Energy before his training was interrupted by the attack on his village.

Not him again. Sakura glared at Kabuto, angry that he had once again managed to show up in front of her and her teammates. Even if he was playing the peace keeper this time. Which it would probably be polite to thank him for. Not that she would, of course. She decided, instead, to resolutely ignore him.
Sakura crossed her arms over her chest, and turned her glare to Kikyo. "Alright. So, I think you have some explaining to do."

Zero jumped to the top of what used to be the Hokage's building and sat on the edge, "This place has become pathetically different..." He pulled the ocarina from his pack and played a tune that echoed through the entire village. The tune was one that calmed the minds and hearts of those who listened. It was a sorrowful sounding song, but beautiful and calming none-the-less.

"I have no idea why Pein would want you to be on his side, he was foolish to think you would betray everyone here. None sense, during a mission, has the demon ever killed anyone? A ninja's life is based around the sense of death, something as a medic I know too much."
Kabuto stepped further towards Kikyo, trying to make the others realize he didn't want them to interfere with him as he spoke to her. This maybe the chance to convince Kikyo to accept him as an ally instead of an enemy and finally gain the trust of his greatest experiment.
"You go on about no one ever liking you during your early years, but it was me who spared your life as a child, Orochiamru wanted you dead because you were a threat to him. It was me he had assigned to kill you, but yet I let you live because I knew you could grow up to kill that old fool. Truthfully, that is why I tried the operation to place a demon upon you. In hopes one day you could grow strong enoguh to kill him and give a more steady goal for the Sound Village instead of its goal only to support its ruler's lust for power. That is why Orochimaru fears you, that is why I couldn't bear to kill you as a child; You will be stronger thne he ever will be."
Kabuto had a very sincere look on his face that was just another one of his facial masks. Everything he said was true in a sense, but a lie to the expression of kindness. Kabuto cared nothing for Kikyo in truth, she was just a tool to help Kabuto raise up to the stage of leadership in the sound village. Kabuto could never kill Orochimaru, he was too powerful. Kikyo had the potential to do it however and Kabuto saw this as a chance to finally over come the master and cease being the apprentice.
"Did you know Kikyo? Your name is the same name as the pass that I was fonud alive at by Orochiamru, a clear sign that you would be the one to bring guidance to the Sound Village."

 Biting back Hard -->| Mai Ito;;Eyes averted, the kinoichi left soundlessly. She didn't want to spend anymore time with them. It was a waste of time.
The dark haird girl decided to go back to the village. On the way back, she heard the sound of music. It was beautiful music, but not something she wanted to check out.
Mai actually had something else on her mind. She had an ominous feeling. Mai guessed that, with the leader here, it meant the rest will arrive soon, to rid of the rebels.

Frowning, Sakura watched Mai leave. Things are breaking apart. Our teams can't hold together, fights are breaking out everywhere, and we're forced to accept old enemies as new allies. Konoha is falling apart. If there's anytime for the Akatsuki to take us down, its now. We're weak.
She turned back to Kabuto and Kikyo, biting her lip. She had no intention of letting Kabuto control Kikyo, but she was sure her friend could handle herself. So, for now, she would wait it out.

Kikyo stepped back from Kabuto.
"No, I can't. The demon means nothing against you and Orochimaru. Although it hates the both of you as much as I do, he still is in debt to you. I can't use his power to kill either of you off. He won't let me."
This was sort of true. She couldn't use the demon's power as her main weapon and line of defense, but she could still use Tasugaka's chakra against them, as a last resort.
"And Kabuto, you can't fool me." Kikyo said, looking at Kabuto. "You don't care if I die or live. To you, I'm just an experiment."

Kabuto's smile of sincere nature turned immediantly to a smile of devilish intentions. Almsot in one second, his entire nature changed before the eyes of all. Kabuto's pushed up his glasses again and spoke.
"So, you found me out Kikyo, I don't trully care about you as a person. However, you are my greatest achievment in being a medical expert. I had high hopes for you, but it turns out you're weak still, yet I still feel a need to make sure you stay alive. I can't have my best achievment die when I worked so hard to make it the best experiment I could make. I do care if you live; if you die, I lose my hard work. I may not be a friend or trully someone who cares, but I will defend your orphan life for the sake of my work to go on. In a way, I created you...In a way, I'am your father!"
Kabuto had a hard time keeping his face strait face after that speech, he loved messing with people, especially with such notions like he said right then. Kabuto in truth did feel like he created what Kikyo was today, but not to a degree he actaully thought of being Kikyo's father. The look on Kabuto's face was an inch away from loosing its serious nature, but he kept it hidden.

"You can't stop me from killing myself" Kikyo said, glaring at Kabuto. "And you aren't like a father. You'll never be a father to anyone." She was ready to punch Kabuto into his death, but the Akatsuki was first on her list.

"Did you really take that seriously? I love messing with people. I'm more of a neglectful big brother; I don't really care for you, but I feel a need to make sure you don't die. When the day coms that you finally try to kill me, it won't be my goal to kill you. Farewell for now, I hope you can control your anger issues."
Kabuto once again used the Body Flicker Jutsu to dissapear from sight and away to soem other location. Kabuto couldn't help but actaully feel a little bit of guilt, this never usaully happened. However, tihs dissapeared immediantly after soem of his logical thoguhts disband it.

"What do you want me to explain?" She asked. "Please tell me so I can tell you what you want to know."
