Sure, welcome to Squad 1! Make sure you get your shikai at least in that profile before you go around picking fights. Everything else seems to be alright. I'll approve you after that gets in there.
I kind of lulzed about your shikai description as well. You might wanna take a look at mine really fast.

Nah, you can keep it the same. Doesn't hurt my feelings any, lol.
Easiest way to get your shikai is just to ask for it from your captain. I'd like to see you RP some before I train you for it, so jump in somewhere and have at it. I won't say yes to training until I see what your shikai's powers are, though.

Bleh I would ask for help in designing but sigh..I'm thinking of just giving some increased speed and strength and stuff, my brain is just empty for ideas...and alright I guess I'll just um...ugh I don't know what I can do..to be completely honest, this is my first ever Bleach RP, so I'm really new to it, and roleplaying for my powers haha, I'm used to starting with them..but anyways I'll try doing that

Nah, it's cool. I understand completely. Maybe I can get the ball rolling?
Try thinking about your character's personality. What does he want to accomplish? Does he like to get his hands dirty and work hard on a project, or does he prefer to set back and organize? What would help your character to fight in the style he prefers?
Take a look at your zanpokuto spirit and think about just what his/her name and personality are like. Depending on what the relationship with your character is, they may give you abilities that you don't know ( IC ) you need yet.
Most of all, take a look at the function of the physical form. You have gauntlets, so you probably lean toward close-range combat primarily. What would work with that to help you win a fight?

Well I guess he want's to become a captain or vice-captain. He does like to work hard and get his hands dirty haha. I guess maybe using his Reiryoku in conjunction with his Gauntlets, like covering them in fire or something. And I guess his Zanpakuto spirit is..a pale girl with white hair and red eyes lol she's very kind and laidback like him. They are very close (Like best friend close lol) One technique I was working on was called Frozen Fire, which by channeling his Reiryoku in his gauntlets they catch like a pale blue fire, and when he punches they explode in both fire and ice..but it was kinda lame lol.

I guess, I was also thinking of one called Kuroi Kasai or "Black Flame" Which implodes instead of explodes, so it causes internal damage versus external damage.

Walking with articulate stride, she neared the captain’s office in hopes of finding a familiar face. A sharp grin, though elegant as if it were coming from the red painted lips of royalty. Her green eyes did not wander for they stared ahead with a concentrated intensity as if portraying a cunning tiger on the prowl.
"No matter what any of these bloody men may pledge to you, refuse." she whispered in a serious manner to herself. "You're a strong woman so don't let them make you feel like a pathetic dame with no self reliance..."
Now standing before a tall opening barricaded by a useless paper-thin sliding door, Hoku composed herself by mentally going over her mental checklist of proper conduct before an officer. Naturally, she was a woman of high stature- the highest of all in her mind. The chance of risking her reputation was not on the list. Sharply hitting her dainty knuckles against the side of the door, Hoku waited, listening for someone within to inquire. It wasn’t long before a male voice replied, “Yes? Come in.”
This was it. Just before reaching for the narrow slot on the right side of the door, she exhaled slowly to diminish any reserved tension, then she quickly placed the tips of her nails in the door and pulled it gently to the left. Time to get this over with.
“Yan-Zi Hoku, shinigami, reporting for duty, sir!” she announced boldly. In the back of her mind, a marquee of unspoken words presented themselves- 'and here to give you hell.'
