Holly watch in silence as the weapons Pat had brought were put out. She thought hard on who Alex was wanting to save. She couldn't remember anyone as feared as him in their sector. Really, she couldn't remember much about the labs. Only faint glimmerings of memories, or nightmares.
But the mission sounded dangerous still, even with all of Pat's silent weapons. There was still a great chance that they could be caught, just for the sake of releasing one EC. The odds didn't really seem favorable.
Holly looked to Dreaks and he nodded in agreement.
"I'll go with you guys, but first Drake and I need to do sometimes out here first. I need to check up with Carl and get a few things from him, and then go check on Cliff and see how he's doing. Drake and I together will be a good enough team to go out by ourselves, I think, and we'll be back in a few hours." Holly proposed, hoping that the others would let her and Drake go.

"And we could take soem of Pat's weapons if you really think we should. Better safe trhan sorry, right?" Drake smirked at them, his smile and eyes hiding something not even Holly could quite understand or pick up.

Holly felt the rush of emotions and grabbed her chest, the breath knocked out of her. She looked at Drake who raised his eyebrows in sympathy that also said that they needed to get going.
"I'll take as much time as it needs." Holly said and sprinted out of the door, climbing up to the roof easily.
When she stood and looked at Alex from behind she could feel his emotions stronger than ever. It brought tears to her eyes to feel the pain of longing and loss that was coming from him in such great waves. Slowly she walked to him and finally when she reached him she touched his shoulder and kneeled beside him.
"We'll find her, I promise. Because I know whast it feels like to be separated from someone you care about...." She said quietly as she wrapped her arms around his shoulders, crying the tears that he wasn't, his pain flowing through her.

Drake, through both Alex's and Holly's thoguhts, could also feel the pain, to a degree. As he leaned on the door frame his face became hard and nearly emotionless. He thought about the time he'd spent in the labs and the pain he'd felt from missing his sister; the closest person to him. He waited silently as he fingered his shirt for Holly to come back down.

Alekssander reached out and returned Holly's embreace. She was the only real thing to him in this moment. He didn't even notice Pat's interruption. Slowly, he looked up to see Holly next to him, the tears falling down her face. This only made Alekssander feel worse. "Holly..." he began, speaking slowly and deliberately, "I'm...sorry to make you feel like this, for you to share my pain. It isn't right. You shouldn't be crying on my behalf. But I thank you regardless." His gaze shifted back to the labs, but he could only manage to look at them for but a second. He eyes returned to the ground. "If you all helped me break her out of the labs, it would be the single greatest deed anyone has ever done me. Amelia and I would be forever in your debt." His gaze now returned to Holly, his eyes doing half the talking. "If you help us, I know she'll join our fight. It would be her way of thanking you for rescuing her. Plus, she wants to get her revenge on those twisted scientist just as I do. That day cannot come soon enough."

"Thank you. You don't know how much this means to me." With this Alekssander stood up, wiping the lone tear he had shed from his cheek. "You'd better go to Carl's now, I'll bet Drake's getting pretty impatient. I'll stay here and take watch, and think of just how we're going to do this, and how to incorporate it into our overall plan."

Rei stepped out from a dark ally just before Drake passed, he heard everything he just said. In the same move as him stepping out of the ally, he grabbed drake by the shirt, lifted him off his feet into the air, and slammed him into a wall, holding him there. "That's no way to talk to your sister..." He said snarling. "She was alone, she couldn't do much on her own, she doesn't even have offensive powers, so how could she get to you alone?!" Rei's grip was tightening, the fabric of drakes shirt scrunching under the pressure.

"As soon as we were all together, our first mission was to get you, but luckily, you fell right into our laps, we didn't get a chance to get you, so why are you acting all pissed when we try to help others?! Why are you being so selfish and childish!" He yelled, begin to transform slightly, his hair growing longer and starting to spike, his muscles rippling.

Rei knew what was happening, and with an evil grin he stared hard into drakes eyes. "I advise you apologize, or i'm going to get angry... And you won't like me when im angry..." He said in a harsh growl, his eyes now begining to slit.

Drake was surprised at first, but then started to laugh as Rei's grip on his shirt tightened and he started transform.
"You're loosing your control, Rei. Do you really want to hurt me with Holly watching? Do you really want to break her heart like that?" He said in a dark voice, flashes of memories from being a Special Police flashing across his mind.

Holly rushed to Rei's side, "Put him down, Rei. He's just angry. You would react the same if you could hear everyone's thoughts."
Hollydidn't like how Drake was acting, she'd never seen him be this way before. Something about his aura seemed different, darker, more sinister. It scared her.

Holly took the device and slipped it into her pocket, careful not to press the button.

Drake picked himself up from the ground and watched as Rei walked away, letting his anger flare again- no trace of the evil smile that was there but a moment ago.
"Come on, Holly, we've better hurry, not too much time before daylight is left."

Holly was obedient and followed Drake silently as they rushed through the night streets. Soon they reached Carl's bar.

They walked in quietly and sat down at the bar, Carl seeing the seriousness and slight uncomfortableness between them. He leaned against the bar as he cleaned a glass, "Can I get yous anything, this evenin'?"

"I need a extra bloody mary with ice, only five, and make it snappy." Holly said gruffly, a code hidden in her voice.
Carl squinted and nodded, heading the back of the bar. And Holly stood, leading Drake to the back of the bar from the outside. They met up with Carl there who was holding two packs.

"There's five uv ya now? Wow, you're numbers are ah growin'. What is it that makes ya so anxious to have these now?" Carl asked as he handed over the packs.

"We have a plan to infiltrate the labs, but that's all you need to know. And it's always a good idea to be prepared." Holly smiled weakly, her mind still on the fight from earlier.

Carl saw the redness of her cheeks and eyes, but didn't say anything as he glanced quickly to Drake who had a terrible scowl on his face, not paying attention to the conversation.
"Well, be safe, lasseh. I'll be expecting you back to work here in a few weeks, you were a good seta hands." He smiled.

"Thanks Carl." She hugged him tightly around his fat belly, "Stay safe, yourself."
"Bye." She stepped away from him and he went back into the bar after looking at them on last time.
"Time to go check up on Cliff, I wonder what he's been up to, or if he's even safe." Holly mumbled as they started to head off that way.

The wind swept through Aleskssander's hair as he composed their plan of infiltration. He knew exactly where Amelia was being kept, for she used to be kept in the same area that Alekssander had been held. The reasoning behind this was because Alekssander and Amelia were opposite experiments.

While in the labs, they were kept together as a study, so see exactly how the opposites would react when confronted. However, to the scientists’ surprise, instead of becoming mortal enemies, the two had fallen in love from spending so much time together, their mutual hate for the scientists bringing them together. The scientists, seeing their study quickly failing, took decisive action, and forced Alekssander and Amelia into an isolation chamber and ordered them to fight, with death being the penalty if they did not obey. However, both Alekssander and Amelia chose not to fight, thus proving their loyalty and love for each other. The scientists, however, were not moved. As punishment, they separated the two. Alekssander, being the stronger of the two, was forced into solitary confinement while Amelia continued to be studied and experimented on. Days later Alekssander staged his daring escape, freeing other experiments along the way just to spite the scientists. He successfully reached Amelia and freed her, and together they rushed for the exit with the other experiments following in their wake. However, when they reached the exit, they found multitudes of guards guarding the door, armed to the teeth. Alekssander, pushing the others back, and rushing forth to meet the guards with full force, let loose a darkness aura blast that killed half of the scientists and blasted the door open. However, with the time consumed in this attack, reinforcements from the rear had reached the group of experiments and were starting to capture them. Alekssander grasped for Amelia's hand so they could escape into the night, but just before he reached her, a scientist had captured her. Alekssander, filled with fury, killed the scientist responsible, but it was impossible to break through the barrier that encased Amelia. With guards closing in on every side, Amelia quickly told Alekssander to escape while he still could, and that she would protect and act as the ringleader for the rebellious experiments that still remained. Filled with sorrow, Alekssander agreed seeing no other option. When the guards reached him, Alekssander transformed and killed them all, and proceeded to fly away into the moonlit night, swearing vengeance on all at the labs that had done this to him.
