Hi! I’m Lex, and I’m 19. I’m in college in New York, and I’m studying two majors: Govt/Politics and Environment. I like to travel, and I hope to work in a humanitarian aid agency or an animal/habitat conservation agency.
I’m working to convert my roommates to going green so our apartment living will be more environmentally friendly. They already put up with my weird food (I’m Vegetarian going Vegan), so I’m trying to make it as painless as possible for them. Alas, no pets currently, but we’re getting a rat eventually. We do have plants that we name in our garden, which kind of play the pet role right now since they are very pampered.

onicoe you might have saw me in that vegetarian/vegan subforum... your signature got me into this guild!
but anyways... im a female living in georiga, us (unforunatelyy). im still quite young. i became a vegetarian when i was 10 for animal rights reason. my favorite color is gold and my favorite animal are owls. i want to start a garden in my backyard but my dogs keep eating it.

Greetings!
My IRL name is Kelli, and I'm 19(I'll be 20 this May).
I just became a Computer Science major (switched from Theatre Arts), and couldn't be more excited to get started!
Things I like: Gardening, going to the cabin, cooking, baking, computer-related things, Magic:The Gathering, video/PC games(primarily open-world RPG and strategy), photography, and reading.
I finally convinced my boyfriend to recycle, but he still forgets a lot.

Allo!
My friends call me Patre and I'm 24.
I'm a south Texan stuck in California's farming center for a few years. For those of you that have never had the misfortune to pass through here, you are spared the methane stench that clings to everything. And there are no happy cows here. They all live in mud pens in this valley. Texas is where the open range cattle is.
Anyways, I love my fishies, baking, bemoaning the lack of a garden, drawing and painting and trying to convince my husband to eat more veggies and read my green readings I keep giving him.

Hello,
Yay! I am happy to have found this guild. I enjoy gardening, cooking, knitting and recently I have an interest in making homemade soap. I enjoy being able to see how things are made from scratch.
I am also trying to be more eco-friendly.
I am hoping to learn and share more experiences with everyone.

I'm seventeen, and you can call me Cat, or whatever cool nickname you can come up with.
I've been attempting to have a much greener lifestyle for a while now. Unfortunately, I have really closed minded parents, so I won't be able to make a lot of the changes in my life that I want to until I'm just a wee bit older.
Once I'm eighteen I'm going completely vegetarian, as opposed to just avoiding meat about 80% of the time currently (again, parent issues, "You'll eat what I cook..").
I like to listen to music, to sing (poorly), to talk to nice people, and just to have a good time.
Looking forward to talking with you guys~

Thanks for excepting me, I'm realy excited that I found a group of people passionate about the environment. heart
I'm punkarama (real name Breanna), I'm a girl, 22, from Saskatchewan (Canada). I just graduated from university with my bachelors degree in psychology. Oh and I have 2 dogs.
I have a fascination with religion, though I don't concider myself to be religious in any way whatsoever. I am passionate about rights of all kinds (the environment, women ... people in general, animals ...) I concider myself to be very open minded.
I recycle everything I can, and I am a true believer in organic, free range, and local produce. I feel lucky that I love in a place where there are lots of local farmers. I have no licence so I walk and take the bus everywhere.
