Well, there's one other thing I'd like to ask of you. Could you teach me school vocab? Just so I can widen my knowlege. (because that book I got wasn't giving me the learning experience I wanted) Here I'll make a list of things I'd like to know...(I hope I'm not too annoying xd I'd use a translater, but you are much more trustworthy wink ) social sudies/history science biology chemistry math geometry trigonometry algebra calculus lunch physical education health band schedule folder paper backpack chalk chalkboard locker department detention report card grades test/exam to fail to pass to excel to pay attention to take notes to graduate

department=dipartimento
detention=we don't have it, here if you do something "bad" you take a "nota", written in the class register, and/or you have to stay out of the classroom, and/or you are sent to the headmaster
report card=pagella
grades=classi
test/exam=compito (esame at university)
to fail=bocciare
to pass=passare
to excel=eccellere
to pay attention=fare attenzione
to take notes=prendere appunti
to graduate=diplomarsi (at the end of high school)/ laurearsi (at the end of university)

So their are double negatives in Italian as well as Spanish? razz That makes it easy on me.
Oh man I was pretty far on the "nel mio orario..." one. eek It's ok though...*writes it down* You're so much better tahn a textbook. I don't know where I'd be with out you! heart
You could say "I can't wait until I graduate" or "I can't wait to graduate." 3nodding
So if I was to say it as a farewell kind of thing, I could say "Prendesi cura!"

It's "prenditi cura di te", but we don't say that as a farewell; usually we say "stammi bene" (like "be well"), or "a presto" smile

It's "prenditi cura di te", but we don't say that as a farewell; usually we say "stammi bene" (like "be well"), or "a presto" smile A presto! I'll remember that! wink I play the trumpet, and as you know the music is written in Italian. So there's lots of words that I understand already. whee By the way, that's pretty weird what you did for high school! Did you like it?
