Angel smiled and nodded. "The best place there is in town!" Smiling at Isha, she called over one of the waitresses. He probably thinks I forgot about his examination. What a surprise he'll have when we get back...

"The steak is excellent here. That and the shrimp meal!" She looked at Isha then at the waiter. "I'll take my usual, thanks. And you Isha?"

"hmm," Isha thought for a moment,"I'll have the steak, I haven't taste real meat since joining the army," he said conspiratorily to Angel.

Angel nodded as the waitress walked off to fulfill the orders. "So where should we conduct it at?" She asked Isha with a smirk. She knew he would understand what she was talking about, and she wasn't about to let him off the hook.

"True..." She thought for a moment, "But if the examination isn't done, then you remained stationed here until it is seen though. Besides, all the examination is going to be is blood work and a physical test. Just to make sure that your body hasn't been affected and to make sure that your cholesteral, glucose, and insolin levels are safe." She chuckled just as the food arrived. She had gotten a salad with steak mixed in with it topped with italian dressing. "Now what are we going to do about the examination?"

Isha groaned, stupid war laws, he thought, "fine, theres a medical room that remains open for this kind of thing near the back of the base." he said as he took a bite out of the whole steak.

Sighing, Angel look a bite of the salad. "I'm only doing this for your own good. If there are any medical problems, they will not allow you to serve in the war until it is fixed." She felt bad for forcing the exam on the young major, but it was the only way to make sure he was healthy.

"I assure you I am in perfect health," Isha said as he cut the steak in half, " besides no ones ever cared before, I do my job and thats it." he said as he glanced over at Angel.

Angel shook her head and mumbled. "Damn...can't the doctors and nurses do their job properly anymore?!" Sighing, she looked at Isha. "It's my job to care about people. That is why I went in to nursing, not for the money but because of my love for caring for others." She took another bite of her salad.

Isha stared at her for a minute,"...you'll lose that after a while," he said sadly,"war... kills the soul," he stabbed the remainder of the steak with his fork and ate it.

Sighing, Angel smiled. "I've been told that several times and I take care of those that are dismissed from war, yet some how they are seen through it." She finished off her salad then waved over the waitress from before. "Check please!"
