Sorry for not mentioned eralier, but just to give all the heads up, as of tomorow 8 am I'm not gonna be online for about 2 weeks, driving down to Spain to try and find some peace and sun from this chaotic year.

Who all is willin to pitch in money for a new guild? I will be resigning all officer positions here in the FF7 guild. So I cant keep running the RP here in this guild.
Also for those of you wondering why..
I cant claim I have been a good officer at all for the last year. Every time I try to sit down and dedicate myself to the guild I can no longer do that. I have way to many constraints in my life. Not to mention that I just lack the will power to continue moving the guild forward. I was the second generation of the guild captains essentially. So the third captain is one who needs to keep driving it forward, and his staff.

I cant be dedicated to this one anymore because I am finally burned out on FF7. There is only so many times I can mentally record the whole game before I finally am dead on it. I have heard every theory, idea, concept, etc. for the most part. The mystery and intregue behind it is gone.
I have beaten the game a record of 37 times.. more than it ever needed to be played.
And I love the guild.. don't get me wrong by any means. Just I cannot keep going on with final fantasy.
As for why I want to start my own guild for the RP, its to keep it as a record. That guild can hold a record for the RP which makes it easier for me to keep a hold on the storyline. Essentially the RPs I am running right now are all test storylines for my video game.
Not to mention that the random uninvited visitors gets a bit annoying.
I won't continue on this rant. But I think you kinda got my drift, its time for change.
The only reason I am still on gaia is for a few people. (You of course Mai are one of the factors, along with 2 other friends, and the people participating in my roleplays.) Otherwise as far as I am concerned... I am done with gaia. It went from that comfortable lovable gaia when mostly older teenagers roleplayed, intelligent people were not so scarce, and things didn't revolve around money and advertisements.

Chris,
I whole-heartedly agree with the idea of starting up another guild for the RP.
How much is it to start up a guild again? Was it 20,000? I planning to sell a Alura's rose when it reahces final evolution (which is soon I think) and it's currently worth aprox 200,000 last time I checked, so as soon as that investment comes to bear fruit, I would be willing to plug 10 -20 percent of whatever I make on that (as I estimate, including it's origional price I should get roughly a 35-70 percent profit)
And I toatlly get you becoming bored of the game, to be honest I haven't played the actual ffVII in a good half year now.
As for gaia, as a (fairly new) RPer (hitting my 1st year this september woo!), I have found the site roliana.com has much better RPers.
Roli, apears to be as everyone says gaia was "In the olden days" not that I can judge as I wasn't on here at that time, but yeah, RPers there seem much more keen and enthusisastic, the majority in there moving at about a page every 2/3 days with about 5-10 players.
Also, intresting to see your using the RPs for a vid game, as I myself am using the RPs I partake in to learn more about charcter creation and development for writing, something I hope one day to become half way good at it...

Im actually taking a look at roliana.com right now. I may consider just moving the RP over there. Plus I now have a DnD game going right now irl to see how the game storyline works so far. And its actually going pretty good. (Albeit they actually set the world on a path of destruction. XD)

I sorta dont like some of the features in it, like the info thing and all, but if I didn't know any better... I'd say they're kinda Gaia-esque, and can be some serious news for Gaia in a some sort of sense. Anywho, I'll join for the Rp, if anything. ^.~

Much as I hate to say it, Gaia is like... dead. Plus I'm extremely busy and stressed out irl, family emergencies abroad. lol. As for roliana.com, I play on checking that place out. See you all there guys, much love.

Hmmm, well Im guessing this thing was never meant to be.
So Chris, (if your still here),
I'd like to ask if I can take some of the ideas from this RP (fundemental storyline + layout?) and use them myself for an RP on roliana.com, obivously I wont do this without your permition as after all this thing was your "mind-baby".

Yeah currently the RP is considered inactive. If anyone wants to go there and try and continue the story the rp coordinators including myself will do our best to encourage activity should the people who have parts in the activity work themselves. I'm also going to start a poll thread that will help us choose a type of RP that will best serve the guild for the time being.
