Gustave chuckled lightly. "Yeah... but I doubt she'll believe us THIS time." He said with a sigh.

Link joined in the laughter and added on, "Yeah, a fifteen minute detour to drop him off doesn't usually take an hour and a half. Get in the wagon, we'd better get going."

Arryl frowned. "No, we're not going. I have no desire to incur his displeasure. Go, and get yourself killed, if you feel the need." More quietly, she muttered, "Do us all a great favor."

"Fine, maybe I will!" One thing Artemis could not stand was being bossed around by those she found inferior to herself. Afterall, her family had led the Gerudos for two hundred years, were Gannondorf never born, she herself would be in charge. Or her sister, but she doubted that. Lyra didn't have the pure willpower to rule. Angrily, the woman stormed off towards the drawbridge, heading towards the castle.

((Sorry about the delay, I've been super busy with school. Just so everyone knows, the King is an NPC. Other people (ahemGANNONahem) can control him))
The King nodded his acceptance, and stood. "We are, of course, equally delighted to receive you." He seemed to be utterly unaware that his daughter looked anything but delighted. " There will be time for formalities tomorrow; you must be tired from your journey."
Inariie ignored Artemis, reaching for another tent. "Arryl is right," she said calmly. "If our lord had wished us to stay at his side, he no doubt would have made his will clear." Her eyes flicked to Kia, amusement gleaming in their tired depths. "I know it's difficult, but we just have to trust his judgment."

Kia watched Artemis walk away over the drawbridge and seemed to arrive at a conclusion. Not catching Inariie's look, she turned on her heels and marched after the older Gerudo.
"Wait up, Artemis!" she called, breaking into a run.
Sila stayed neutral after her two cents into the debate. When Artemis and Kia had left, she turned to the other two and sighed.
"Those two don't realize what they are doing, do they?" she asked, almost sounding bored.
As Kohana watched Hyn, she caught sight of an emotion she had not noticed before.
~He seems like he resents something... maybe something he did? I don't know...~ she thought, trying to keep her face neutral as to not reveal her thoughts to the knight.
"Don't worry, Hyn. Sometimes I wish that my title as the Zora Princess could wear off, but it hasn't since I was born..." she muttered, suddenly realizing something. Something about his looks made her think...
"Are you from the forest? If you are, what are you doing out here?" she asked, confused.

(Actually, Artemis is 14 years younger then Kia, she's only 22, just very stubborn for her age)
The woman turned around to find Kia running after her, "I see you don't feel like waiting either," She smirked as she continued on her way. As she entered the town, the villagers seemed to stare, but that was to be expected. Even if it had been six years since the end of the war, the fight had still gone on for ten.

((Oops...))
"I don't want to leave Lord Gannon alone in there. Regardless of what Sila says," Kia said defiantly, stepping up beside Artemis. Glancing around at the villagers, she frowned.
"They really have no clue how important we are..." she murmered, more to herself than to the other Gerudo.

"Quite correct, m'lord. It has been a rather long journey." Spontaneously, he made a strange decision. He wasn't sure why he made it; he just did. "However, I'm not quite ready to be shown to my quarters. You wouldn't happen to have a library, would you?" Ganondorf asked. Why he did he couldn't say. Something seemed to be pressuring him to read, something he'd forgotten in the recesses of his mind. Something to do with the princess... Princess Zelda... why did that sound so important? He hoped to find out soon...
"Kia-" Arryl started, but before she could say anything, Kia was gone. "Oh dear. Two down in one night. I hope he isn't too terribly angry," Arryl added, feeling some outburst of friendliness to Kia. Sure, she was annoying sometimes, but Arryl didn't want to see her hurt at all...
"Yes, I suppose I am from the forest," he said, shrugging. "Not my homeland, but where I've lived for the last... I honestly don't know. I came out... well, to see this," he said, gesturing broadly at the Gerudo camp. "I do wonder who's there. Maybe I know one of them... if she's still around..."

The King chucked. "Perhaps you and Zelda will get along better than I had hoped; she practically lives down there. As such, I think you should ask her. She's a bit," he paused, trying to contain his mirth, "Overprotective of those dusty things."
Zelda's face stayed empty of emotion, though her heartbeat had sped up exponentially. Why would he ask for such a thing, unless... "You may certainly look through the more recent documents," she said, her voice soft as whispering leaves, "The ones in the lower library are too delicate to be handled without the proper knowledge." Her lips turned up slightly at the corners. "But I'm sure you'd have no interest in the information they contain, in any case. It is as dry and dead as the paper on which it's printed."
Inariie shrugged, secretly glad that the one she didn't trust had stayed where Inariie could keep an eye on her. "He will be if they announce their return, but I doubt they will. Well," she added. "Artemis won't, anyway."

"Perfect," Ganondorf replied. "Old literature does nothing for me." He chuckled slightly, hoping to lighten the mood. At least the King was a little more upbeat. Zelda... not so much.
"Yeah. That's why I'm worried at all," Arryl replied, pursing her lips. "Ah, they'll be fine. He shouldn't be angry.

"No, they truly don't" Artemis responded indifferently as they approached the path to the castle. The guards seemed to recognize them and allowed the Gerudos passage. Upon entering the great hall, Artemis imediately began to search for a servant, or at least someone who would know where her chambers were.

Kia stayed right behind her companion, throwing looks arond the Great Hall.
"So big... so elaborate..." she murmered, not shocked at all. This was what she expected from a royal family.
Kohana perked up at his words.
"If who's still around? Tell me!" she exclaimed, before clapping a hand to her mouth. Blushing, she calmed down.
"I mean, if you want to..." she mumbled, trying to fight her blush.

"It makes you wonder if they really stay here all day because they have to or because they can't find the exit," Artemis smirked, finally spotting a servant. "You! Tell me, Where I can find my quarters," she demanded, wasting no pleasantries on the man.

The unfortunate servant glanced at Artemis, and then to Kia who wore a look of malice and lifted his hand unsteadily.
"That way, miladies..." he said, his voice shaking uncontrolably.
Kia grinned.
"Thank you... and maybe if you look better, then your friends won't look down on you so much!" she exclaimed, grinning like a madwoman. She looked him from his head to his toes and shook her head.
"Ah, too bad. No future for this one..." she sighed.
((Note: I made a crazy vow not to use the letter that comes after 'O' and before 'Q'. So sorry if my sections of the game don't read as well at the moment...))
